Located in a separate building, the spa included a nice indoor pool with a passage to an outdoor pool with loungers

We really enjoy the view the indoor pool and the luxury facility

This is possibly the most magical place I have ever stayed. The staff treated us like kings, the facility was flawless, and the views took our breath away. I was so sad to leave that I almost forgot my passport

A large, well-appointed and very quiet relaxation room has loungers and access to the pool and sauna area. The textile-free sauna and showers were clean, well maintained and not busy

We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience

A wonderful and cozy hotel located in a picturesque area with a beautiful view of the lake. We especially enjoyed the spa with heated pools and a panoramic terrace — the heated pools were a very pleasant touch

I recommend it! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food and drinks are also good! Very friendly staff and they are ready to help you at any time! The pool and the spa are also super! We will be back here again!

Otherwise, very comfortable, with extra chairs and desk, tv. Bathroom small but has what you need. Breakfast is a buffet, fresh and varied, we enjoyed very much. Dinner was varied and different per evening, delicious

Restaurant is quite a cozy place as well. There are sauna's and a swimming pool with lounge area, also very nice

We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here

The hotel is a hidden gem in an amazing location in front of the lake and with an extraordinary service specially want to recognise the lady who took care of our checkin late in the day, she is simply amazing and very customer focused

I stayed at this hotel last year. Overall, it was okay, for the money you pay, don't expect too much. It doesn't belong to the category of establishments I would rate with 4 or 5 stars

Excellent breakfast and staff. Parking is available off-site. Small elevator which is also a plus! Overall we were very pleased. We just spent 2 weeks in Germany and this was our most-expensive hotel

The rooms are very very large and comfortable. An interesting thing is the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower

Then the sun came out which meant we could sit in the outside jacuzzi and look at the mountains whilst breathing in the fresh mountain air- wonderful. The food was exquisite, as usual

We loved our stay at the Riva with a Suite lake view. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the check-in drink and the evening treats from the housekeeping staff

Such a beautiful location with a very relaxed ambience. The terrace of the Seerestaurant overlooked the lake and was a beautiful setting for supper and breakfast. The selection at breakfast in particular was excellent

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance but it looks nice when it's open

They aren't kidding about the sheep! The staff was very attentive and friendly, perhaps the best service I've had in Germany. The food was also nice and they accommodate many different dietary requirements

We picked this hotel pretty randomly, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness and most of afll: the friendly staff

Good room with enough facilities, but the cleaning service is not good as 4 stars hotel. Also the pool area is not so clean and the pool has not really good filters as well

Clean and spacious small apartment, fully equipped kitchen, quiet location within walking distance to the center and supermarket. The pool is not included in the apartments.

Ideal location on a pass right in the Black Forest, perfect for hiking and biking. E-MTB's, swimming pool and wellness available on site. Vegan menu is one of the best ever. Corona-proof - we felt very safe while here.

Food was great! Room is god too. Poor mobile phone signal. Many trucks due to building extension work. Will be perfect after the wirk is completed! Great spa and swimming pool.

The sauna, swimming pool and spa are nice to visit as well, and the massage is worth it if you just did a long hike or are about to leave for one! The rooms are clean and nice, and the restaurant is more than decent!

Cool Location. Perfect Hotel to take a break for couple of days as a motorcyclist. The hotel is located at the top of the Notschreipass.

They food was great and the kitchen staff were very helpful. The reception dealt with 10 men walking and staying at 3 hotels and sorted all the problems. Dinner was great so too the wine and the hosting

Great hotel Room was very clean, staff were very nice, balcony has great view, excellent breakfast, nothing we don’t like! Oh , and the half board dinner was excellent, for €29 per person you get 3 court dinner plus salads bar, deluoabd well presented!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Alpenhotel Fischer. The staff were lovely, speaking great English but being patient in letting me try speaking German too. Hotel facilities were great with breakfast being a highlight

Stayed three nights. Great location to walk to the Berchtesdgaden HBF station and get around the area. Clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and relaxed overall. Restaurant was very good as well

The rooms were perfect and cozy. My room was 51 and it overlooked the infinity pool, gardens and mountains with the gondola. I felt like it was a fairytale

The large and beautifully designed spa areas, both indoors and outdoors, are a pleasant surprise. The only drawback: when families arrive, it's unclear how to manage noisy hordes of all ages splashing around in the water

