Hotel with particular modern architecture with all you need

If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Just note that on sunny days, the windows get very hot and tend to fog up. During our check-in, the front desk staff seemed quite confused

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears

Great location, decent prices. Underground carpark. Breakfast is OK. Fitness room is tiny and 1/3 lifts was out of order the whole week I was there.

We were checking in with a dog and had already paid for the full reservation, after which we were told there would be an extra pet fee

Service staff: Were warm, friendly and welcoming. Amenities: Didn’t get to use other amenities as we only stayed 2 days - but really enjoyed their smart TV with YouTube and Netflix

Very accessible from the station with McDonald and grocery store at ZOB. Tram station right next to the hotel. The breakfast place is very spacious, with plenty choices

Plus, there's a beer garden nearby where you can enjoy barrel beer and German food. After a good meal, you can simply walk back to the hotel to rest. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money

The lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff speak English and are very patient. They even specifically noted our request for twin beds. The lady at the front desk also helped us with our transportation questions

They have an indoor swimming pool, which is very pleasant if you come in the cold seasons. We went to one of the restaurants, beef 45, which was a bit pricey but delicious

We had a bit of bad luck with the room, with a broken window, sink and Jacuzzi, but everything was very quickly repaired or compensated

The hotel is centrally located and very nice. This post is to appreciate the staff at the hotel. The concierge Dan Urosev was very knowledgeable, approachable and efficient

We stayed in the Business Premium Deluxe Room during Christmas, and it was large, extremely comfortable! The service was very good, especially the standards of cleaning, the spa, and the breakfast team

The breakfast had lots of choices and was all made fresh, constantly being refreshed as we ate. The location is ideal, with lots of restaurants nearby and a small 7-minute walk from the underground station

In our multi day trip around northern Germany, this was our favorite hotel. Fantastic location close to all of Lübeck attractions, great breakfast, comfortable bed, nice room, great service. Loved it.

My only gripe was the noise level given the room location - I was close to the inner hotel area, 1002, and bar music & chatter was on until midnight, also the location felt like a thoroughfare, either the staff was vacuuming outside or people walked past talking loudly, etc

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The service, the cleaness of the room, the breakfast and the quality of it all shows very high quality level. A highly recommended hotel for a stay in Lübeck

Very nice hotel. Just across the river to the altstad. Close to the famous city gate. Big room, big bathroom, big bed. Very delicious breakfast. Parking outside or in the hotel garage.

We enjoyed A bathroom was a little bit small than I used to. We could find many things to eat and drink. The hotel itself designed nicely andit is very close to the old city

Great facility when visiting the Hannover fair. The sky bridge access makes this a super convenient location as hotel or parking location.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at ZAG Arena, which is literally 200m away. Fantastic front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Great stay!

The hotel is suitable for exhibition attendees.

The exhibition hotel is located near a gas station with a convenience store. It takes a while to walk to the subway. It is far from the nearby Chinese restaurant

We stayed here for Christmas and our room overlooked the Christmas market and had a lovely table and chairs next to a huge window. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can’t recommend this place highly enough

We love this chain and find it is always beautifully appointed, clean, professionally staffed and rooms comfortable

We skipped breakfast here, but the bakery right out the front door was perfect for a quick bite

I booked the christmas market view room which was perfect. NH chain is always good!

The room is big enough, a bit classic but well made furnitures. The parking is private and secured, with few spots for electric vehicle charging

the hotel itself has such a huge and decor rich living area which we loved because we also had to spend some time there on check out day. best of all was the fact that my little pet was allowed to roam around everywhere

Employee Maren made me feel like she didn't care by telling me that if she is working at the desk she cannot hear the request for help and then she went on to tell me that we were too many in the elevator because we were four but the sign clearly said four people could be in the elevator

Little hi hiccup at check but got an upgrade so no matter!  Service was great, breakfast choices excellent, location next to main station, and a few steps into the old city, would recommend staying here!!!

The Ringberghotel high above Suhl is an impressive building, worth a visit just for its open location! Panoramic views, clean and functional rooms. The food tasted great, the service was friendly and polite

The Novotel Hotel in Karlsruhe is very centrally located. The Christmas market was only a 10-minute walk away. Our Executive Double Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, with a super comfortable queen-size bed

Atmosphere is light and airy due to the two open verbal areas, meaning many rooms have city views. Small gym with sauna, but no pool

Recently stayed here and could not fault anything about our stay. The staff were so helpful and polite. The food is excellent and well priced. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Would recommend staying here

If the price is in your range, don't look too far. Hotel is great, staff are polite and helpful. Location is great! Transport is 2 min from the hotel. Clean, nice and quiet. Would deffinitely revisit.

