Everything was great except the day receptionist. First morning there the door to the lobby was locked or stuck, something. We called, we knocked... finally she responded, with an attitude!! She cursed in Germany as if I wouldn't understand. The other people at the counter looked as well. If you don't like your job quit! Otherwise great clean room, great continental breakfast, nice bar/lounge area. Thanks

The rooms were nice and so was the breakfast. but, unfortunately in the middle of the night around 4:00 am, the emergency alarm goes off forcing everyone to evacuate the building. turned out it was just an accidental or false alarm and no one from the hotel staff or reception felt responsible to make an announcement regarding the situation and to go back.
eventually, I learnt that this triggering of alarm is very common in these buildings :(
i would not recommend going unless you're in mood to disturb your sleep.

Friendly staff! Good breakfast! The room is spacious! The duvet was smelling like cigarette! The ventilation system in bathroom was not working properly and the smell of waste and cigarette were coming in! There was no fresh air in the room and I had to open the window although it was cold! I do not recommend this place!

Locating can be slightly difficult. As you get out of the underground metro, there is a small signpost called a trip inn and you have to get into the building. Then go up through the lift. There you have the reception. The receptionist was very good and so was the room. Overall, I had a great experience.

The only good thing is the convenient location. You can feel the springs in the mattresses. It smells really badly in the hallways and rooms. We had a family room that was smelling so badly of cigarettes, that we had to switch rooms. And that though the hotel is non smoking. It was dirty and in the rooms are cobwebs. In addition the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is constantly empty and gets only filled when you specifically request it. And it's not very good too.
