Recommend! Was in Leipzig for a working and vacation. Big Bright zimmer with a lovely view. Desk, fridge, super comfortable bed and pillows, big tv, amazing shower. Everything that you want and need

Breakfast is great, dinner menu items ate limited as the hotel is more Buffet style dinner oriented, which always had good variety and good tasting food

Hany, who serves as the Hotel/Resort's Reception Manager secured a New Year's Eve stay at a different hotel named Zur Post in the Center of Ruhpolding (very nice accommodations) due to unfortunate overbooking issue

They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner

2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc

One of the two TVs wasn't on because I didn't know how to turn it on. The other one didn't have German channels, so I wish it had Netflix or YouTube. But I brought my laptop, so it wasn't a big deal

We booked the room with breakfast and dinner included, and all the meals we had were good. We stayed in the sauna and pool. We loved the discretion and cleanliness, the saunas are the highlight of this hotel

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but they're clean and reasonably priced. The sauna facilities are extensive, but unfortunately, they're only open until 8 p.m.

An excellent, stylish 4-star hotel on the banks of the Spree River. It features a pleasant lobby and helpful reception staff. A sauna is included in the price. The spacious room includes a coffee machine and tea station.

A river view room is worth the little extra cost. The location is perfect. Close enough to Central Station, yet tucked away from all the hectic. The Sauna was a nice treat. Good value for your money.

Very nice hotel near the river. Close to the station and everything, also there is a big mart near the hotel. the staff were kind and helpful. However, the TV was slightly outdated, and air-conditioning was not that good

This hotel is located right opposite Berlin Central Station, which is an excellent location! It's also very convenient for getting around, with both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby

I stayed here in December to visit the Christmas market in Nuremberg. The hotel is not too close to the S-Bahn station, around 5-8 min walking distance away. The street is quite dark and quiet during night time

There are two seating areas available to have meals and do some work, which I find very well. They also provide two bottles of water and two bottles of beer complimentary everyday

There's also a Lidl supermarket behind the hotel, but they don't open on Sundays. Overall a very comfortable stay, with a nice bed and good heating & ventilation system

The suite is large and the breakfast is rich. There is no Uber in Jena, but there is a bus stop ten minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket nearby.

Manager at reception was very helpful and friendly. My room booking via booking.com was for a wrong date (my mistake) and he fixed it. Amazing and very much appreciated.

A couple of small things could make the stay even better: my Wi-Fi connection didn’t reach the lobby, restaurant, or gym; the treadmill software and virtual programs are from 2013 and could use an update; and I got euros from an ATM, which is not nearby, but the property couldn’t break the larger bills, which made tipping difficult

When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€

The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. The cafe on site was an absolute bonus

Grand Hyatt Berlin is well located in the city, easily accessible to the well known tourists area and scenery. The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotels in Berlin by far. It's located near Potsdamer Platz, the swimming pool has an amazing view, and breakfast offers lots of options

The sauna and steam bath were also very nice and very clean. Only thing is that they forgot to provide us with bathrobes, we saw that some people had it in the spa zone

Large rooms, fridge, little extras like slippers and toiletries which you don't tend to get any more and a great heat lamp in the bathroom ceiling which appears to be quite standard in Germany

Friendly, helpful staff, a good quality coffee machine in reception with croissants and fruit and the €15 car parking fee waived due to the booking website we'd used

But honestly, with the quality of the room, hotel is forgiven. Salmon, fruits, smoothies, you find everything you can think about, and the team was very kind
