Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay

Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights

Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children

The manager understands our disappointment and offers us a compensation for the services what was not available. We accepted the compensation. Very happy with the solution the manager offers us

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They extended our check out till 2pm. That was very helpful as we could go about our activities in a leisurely manner

And in this holiday we came back to Munich, bring our whole family to explore more about Munich, and decided back to this hotel, because of the previous experience. And again we all are very satisfied

We had a very good experience here at the le meridien hotel munich! We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, alex miller. I remembered him clearly because of his warm and welcoming demeanor

Perhaps the only thing missing was toileteries amenities which were not in the room, but if you request for them they will give you. Bottled water is only given 1 per day

All the staffs were again very very friendly, the room was very clean, the breakfast super, and the location right in front of the train station. Thank you for making our journey more enjoyable

The staff is extremely professional, helpful and polite. Our stay was amazing courtesy the amazing services of the buffet at breakfast and the housekeeping

The hotel in itself is a great place but what makes it even better is the view surrounding it. The perfect place to come for some peaceful and relaxing time with great amenities available around the clock

The Hotel is great there are 2 restaurants and a pool and also a playground and a goat farm. There are many cool activities to do.

A classic high-tier hotel with wall-to-wall carpeting, big comfortable beds, Cable TV and excellent service. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond all expectations. I love Germany!

I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic. A lot of vegetarian options as well

The room was very spacious. Check-in took a long time, but after speaking with the front desk staff, they made up the sofa bed for us. The location is great, not far from the Dom. Overall, it was a good experience!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Just a heads-up, there's a deposit of 50 Euros per room if paying by credit card, or 100 Euros if paying cash upon check-in

Big twin room, comfortable bed, good location near the main station and the cathedral, yet away from the crowd.

The hotel is quite close to Cologne Central Station and the Cathedral, and everything about it is good.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again next time

However, we heard someone trying to open our door during midnight!! Weird thing was on the first day the door lock was working fine, but the second day it was broken so we could not lock the door from inside

Stayed here for 10 days during Gamescom and had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond—keeping our room spotless, learning our team’s food and drink preferences, and even offering a special Gamescom menu which was a nice touch

At first, I was a little confused about needing to put the room keycard in the slot near the door for power—I even ended up taking my first shower in the dark before asking the front desk (who explained it with a smile)

The room was large and convenient. It was nice that they provided water and carbonated water. There was a bathtub so I could relax, and it was nice that the body soap, shampoo, and treatment were all separate.

I would have preferred a queen or king bed instead of two twins pushed together since you do sink a little in the middle, but honestly that was minor compared to how great everything else was

Only downsides: No quiet workspaces available after checkout, so I had to work from the Design Offices until my train left for home. And some machines in the Gym were broken

The main drawbacks were the location, a bit far from the city center, which was less convenient for quick outings, and the €20 daily parking fee, which felt high

The room had everything we needed (comfortable bed, great bathroom, TV). The best part was the sauna included in the price — perfect after cold winter walks, and it’s open until 10 pm

Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food

For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient

We stayed at NH Collection Berlin Mitte for two nights over the weekend. Overall, it’s a great value for a short trip. The location is excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful

The hotel’s location is great for sightseeing, close to many tourist hotspots and is easily accessible by public transport. The room is of good size for a hotel room in a major capital city

Firstly it’s a great location and all the major tourist attractions are in walking distance, as are a good choice of restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean with plenty of space for clothes and cases

Fridge, safe, coffee machine and kettle supplied - although a larger supply of English Breakfast tea bags would have been a benefit. Good choice of continental and cooked items for breakfast

Location is excellent - right at centre of the city where a lot of attractions are with walking distances. The public transport stops are close by so travelling around was easier

We were always given a friendly welcome and advice. We missed a few more loungers in the sauna area, but that doesn't affect our opinion. We can recommend this hotel and would book it again

Best Business Hotel in Magdeburg. Room size, service, pool with sauna, training area, huge breakfast perfect bar, underground parking. If you get a deal everything for around 100 Euro per night

The rooms are nice and the environment is quiet. The transportation is convenient and the front desk staff is also good. In short, it is very good. The breakfast is rich with many varieties and salmon

The location is very good, 5 min on foot from the main train station and also a short walk away from the main street full of restaurants.

We chose this hotel because of its central location near the main train station and the old town. The furnishings are a bit old, but they are perfectly fine, intact and absolutely clean

The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!

When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner

I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor

Lidl, 400m down road from hotel. Netto 700m uproad from hotel. Buying food, bread, milk, drinks, fruits easy peazy. Use a Visa/MC Debit no worries about forex. I would recommend this hotel

The hotel is large, the facilities are a bit old but it has everything it should have, and it is very cost-effective. There is free parking at the hotel entrance, and the front desk will take the initiative to inform you

Microwave, plates, bowls cutleries brought to rm upon reqts. Staff attentive, helpful n diligent. Hotel easily reachable from Dresden Neustadt Trn station. Tram svc 3 n 13 goes to town, Theatreplatz

They have a sauna, which we didn’t have time to explore, as well as a nice sports bar downstairs. I wish that the room did have a phone to contact the front desk

Overall, it was a nice night but really the best part was the incredible young Ukrainian woman (who even remembered me at checkout)!! I hope that Leonardo hotels will give her a bonus because she made this stay significantly better than other Leonardo hotels I have been to

There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. From the train there was easy access to both the old and the new town

I knew it might not be possible to check in three hours early, but she went above and beyond to find us a room that would accommodate. We were put in a room on the 13th floor with a city view and the room was GREAT

I stayed with my boyfriend it felt like home for us. The balcony is a huge plus as well. And the location is very very good. The bus station is right in front and you can be in the center in less than 10 minutes

Novotel Munchen City is a well maintained hotel. The room is clean & has everything we need. The sofa bed also already well prepared to a bed for our kids when we checked in

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The location is excellent, just steps from the train station and close to the zoo. It's situated in the heart of Leipzig, with high ceilings and a good floor, offering panoramic views of Leipzig.

I was upgraded to a junior suite on the 24th floor, and I have to say, I really liked the room! It was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay

Overall a very good stay, but a few details were disappointing for a five-star hotel: no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, no bottled water (only tap water), and a very small and poor equipped fitness area.

However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. Overall, the hotel is quite good

In some minor details you can notice that the hotel is already existing for 20 years, but the staff makes up for it in every possible way: super friendly, attentive, very caring, I always feel welcome when staying here

How this was still £400 for one night stay I am unsure. The works finish before Christmas, they said. Here once a month or 6 weeks. I’m back in Munich in two weeks but won’t be staying here ‘til 2026

The renovation works on lobby area are extensive and inconvenient. Entrance to hotel further along and via side door. Up a flight of stairs to a temporary reception. Room ok, but aircond fan noisy

Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room

They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows

If our daughter has to return to Germany for further treatment, we will definitely return to stay at the Wunderlocke! Thank you for making us feel at home while in a foreign land! Also, it is in a fairly low traffic area and everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel
