Hotels with heated pool in Germany

There is building work on going at the hotel and half the garden and the outdoor pool are part of the building site. We were warned about this before we travelled and it did not spoil our enjoyment of the hotel

The hotel is located slightly above the lake and is very peaceful on a night. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the lake. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English

I think we were the only English people there, but they translated the menu for us. The food was excellent, served in an elegant and spacious dining room. Our room had a balcony which was nice

The evening meal was a 7 course dinner, after the first night we cut out 2 of the courses as we could not do justice to all 7. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from

We arrived on a very hot afternoon and were warmly welcomed to the hotel. We had a good room on the first floor overlooking the garden

The bathroom had a large shower and 2 sinks and was spotless. There was a good balcony with outdoor furniture

Great hotel, exceptionally good cuisine. A wellness area that leaves nothing to be desired. Great location and very nice staff. Very nice to sit in the restaurant in the evening, nice breakfast with nothing missing

We stayed in hotel Berwanger Hof for a week. For some time together for the two of us. And as a base for cycling tours around the Allgäu. Very nice location: quit, with a wonderful view

Nice spa (to relax after cycling or treat yourself to wonderful, professional massages). And everybody here is super nice and attentive. Simply everything we hoped for

Really nice hotel. Extremely nice and polite service and food is also excellent and prepared with care.

There were also lots of kids doing the kids club which they did a great job hosting and a handprint wall which still had our kids’ hand prints from their last visit! The rooms at the hotel were old and dated although we saw on the website that there were some renovated rooms available

We were not impressed with the standard of food as it often feels like one notch above canteen food so we often made our way to other resorts (via the resort’s dine around program) to try other hotel restaurants but found they were not significantly better

We went to restaurants in nearby towns which was markedly better. I am not saying there was anything wrong with the food – it just was not our speed and we preferred strong and more interesting & complex flavours

Modest family hotel in the middle of golf haven of Bad Griesbach. We came here several years ago when the kids were younger and they enjoyed the football camp as well as the local area

The key cards were on a wrist lanyard and surprisingly had the room numbers on each card so if you lost your card – anyone could come to your room and get in

My grandparents visited the Haslinger Hof in the 1970s. I visited a few times about 35 years ago. Great to be back! Great food and excellent service. Nice spa area and outdoor pool. The room was very clean with nice view

Children are also welcome, there are enough outdoor activities included such as a petting zoo, bumper cars, playground, etc. We'll definitely be coming here again

Lovely place for a getaway, even for just one night. Great spa/sauna areas, an indoor pond for swimming, delicious food and the staff is extremely friendly

Great hotel, a little out of the way - you need a car. Unfortunately not enough staff for the number of guests at the weekend. Very good buffet

Everything was OK so far. At Easter the beds were not made and the room was not cleaned. 12€/day for the outdoor parking space is surprising.

It’s a lonely bus stop with no shed or benches, but close by there are a lot of trees. The bus frequencies aren’t much, hence waiting times can be longer

We had booked from Friday to Monday and left early today on Sunday because we were so exhausted by these people that we had no rest

You can't describe how bad the staff and the head of the SPA area are and the icing on the cake was the hotel manager

PS the worst mistake is when the guest express their opinion to the management in this hotel

One of the best Hotel experiences I have had so far! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is the perfect start for hiking trips or simply to relax in the wellness area/pool

Unfortunately, the swimming pool isn't wheelchair accessible, so we could only use it to a limited extent. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely return

Rooms and the hotel itself was beautiful and the sauna and pool Amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a fantastic experience

The rooms are functional and comfortably furnished. We have rarely slept so well in a hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, along with additional freshly prepared items

There's always a delicious selection of cakes available in the afternoon. The spa area is rather small, but adequate for the size of the hotel

Perfect place to get your workout in since the elevator is not working. We got a free wake up call on the first night at 08am sharp thanks to the construction work done inside the building

A really cute little detail about the room is that they skipped the water kettle in favour of a sink by the bedside. But since you don't have a bathroom, it maybe a sensible thing to do

Speaking of construction, finding the entrance to the hotel was a feat in itself as the road is blocked. We had to circle around the place like vultures to find the entrance

Speaking of no bathroom, we really get the idea behind the "adventure starts here" advertising because it felt like camping with a portable shower and pott

Mostly a place for golf lovers, but all can find something to do. Nice spa and in/outdoor pool with several courses

I travel to many hotels around the world for work, and even in well-known 5-star establishments, I have rarely experienced such motivated and professional hosts as those at the Aja Bad Saarow

We liked the Kids club the most. They had the best daily programm. We will come again just because of kids club. The Food Buffet were also very very nice. Stuffs were extremly friendly

Very friendly hotel staff. Rooms are big and clean. Extremely dog friendly, which gives them additional positive points. The area around the hotel is lovely for a walk.

