A very nice bar, delicious drinks, and a beautiful view. The staff is attentive and friendly. Above all, Bee greeted us very warmly, and we immediately felt at home! I'd love to come back!

A wonderful hotel with beautiful design and a very cozy atmosphere. Special thanks to the very helpful and friendly reception/bar staff. A special thanks to Bea, who was my guardian angel during my stay. She was so happy to help with any problems – from printing out the piles of vaccination certificates required by Canada to choosing the right room and simply brightening up my day with her smile 😊. Bea has excellent people skills and definitely deserves all the thanks!

When I arrived in Frankfurt, I had a drink at the Ruby Louise bar. It was WOW! Cool bar, great atmosphere and friendly staff... Thanks to the bartender Ahmed for being so helpful!!! I left my shawl at the bar and he came down to find me while I was waiting for the Uber. It was a great experience so I decided to book Ruby Louise for 2 nights before I finish my trip back to Singapore. BIG KUDOS to Ms. BEA, she is absolutely beyond words. Not only is Bea a great and helpful receptionist, but she also helped me recommend a great restaurant and make a reservation. On top of that, she also rolls up her sleeve and helps me carry my luggage (not very luggage-friendly, have to drag my luggage up the stairs), especially the elevator and wheelchair lift is not included. Overall, the location was great, centrally located and right on the metro to the airport.

We had a fantastic experience at this bar thanks to Sami, who went above and beyond from start to finish. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, quick with drink recommendations, and had a great sense of timing—our glasses were never empty, and everything came out just right. His friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm really elevated the whole visit. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hip Hotel, amenities for upscale 4 star and leisure on the posh area of Frankfurt a little bit to relaxed and guest experience was not priority. Rooms only offered on top floor a Japanese bedding, which is not for everyone! Breakfast was good but 24 Euro as a in House guest a little to pricey and not upon the best deal for clients as it regularly maintains 22 Euro for in house guests! Space to improve on the Monopol position on the most affluent street in Frankfurt ! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We spent the Sylvester here and it was great! Super friendly team, and our room was very clean. Location is perfect.

We arrived from Florida, and the first thing we noticed when we walked into the receptions was a very welcome attitude. We ordered amazing drinks served by Leon through out our stay!! Carlos made the best old fashion!! Highly recommend!! Sina and Sami were truly amazing too!
