Simply an amazing hotel. Wonderful staff, well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds. Loved the pool and the spa. Amazing views of the surrounding area. Fantastic breakfasts! Simply sublime. Will stay here again.

Our friend had a regular room that also had a glass wall and a view. The swimming pool and spa area are beautiful. The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures though and is not ideal for a serious lap swimmer

Superb view, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, great underground parking with direct access to floors and wellness. Highlight is the pool and wellness. Sunset on balcony was amazing

You are also able to go on hike up to a castle right outside the hotel with even more spectacular views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a little get away in the German hills

The modern interior, the rich variety of breakfast, the pool and the view are satisfying. The staff is elegant and polite. A phone is not enough, be sure to bring a camera

The bar area is nice also and we enjoyed a fun evening with Scottish Euro Cup football fans. The staff was exceptionally friendly and despite a wedding at the hotel (separate building), it was quiet and we slept well

There is an outdoor pool also but it was winter when I was there. The breakfast buffet is great. Bar was nice and had good wine

The breakfasts had everything we wanted and the spa was the perfect place to relax. In addition, wonderfully attentive and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend this hotel

The Big Egg building is iconic, the views from the rooms are great, the huge jacuzzi is fantastic after skiing or hiking, and the indoor pool has a diving board and a slide

The only disadvantage was that the hotel parking lot wasn't big enough, but only because the pool is public and people drive to come swimming. Overall I'd be happy to come back

My kids were very pleased by the little details reserved for them such as kids slippers and kids personal care kit with special shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and a wet cleaning paper just for them

My husband and I had a simply perfect time at the Hotel Oversum. Embedded in nature, architecturally beautiful inside and out with spacious rooms, we loved it

We had a nice comfortable room with a nice bathroom. One of the surprises to ghis hotel was the pool and the sauna. We had an evening meal and 2 breakfasts and they were wonderful

Great hotel however it misses something. It is complete nice rooms, swimming pool, sauna, fitness, massage, restaurant and drinks are all present. Rooms and inside the hotel it was very warm

No airco there was something in the room but that had not much effect. Staff is missing that extra smile and service

We where in a room above the restaurant then you need to go outside end then into the main building to enter the swimming pool etc

I think we were the only people at the hotel and the restaurant adjoining the hotel was not open. It really had a lot of charm and the swimming pool / spa area was amazing

The service was also great and they were super accommodating allowing us to use the pool before check in. We arrived super early from Stuttgart

The breakfast is a highlight, with honeycomb and à la carte options – a rarity in Germany. The wellness center's sauna and fitness area are well-maintained, but the swimming pool is limited in size

The indoor pool is small, but the spa area is relaxing. Room 124 was a corner room with a lobby parking view. Everything was modern, very clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable

The hotel looks new and modern, and being part of the Marriott Group, we had high expectations. Upon arrival, it felt more like a city hotel than a resort—small, with nothing particularly impressive in the daytime

The location is okay but not lakefront. Reception is fine, the bar opens only at 5pm, and the sauna is excellent, especially the Finnish sauna with a relaxing essential oil scent, though it closes early at 8pm

This hotel is known for its value for money around Lake Tegensee. Rooms are well-equipped with bathrobes, slippers, and quality toiletries. While the corner rooms offer parking views, they are well-insulated

The staff are attentive, and early check-in arrangements are handled well. If your budget allows, a lake-view room is recommended to compensate for the lack of a lakeside location

This was our third visit to the hotel in two years. We really like the hotel and especially the indoor pool and the location. We were greeted by a very professional and friendly receptionist fluent in English

We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here

The hotel is a hidden gem in an amazing location in front of the lake and with an extraordinary service specially want to recognise the lady who took care of our checkin late in the day, she is simply amazing and very customer focused

Being asian, we are used to being rudely treated, so this was a welcome change! Only gripe was that the aircon in one of the rooms was not functioning well and blew semi-hot air, but the window could be opened, and that worked out well for us

Definitely the best ibis hotel we have been to. Its an ibis budget, so everything there is basic as per the clearly shown pictures on their website

My two rooms were extremely clean and the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly which was a great plus

The hotel has everything you need to keep you going. I asked for a quiet room and got one. The breakfast was good, with people working hard to keep everything tidy. The location is definitely out of town

We chose to go the weekend when there was a music festival and the fire alarm went off at 5:15. Chose this as a restful break. Would like to return to see if it could be great.

In general the hotel is totally fine, but for the price I expected a bit more. The pools are worth 5 stars, but I felt a bit uncomfortable in my room, because of the cold atmosphere and the uncomfortable bed

Although the breakfast was high quality, lunch and dinner was not that tasty. In case you don't care about the room's interior design and eat out, the pools are really worth a visit!

Then the sun came out which meant we could sit in the outside jacuzzi and look at the mountains whilst breathing in the fresh mountain air- wonderful. The food was exquisite, as usual

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was delicious - ate breakfast (great buffet and variety) and fabulous lunch too. Only negative was the WiFi was weak. In this day and age that was disappointing

Room 115 was adequate, I don't like the fixed cheap shower/hair and hand gel dispensers and think these let good hotels down, and also makes for extra packing to bring our own, or having to buy some there which is also annoying

The room was overlooking the outside restaurant/bar area so was a bit noisy in the evening. It's beside a huge outdoor swimming complex which was great. We had a nice walk to the lake which was beautiful

Good room with enough facilities, but the cleaning service is not good as 4 stars hotel. Also the pool area is not so clean and the pool has not really good filters as well

A 10-minute drive around the hotel is a variety of activities such as laser tag, rope climbing and more

Clean and spacious small apartment, fully equipped kitchen, quiet location within walking distance to the center and supermarket. The pool is not included in the apartments.

Ideal location on a pass right in the Black Forest, perfect for hiking and biking. E-MTB's, swimming pool and wellness available on site. Vegan menu is one of the best ever. Corona-proof - we felt very safe while here.

Food was great! Room is god too. Poor mobile phone signal. Many trucks due to building extension work. Will be perfect after the wirk is completed! Great spa and swimming pool.

The sauna, swimming pool and spa are nice to visit as well, and the massage is worth it if you just did a long hike or are about to leave for one! The rooms are clean and nice, and the restaurant is more than decent!

Cool Location. Perfect Hotel to take a break for couple of days as a motorcyclist. The hotel is located at the top of the Notschreipass.

- Even though you're not supposed to save a seat in the Ruheraum with your towel, some people still do that. So it's hard to get to rest inside with some empty lying seats

The location and the breakfast is amazing 👏 they checked us in 1. Negative: spa area is super tiny, the outside pool is very very cold. We won't come again We needed to pay 3 euro per person for the energy cost

Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay

It was perfect to unwind close to the city Berlin and get back fresh to work, the installations are great with different relaxing opportunities such as thermal waters, jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, and others

The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on *******

The restaurant (Pechhütte) changes its menu every couple months and this means the food is often not very good -- its very hard on staff to master a new menu so often, so this is not on the cooks but probably the management

The best part were the attentive staff! Being from New York, we appreciated the high quality hotel, service and food at a good price! It was nice to stay somewhere where we seemed to be the only Americans and really get to soak up the Bavarian culture!

Additionally, we enjoyed the half board option and enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast, a snack and some cake in the afternoon, and lovely four course dinner each night in a beautiful dining room

This Hotel is the perfect family experience. the facilities are unbelievable and they think of everything. They have so many activities for the children to chose from, childcare, child friendly buffet
