Carlton Hotel in Frankfurt am Main

This is the worst ever hotel of my life.
Stinky and Stale smell were coming from room. Even it's not worth of 1 star.

You can feel the real picture of attached vs shown it on internet other websites. No ethics and trustworthy.

Furniture seems to be brought from garbage store FOC.

Don't ever book this 🤢 and 🤮 😭 hotel to ruin your trip. Stay away!

We got a fungus food too. It's completely unhygienic.

Booked it from booking.com and would like to request, they should immediately remove this property from their list of property. Even no one from their staff can come and stay a single night in such a weird environment.

More or less they are also responsible to promote these kind of nonsense property without checking it frequently with their standard parameters.

Before listing they should thoroughly checked it for safety, cleaning, and other so many parameters with respect to customer point of views.

No worth and waste of money.

Save your money and use other good hotel with better services and cheaper cost.

NOT RECOMMENDED! This hotel has a lack of safety rules and has no normal surveillance around the hotel (just one camera at the reception, even if it works?). Also this hotel has a stupid rule, when you exit the room, you have to give the key back to the reception desk and some workers can be easily confused and can give the key to somebody else. Hotel is located in a very dirty district.
My story: I was robbed at this hotel, when I exit the room, give the key to reception desk and when came back my stuff was missing! It's because at the reception, the worker got easily confused and handed the key to somebody else "a friend came".
"If you want the same adventures, than welcome to Carlton hotel".
If wise than don't stay there!

The facilities and hygiene are average. There are many homeless people on the street next to the door at night. 3 stars on Ctrip⭐Post and Telecom is high, maybe 2 stars or 2 and a half stars. It is not recommended for girls to stay here alone. Boys don't matter.