Of course, with a delicious buffet and good breakfast, you can always expect a little more, but all in all, you are satisfied as a guest here and would gladly return

One negative point to mention: there is no coffee or tea maker in the room

We have just had 4 nights at this hotel. restaurant close because of few guests. we were shown to a table facing the bar,and open kitchen door!! this was closed after a while,but constantly opening and closing

We had a good stay at this hotel, which is located facing a beautifully designed and well-maintained park. The setting is peaceful and charming, with the sound of cow bells adding to the authentic atmosphere

This area in my opinion is ok for a lunchtime snack,but unacceptable for dinner in a 4* Hotel. the lady dealt with my complaint at once. the next day we had a table in a side room,off the bar

We stayed here with the kids to celebrate my dad's 80th. The team was really great at making him feel special. The pool was fun for the kids, the grown-ups enjoyed the spa and saunas

The playground and vineyards nearby made for great little excursions and we are looking forward to coming back in the summer to hire one of the cars in their vintage collection

Dinner and breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed our spacious maisonette suite under the roof

We booked one of their larger rooms with a private sauna and a cozy chilling area. The room and it's amenities were luxurious and very comfortable. The restaurant was busy and full

We went to dine at fabulous restaurant just across the street, which was delicious and deserves a separate review. Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional to mention

Great hotel in a quaint rural German village in wine country. Rooms are great and the breakfast is second to none. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Maybe it’s more appropriate to say resort as it has; outdoor pool, spa, party hut, ski school, ski rental, restaurant, childrens club, game room, bar and many more facilities

Note: Downstairs kid play area has a weird marble stairs on the side, which seems to serve no purpose other than being a danger to small kids. That probably should be handled before something happens there

every detail of hospitality is well thought of with pleasant little surprises, concepts and entertainment. They went extra mile for families with children to make the vacation unforgettable

Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back. Maybe the indoor pool is a good option for those who like to swim, but this is only a guess

Value for money rate is great! Bit older hotel but everything is very clean and how it should be. Food is good also! The pool area is nice as well. Enough towels and also there eveything is clean

We had a really pleasant stay, it was a pitty that the hot water tap didn’t have hot water as it should be. Compliments for the welness! The diner was ok, service excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the Sauna

This is a perfect example that not all hotels need to be brand new and need to have brand new furniture. If you make sure you are friendly, keep everything clean and delivery good value for money, all is good!

The room was clean, but there was a moldy smell inside and outside, and since there was no ventilation, the only option was to keep the balcony door constantly open. Both breakfast and dinner were average

The best feature of this hotel is the castle and river view from the window

Wonderful hotel - we loved our stay! We had half board and enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner. Food quality was outstanding with meat / fish / vegetarian options available for dinner

Oh I forgot to mention this hotel hs a spa and the bathrobes and complometary slippers are waiting in your room. Simply brilliant im sure I will come back very soon for a much longer stay

Large chic hotel. Very nicely decorated rooms, beautiful garden, pool and sauna. Good restaurant and extensive breakfast. However, far too few parking spaces.

Lovely room overlooking the sea complete with a sofa to relax on. Absolutely superb breakfast buffet and the cappuccino was first class. Small but sufficient sauna area including an infinity pool on the 6th floor

Hotel was ok ,time was stop in 2000,,tv was only Germain,no English , France,even Polish Chanel ,when Germain guest arrived in Poland,they expect Germain TV ,but in Germany was only German ,no international Chanel pls think about this,room was clean,spa no bussy on this time ,wellness was super ,only big problem is naked people in spa ,it's illegal ,hotel supposed to inform guest,also in the season...

The location is good, convenient for restaurants and shopping, and there's a cathedral nearby. The breakfast was quite substantial, with various fruits and breads, and fried eggs were prepared separately for breakfast

The staff accommodated us with great suggestions on places to eat and see. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. They also make eggs anyway you like them. Good location but note the train station is far away.

Honestly, the fact that they were willing to feed two starving hikers at the very last minute really won us over. We decided that the next time we came to Mittenwald, we would stay here and we are so glad we did

Great staff, good breakfast, just missing a coffee station and iron in the room. They will bring you coffee, but I like being able to make my own! 5min walk to nearest train station, and shopping mall

Stayed there for only 12 hours because my flight got cancelled. It was a nice hotel near a plaza with lots of restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and well furnished.
