I rarely write reviews, but the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel definitely deserves a huge shout-out! On the day I checked in, there was a lovely lady from Taiwan at the front desk who was incredibly enthusiastic

She proactively asked if I needed any help with my travel plans and even let me know her off-duty time, inviting me to come back and ask her anything before she left

Stunning hotel, food and cocktails were delicious. Rooms spacious and comfortable, shower in bathroom slightly wonky but good water pressure and temp available. Staff extremely helpful and friendly

I was on the 7th floor which means you get the lift from the lobby to the 6th then up some stairs or use a utility lift which wasn't so great. I was there for an event which was well

cayered for overall and the conference rooms were appropriately set up and supported

And the hotel itself is also really nice. And the pool (though could have been a bit warmer), the sauna. Yeah as you can tell, everything was so good. Overall probably my best hotel stay so far

I had a great stay at the Pentahotel in Leipzig. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from

Recommend! Was in Leipzig for a working and vacation. Big Bright zimmer with a lovely view. Desk, fridge, super comfortable bed and pillows, big tv, amazing shower. Everything that you want and need

And the final proof is they are placing a postcard on the bed, with party themed photo on it. :D Room setup was good, the curtains are massive aligned with the glass window/wall facing outside

Upon looking for a bag to carry some stuff, I found their laundry bag very useful and hilarious at the same time. I posted a photo of that laundry bag just to share a bit of comedy this place offers

I used this hotel for a business workshop and was extremely impressed. The conference rooms were spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making everything run smoothly

Breakfast was really good, although the bacon was a bit too crispy for my liking. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym are open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Overall, very satisfied.

Perkele always stays here when we are in Magdeburg to play with the band Perkele. We had the release gig in Magdeburg for the album Theater. We have always been treated well

Short walk (700m) from the last stop of 10 tram. Clean hotel with a swimming pool and sauna. The food and drinks served in the hotel are good.

You can feel hotel has it's age. But overall it's super clean, stuff super nice. Breakfast has huge variety of options. Good place to stay over night. Good value for the money.

A little bit outdated or nostalgic if you like, but rooms are clean and spacious, beds are wide and comfortable. Lot to choose from at the breakfast. Staff is fiendly and bicycles can be stored inside

They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner

2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc

We were here for the second time, definitely not the last! Great service, great view of the Baltic Sea, beautiful pool area. Also very child and dog friendly. We'll be back!

In my opinion, this hotel currently feels closer to a three-star level at best. I sincerely hope management will invest in proper maintenance to bring the place back to the standard that the name “Radisson Blu” promises

24-hour hot water and high-speed WiFi were absolute essentials that met all my needs. The breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh hot dishes that varied daily. Free coffee refills were a bonus

The soundproofing was excellent, so I could work late into the night without being disturbed. The toiletries were custom Accor brand, fresh and pleasant-smelling

superb hotel in Mannheim, a great central location close to wasserturm and the main shops. the hotel has very nice rooms and a very good gym so you can do a full workout whilst away from home

The reception team is incredibly friendly, and their service is amazing. I had booked a downgraded room for my last night, but they kindly let me stay in the same (more expensive) room without extra charge

We would like to give a huge thanks to Dimitri at the reception, because he truly knows how to give the best service to visitors. He was assisting us throughout our whole stay at the hotel

Every day, the staff made sure my room was perfectly clean and that I had everything I needed — coffee, tea, water, anything. They were always ready to help with a smile

This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

The room is very clean and pretty large. The staff is nice and speaks English very well. We were travelling with a baby and they provided a baby crib that was already there when we entered the room

The room is large for me, the service is ok, but the coffee machine in my room needs to be cleaned inside.

Stayed here when a flight was cancelled. Hotel staff excellent! Hotel clean. Bar with restaurant was good along with breakfast. Shuttle to and from airport. Id stay here again.

