The internet speed in the room was very slow and the signal was not good. The shower gel in the room was out and not replaced. The environment was good, the atrium was beautiful, the restaurant downstairs was delicious

It belongs to a local chain hotel, a bit similar to Vienna in China. The facilities are OK, the management is relatively standardized, and the price is not particularly expensive

The floors were carpeted, and the room felt poorly ventilated. During the night, my wife and son had difficulty breathing, and overall the room felt quite stuffy

Spacious Congress and conference hotel (but not only!) in the interesting architecture and location on the lake -- very courteous staff, affordable. Fitness and a Sauna on offer sufficiently. I felt there 4 days.

We booked the hotel for our wedding night for 2 nights. We wanted to use a sauna and I was wearing a Hijab swimming costume. I was told that we are not allowed to wear clothes or swimming costumes in the sauna

The food and breakfast was superb. I was able to charge my car, for a price. OK, there were several things I had to pay for on top, but this didn't spoil my stay

Note to Hotel Manager - your front desk team were efficient, but a few smiles (not as extreme as Disneyland!) would add value for guests!

The sauna was closed due to upgrades and the pool was freezing; probably warm enough to swim in but at less than 10m not large enough for proper swimming and definitely too cold for lounging/enjoying

Very good room, but you need to bring your own toiletries and slippers for environmental protection. The breakfast is very good, but as usual in Germany, it is as salty as usual.

A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson! The room was lovely and clean as you would expect with a comfy bed and pillows, but there was a door to the adjoining room (locked) and the guests next door were smoking - the smell filtered through and was very unpleasant; not really the hotels fault but disappointing given that it's a non smoking hotel! Otherwise room was to standard with coffee machine...

The highlight is the Sky Lounge and the wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center on the top floor perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings or sightseeing

Our second disappointment was the wellness area. We had booked the Radisson to enjoy the pool and sauna

We had an awesome stay at the hotel! It is right by the water, had great views and is very clean. The staff was super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay!

I have simply fallen in love! Such a wonderful place on Earth! Strongly recommend for a weekend and even longer stay! You don’t want to leave after spending a few hours there! It is really thoughtful of the hotel to provide a two-hours visit to the SPA nearby! We have had a fantastic weekend getaway!

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food

There are much cheaper restaurants or bars in the neighborhood. Conclusion: highly recommended for an overnight stay with a pool+sauna and breakfast. Visiting a bar or restaurant is not recommended

I stayed a night at Crowne Plaza and it was just perfect! Location is great, all shops, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. All staffs are friendly and super helpful. Easy and quick check in and out

Pool is not very clean but big. There is a safe guard present. It is a big hotel and to liitle staff. If you want to an order a drink you have to wait 30 min. because there are to may guest and not enough waiters

I didn't expect to find such a near-perfect hotel in Darmstadt. After all, it was once the seat of the state government, so it has a certain historical significance. The room's balcony has a superb view
