Beautiful hotel and maintenance

Service: A friendly reminder, this is a terrible hotel. It has a triple room, but only two people can stay at a time. Our extra friend was allowed to check in after having his passport taken. The next day, we had to catch a flight at 5 AM, and the hotel locked the door, preventing us from leaving, claiming we violated the rules by having an extra person check in. However, we had clearly obtained their permission the night before. It seemed like they deliberately waited for us to be locked up the next day, and we ended up paying 70 euros as a penalty for breach of contract.

Environment: The environment was extremely poor. It was very noisy, there was no air conditioning, and the room cleanliness was mediocre. When we entered, there was a lot of toilet paper left in the bathroom.

Facilities: The facilities were old, and the elevator was so small it could only fit two people.

The location is great, accessible to all major places you’d want to go, easy commuting options available nearby and good food nearby. The hotel itself is very small, old rooms, elevator is very small. Staff is friendly and polite

Graffiti on window sill and broken curtain. Area very sketchy as a female solo traveller, did not feel safe. Staff were pleasant. Walls were the opposite of sound proof. No body wash available (empty container on other side of bathroom). Bites on skin in the morning- bed bugs? Bed linen was clean enough.

A bit noisy, average environment

The location is good and the price is not low. It’s like a hotel converted from a foreign house at home. There are a few special features of this hotel. There is an elevator. You have to climb half a floor to sit down and then walk half a floor after getting off the elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, think carefully. There are no cups in the room, and the only thing about the small hotel is a few hundred meters from the train station.

Perfect for short stays

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. I had to leave again.
No water, no coffee or tea. No kettle. No glass, not even in the bathroom, no cup. Just one towel.
Small TV that had no power.
Bed was very soft.
The room faced the street, you could hear the tram and the traffic.
Summary: Noisy room with poor facilities. Price was OK.

Not bad hotel for this price. The location is very suitable for people who want to fly early in the morning.