Only downside is is there’s no combin promotion with kids stay for free at breakfast time which means will reduce amount of of families visiting

Great hotel and amenities This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, we love the breakfast and afternoon cake and coffee, the spa facilities are great and relaxing, rooms are modern and clean, my only fault is that if you’re there for 7 nights they should give you a room down the quiet end of the hotel,

This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening

We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options

Ski/Spa in Germany hidden gem Just came down for one night but enjoyed the spa facilities. Buffet dinner was good for the money and hotel was very pleasant with modern decor styling

Great little hotel within short walking distance of the main city areas, perfect for our Xmas market holiday. Great staff who spoke excellent English and were super attentive and helpful

They all speak English (some better than others) and provide great advice for travelers not native to Germany. 4/5 Room - Room is very clean and, in an appropriately German way, supplying the basics without much flair

I stayed here in December to visit the Christmas market in Nuremberg. The hotel is not too close to the S-Bahn station, around 5-8 min walking distance away. The street is quite dark and quiet during night time

There are two seating areas available to have meals and do some work, which I find very well. They also provide two bottles of water and two bottles of beer complimentary everyday

There's also a Lidl supermarket behind the hotel, but they don't open on Sundays. Overall a very comfortable stay, with a nice bed and good heating & ventilation system

Nice rooms with all we needed provided. We loved it and would definitely use this place again next time we visit Nuremberg

Decent pool, decent sauna, paid but easy parking, helpful staff. Very average room, Good dining space but the food gets emptied real quick as there are too many Guests compared the food that gets refilled

We booked the room with breakfast and dinner included, and all the meals we had were good. We stayed in the sauna and pool. We loved the discretion and cleanliness, the saunas are the highlight of this hotel

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but they're clean and reasonably priced. The sauna facilities are extensive, but unfortunately, they're only open until 8 p.m.

I had a good time spending my holidays there for a week. The breakfast could use an improvement though. Sauna room was great. The bed was comfortable.

We had a great time staying at Rugard. We had a beautiful sea view from a room. It was nice to get a welcoming message on the bag with spa towels and bathrobes, and a small bootle of wine in the end of our stay

Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Very simple and simply furnished room, not necessarily in the style of a 4-star hotel, but spacious. The lobby and breakfast options were excellent; there's a pool table, foosball, and board games available.

Very clean and comfortable room although they put us next to the cleaners cupboard which meant lots of loud banging from 8. 30am daily and loads of trolleys parked outside our bedroom at all times

An excellent, stylish 4-star hotel on the banks of the Spree River. It features a pleasant lobby and helpful reception staff. A sauna is included in the price. The spacious room includes a coffee machine and tea station.

A river view room is worth the little extra cost. The location is perfect. Close enough to Central Station, yet tucked away from all the hectic. The Sauna was a nice treat. Good value for your money.

Very nice hotel near the river. Close to the station and everything, also there is a big mart near the hotel. the staff were kind and helpful. However, the TV was slightly outdated, and air-conditioning was not that good

Major attractions like the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate are also within walking distance. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the soundproofing is great, making it very quiet

5 min away from the central train station - easy to get to anywhere out of the town of within the city center.

First time trying the steingeberger brand hotel - the service standard turns out to be better than the other international brand hotels. Location is just a stone’s throw away from Berlin hbf, super convenient

The Aja in Warnemünde is a great place to stay. The staff is amazing, the rooms a great and we enjoy the time very much. Breakfast ist good, sometimes a bit overcrowded.

We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend

The suite is large and the breakfast is rich. There is no Uber in Jena, but there is a bus stop ten minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket nearby.

It exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Staff interaction was always friendly. It was odd that there was no refrigerator in the room. Our large bed was simply two single beds pushed together

Very beautiful hotel in retro-style furnishings with pictures like Merlin Monroe or Humphrey Bogart. The rooms are big and it's quiet because it's not in the center

There was no attempt to bridge the gap between the beds with some sort of connector. Linens were clean and nice with no strong detergent smell

A couple of small things could make the stay even better: my Wi-Fi connection didn’t reach the lobby, restaurant, or gym; the treadmill software and virtual programs are from 2013 and could use an update; and I got euros from an ATM, which is not nearby, but the property couldn’t break the larger bills, which made tipping difficult

We had a lovely, spacious room. The view was great! The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean. You can’t hear any noise from the hallways and different floors. The train station is a ten minute walk

I would like to share the toilet paper and Kleenex is quite rough and hard. It has no softness to them, which was somewhat uncomfortable to use. It was disappointing to see a nice hotel, using a poorer quality product

Amazing customer service from Nadia who assisted my friend and I. Having traveled over 18 hours, we were exhausted and were hoping for an early check in. She was able to get us a room 5 hours before check in time