The hotel is newly renovated and quite large, yet you didn't really notice the many guests, so you didn't feel disturbed

There's a Finnish sauna with showers and some relaxation loungers, which we used briefly. Underground parking is located directly beneath the hotel. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the service

5 STAR, BIG Room, Gym is good. Breakfast buffet is okay. classic accor standard, we went in Christmas time and Christmas markets are everywhere.

Very central location, close to Gendarmenmarkt. Stylish decor and very attentive service. We missed a bidet in the bathroom though.

The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. This is very unusual compared to other hotels

This is a nice 5 stars property centrally located in Gendarmenmarkt with only 95 rooms. Within walking distance to Museumsinsel (museums island). Helpful and friedly front desk staff and a top nouch concierge

Room service comes from the same kitchen and is equally good. The bad: A spa without a hot tub or pool and a sauna and steam room that didn't work

The check-in was very good. The location is first class. Check-out was also quick.

I was put in this hotel by Lufthansa due to an over booked flight. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless with fresh linen all around

None of the staff properly guided them to a designated smoking area. The breakfast (€18) was very poor, consisting of cheap ham, sausages, and wilted salads. There was no egg station either

Additionally, when I made the reservation, I mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday and expected something like champagne or a fruit basket, as some hotels provide for special occasions

The rooftop pool was open, but the water was so cold that it was unusable. When I went back in the evening, the water was warmer, but it was too crowded to use

Instead, they said they would prepare something special for breakfast, but all they did was place a birthday napkin on the reserved table

When I asked the front desk just in case, they said they do offer such services but were unaware of my request

The hotel was perfect for a night of rest and the room featured the best air-conditioning system I've ever had in Germany!

We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one

That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the light rail station. It is not convenient to take a taxi. It is not recommended for those who are not traveling by car. I booked it because of Marriott at first

It takes about 20min to get to the city center. The breakfast is also fresh and good. The people there are also very friendly.

When I went to the ladies sauna, I had to go and ask the staff to turn it on, and wait 20 min till it was ready

Facility, service and breakfast were exceptionally good. The only reservations I have are on the check-in and spa time. Checkin is at 1600 which is the latest in the hotels I have been, and spa too

Tip top Det er 5.gang vi bor på hotellet og blev heller ikke skuffet denne gang. Der var lidt bøvl med parkeringsanlægget, men det blev håndteret fint af hotellets personale.

We actually came for the spa and it is pity that on the date of arrival that you cannot use the spa until after you check-in, which is already 1630ish

So impressed by the reception staff. They were polite, efficient & very helpful. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Staff were constantly keeping the food replenished and clearing tables too

You can also get the U21 tram directly into the Marienplatz within 20 mins, the stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel doors. Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again

Close to tram station, aldi market. 15 minutes to altstat via tram. Good location, smiley hotel personel, clean room. Enough breakfast (I am turkish, my breakfast standards are a little bit high 😊)

Absolutely amazing stay at the Mercure Wiesbaden. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable and spacious

Best location!!! The shopping streets are just within 500 meters. And So many delicious restaurants are surrounded by. The rooms are clean and very nice.

Wonderful rooms! Cleanliness was excellent and lots of space for luggage and movement. Our room had plenty of plug sockets & modern fittings. I had a really pleasurable stay and the hotel is in a superb location

For such a high-quality hotel, the beds felt a bit too soft, and the pillows didn’t offer enough support. The bedding was also noisy and felt a bit cheap, which slightly took away from the otherwise excellent experience

Negative aspects: We didn’t try the breakfast, as it was quite expensive — €28 per person, and unfortunately it was not included in the Booking. The only downside we found during our stay was the bed quality

I had business breakfast there and it was lovely. They had a broad variety of food to choose from. The latte machiato was fantastic. I had scrambled eggs wich weren't my taste but my colleges loved them

As I just visited a concert in this hotel I can`t rate the rooms (if guestrooms are meant). But everything I have seen and experienced in this hotel was absolute high class

The only negative thing I can tell you is because they’re green they didn’t have any shower caps so what am I supposed to do when I take a shower And not get my hair wet so that was a problem for me I’m glad they’re green but they have to figure something out for shower caps

That’s the first time I’ve seen thatI like happy they’re doing the greening!! but just check out a shower cap for us that need to take a shower and not get her hair wet

Excellent location, nice rooms and gorgeous interior. We got a spacious, newly renovated room facing the lobby, which worked well as it was pretty quiet. We each got a queen sized bed and they were very comfortable

The location is top because in the city of Bremen where the most sightseeing highliths are and with perfect connection to many public transpost possobilities almost in front of the door

Very warm welcome from the front desk staff. Helpful. Room is standard for business trips, close to bus stops that connects easily to sbahn stations. Also reaches the fish market directly by bus in the morning.

Perfect location for me, but not ideal for tourism. The staff is friendly the facilities are good. A bit of a shame the stoped the offer to surrender a cleaning for a drink at the bar.
