The pool was freezing and the spa area was not clean. There were Band-Aids piled up in the corner of one of the saunas and the hampers for the towels were overflowing

Had a great long weekend at A-ROSA Sylt. The spa facilities are excellent and perfect for relaxing after a walk by the wild Nordsee

Great variety and selection of warm and cold served food. They ask for reservations which makes sense due to seating capacity. Several sauna and large pools to spend some quality time during a windy, wet day

Must upgrade menu and selection in lobby/room/pool Must improve service level and rules for children as well as dangerous slippery floor

Spa, outdoor pool and restaurant facilities were amazing. Also how quiet it was, in spite of that fact that we had a suite facing the land side of the property, was really good

We needed a nice break for the weekend with our 3 years old son where we all could relax and this was a absolutely right place for us! The spa area is big and our son could have fun there without disturbing any other guest, we enjoy lots of saunas with nice treatments for the body

The service here is 5 stars. Esperanca (at the front desk) and Sabine (waitress) have made this trip an incredible experience for me. Very friendly, attentive, and kind personnel. Would absolutely come here again!

The Sheraton Carlton is a well kept property and the staff was wonderful. I was placed in an executive room which was very large and had extra amenities. The hotel is also located very close to the train station

Located right next to train station yet very quiet and low key. Classic ambience at breakfast with proper escorting service. Stunning view at the swimming pool

The hotel is right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train. Getting to the Old Town from the hotel is also very easy

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but the facilities are a bit dated, and there was a strong odor from the bathroom drain

Beutiful hotel with walking distance from Wolfsburg trainstation. The pool is awesome! Floating in the river, heated all year, 40 meters long

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Accommodated my request for a factory view room without any problems. The only problem I found with the hotel was that the drain in the bathroom sink wasn’t working

We came to see some art at a nearby museum for our anniversary and they made it a memorable experience. The place is smack dab in the middle of Volkswagen Disneyland and there is a lot to do

I should have brought this to their attention when I discovered the problem however I didn’t want the hassle of having to change rooms or something like that

I also requested 2 extra pillows and milk for the coffee machine. I was disappointed as it took almost an hour for them to reach my room

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn. Staff were great and could not be more helpfull. Breakfast was one of the best we ever got. when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home

It is recommended to provide a bottle opener in the room, otherwise the water included in the room fee is in a glass bottle, and it cannot be opened without a bottle opener, and the water cannot be drunk

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights when we were traveling to different Christmas markets. This one was walkable to their big Christmas market. I definitely would stay there again

Absolutely first class across the board. Super breakfast buffet, three different restaurants,, each with delicious food. The spa area is also excellent, with several pools, and an FKK area for saunas

We used the pools as well as swimming outside in the cold rain! We will definitely be coming back again. I only marked down the room because it was very small

The swimming pool area is the hotel’s main attraction and should be the first to be remodeled as a real 5-stars

Had a fantastic couple of days at this top wellness hotel. Every memember of staff was helpful and very friendly. It was worth coming for the breakfast buffet which was one of the best I've ever experienced

Even though it had a balcony once you arrive with your suitcases there isn't a lot of room to move about

(Nowadays who likes white lights? I think just hospitals and dentists) The room (comfortable room category) is fine but still needs some remodel, specially the bathroom which is not a place you want to be

The hotel advertises a wellness area. Unfortunately, there were only about 10-12 loungers available in the pool area and we had to register for the sauna, which only has 12 places

The apartments were really nice. Expected juat another hotel room but was greates by a full apartment with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room (living room & kitchen combo)

Excellent apartment for a family vacation that had everything. Garage under the house for both cars and bikes that was very convenient. With water on both sides of the house

Combine that with the location st the harbor and you got a awesome location for a vacation

The only drawback was that we hade an apartment towards the road so we heard the cars if we had open windows

I especially liked that butter and jam were served in glass jars or dispensers instead of single-use packaging. The juice machine automatically refills, so everything felt fresh and well managed

There are also snacks and drinks available in the lobby, which is helpful if you arrive late. Overall, the hotel felt very thoughtful in its service, and I would highly recommend it

Rooms are good, very well maintained. I am giving it 5 stars for the pool and sauna facility. Food is good, it's too costly. Doesn't deserve 20+ euros if you are vegetarian

This was the hotel our family was most satisfied with in terms of both price and facilities. The bedding was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day

We booked a room with a breakfast buffet. The buffet was very extensive and there was something for every taste, very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff didn't always speak German

To use the pool and fitness facilities, you had to cross the street to another building — not ideal, especially in winter

The ring had to be shipped multiple times due to complications with U. customs, and she stayed patient, thoughtful, and kind throughout the entire process. Thanks to her care, the ring was safely returned to us

Our electric shade wasn't working properly when we arrived and it was repaired the next day by friendly mechanics. I also like that the staff will ship 2 postcards for guests. I'd rate this hotel 5/5 over and over again

This hotel is known to be one of the best hotels in Germany, owned by the Albrecht family of the Aldi stores. I was there for dinner with friends and enjoyed the excellent food and the beautiful cigar lounge

A stunning resort - I was there for a meeting and didn’t get a chance to use the facilities. From what I saw it’s a wonderful, place to relax, golf and do all the other things I didn’t get a chance to. 😄

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep! We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious! Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine

The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

The only disappointment is a pool. It is small and crowded, and water is too warm

The room was huuuuge! There were two armchairs convertible into beds which are good for children and we also had a baby cot. There was also enough space to store a stroller and we still could have had a dance party

At the time of our stay (beginning of November) the restaurant options were limited without driving out of the resort - there was only the main restaurant and the bar

It is one of those places where you don't mind walking around barefoot. There are plenty of seats to relax in. the massages are also great however, they do tend to end early you don't get the full time

My wife and I have been here many times both to the hotel and spa. Each time we have had a great time the staff is friendly and very helpful. The spa is very clean there are always workers cleaning

The location is great, near Hercules Kassel. When you go out from the hotel 2 minutes walking u will have great views, clean air, with a beautiful green area. We stayed 1 night to breathe from the city atmosphere

Spa and wellness centre was free to use and has a pool, 2 saunas and a steam room. Towels and robes were supplied in the room. Very nice bar area and terrace. Parking was available, albeit €20-25 for the night

Comfy, clean, friendly The Tulip Inn is just right for business. The rooms are generous, well equipped. Pillows are too high, a per standard, but if you roll up a towel, you'll sleep like a baby

Excellent hotel in Ludwigshafen! The food for both breakfast and the dinner option in the attached restaurant is excellent. The (small) swimming pool and sauna are a nice touch

I truly appreciate the hardwood floors. I dislike carpet in hotel rooms. Bathrooms are clean, well maintained. Breakfast is great, coffee is good. Public transport is right close by, parking is available

The hotel is extremely strict about non-smokers – you even have to sign a declaration to that effect. I was very surprised when we entered our room and it smelled strongly of cigarettes