The service was outstanding and everyone called you by name! The spas were modern and spacious with loads of relaxation rooms. Fresh air and amazing hiking trails. The owners were always available and welcoming

Magical holiday! Great location, outstanding service, extraordinary restaurant/food and beverage, amazing spa, the utmost attention to every detail throughout the stay

- Even though you're not supposed to save a seat in the Ruheraum with your towel, some people still do that. So it's hard to get to rest inside with some empty lying seats

The location and the breakfast is amazing 👏 they checked us in 1. Negative: spa area is super tiny, the outside pool is very very cold. We won't come again We needed to pay 3 euro per person for the energy cost

Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay

It was perfect to unwind close to the city Berlin and get back fresh to work, the installations are great with different relaxing opportunities such as thermal waters, jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, and others

The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on *******

The restaurant (Pechhütte) changes its menu every couple months and this means the food is often not very good -- its very hard on staff to master a new menu so often, so this is not on the cooks but probably the management

The best part were the attentive staff! Being from New York, we appreciated the high quality hotel, service and food at a good price! It was nice to stay somewhere where we seemed to be the only Americans and really get to soak up the Bavarian culture!

Additionally, we enjoyed the half board option and enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast, a snack and some cake in the afternoon, and lovely four course dinner each night in a beautiful dining room

We stayed at the hotel Suite with our dog and a toddler. Everything was great, very detail oriented. The staff are extremely friendly and present

Other highlights were the vast breakfast buffet and the massage that we booked on top. The hotel is surrounded by fields and yet just a 4 min drive to the beach

The Mercure Hotel in Düsseldorf-Neuss is an excellent place to stay on a budget. Myself and my partner were visiting from the UK for 1 week and had a great experience with this hotel

Nice and well maintained, little be old, but good property, location if you have car to move is ideal, staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely perfect

Whilst the room was basic, it was maintained, spacious and had good amenities… very good value for money (we paid about £320/€360for 7 nights)

There is building work on going at the hotel and half the garden and the outdoor pool are part of the building site. We were warned about this before we travelled and it did not spoil our enjoyment of the hotel

The hotel is located slightly above the lake and is very peaceful on a night. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the lake. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English

The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding throughout our week-long stay; the chefs catered superbly well for my vegan diet with delicious menus and varied choices and we loved the breakfasts, the extensive lunch/afternoon tea buffets, and the delicious dinner menus

Our room had a massive terrace with views to the big peaks to the south, and a massive walk in shower we which found every excuse to use! The rooftop infinity pool at the level of the treetops was like nothing I’ve experienced before

Incredible and unique setting, which unfolds upon arrival as you take the cable car from the valley below, above the Aqua-blue alpine river, across the treetops and then finally you see the hotel nestled in the trees at the edge of an alpine meadow plateau

Hotel staff were all incredibly warm and helpful, both at the restaurant which serves up fantastic food, and at reception, where they helped me pick out a hiking route up to Kreujberg, and booked me a taxi back to the train station upon departure

But what I love even more is descending on foot through the paths that lead down to the Partnachklamm —it's such a scenic way to arrive or leave, walking those trails along the river with the dramatic gorge views, wooden bridges, and tunnels

We enjoyed the daily special dinner, the pool on the second floor with a breathtaking view, but especially the service, besides being polite on every coaction of interaction with the staff, twice we got what I would define as exceptional service, that elevated beyond my expectations

The food is always delicious and beautifully prepared—I've had some really standout dishes, and it's run by a talented Portuguese chef who brings a nice touch of creativity to the regional ingredients

Stayed two nights while returning from Hamburg / Baltic Sea to enjoy the Südheide / Lüneburger Heide - rooms were well equipped and staff friendly - breakfast was delicious and with big variety - swimming pool and saune facilty rather disappointing - sufficient parking around hotel however with a daily charge

Room doors have a bizarre and totally unnecessary beep when opening: you can clearly hear when neighbours come into their room. This could be quite disturbing. Breakfast was fine, including yoghurt and fruits

Room was large, but not a double bed, Twins pushed together with separate single duvets and very firm mattress. My room smelled of cigarettes in spite of requesting non-smoking

So far 2 stars, but redeemed by an excellent restaurant where I had wonderful jaeger schnitzel with chips, and salad. Very good value for money too!
