The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room was very spacious and everything was very cleaned and well taken care of. My favorite thing was the breakfast, they have plenty of things to choose from!

It's close to a tram stop where you can transfer to a train or light rail. There are many supermarkets nearby, and it's about 2 kilometers from Alexanderplatz, so transportation is quite convenient

Most staff members very helpful and nice. Beds were very stiff, but got a mattress topper upon request. Only thing I thought was unpleasant is that upon arrival we came to the desk to check in

It takes about 45 minutes to get to the airport

Very nice room, very quiet. Had a river view room which has a large window that opens for fresh air. The rooms are clean and all the amenities included. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

We love staying at this hotel. Beautiful atmosphere location and vibe. One of my favorite things to do is walk the river Rhine early in the mornings. Great drinks also.

The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor

The rooms I felt a bit outdated. Lounge area and common areas are good. Breakfast was nice. rooms definitely need updating or refreshing.

They also have a sauna and a steam room but didn't have time to use them

The people were really nice and breakfast was great for €15. They only served breakfast but that was good for us. It’s a bit away from the center but quiet and about a 6 min walk from a station

It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also good.

It was a very good experience staying here. Clean, comfortable room, excellent service, a great kitchen for preparing meals, close to the metro station, and for those who like to walk, you could reach Marienplatz on foot

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

This was my second time staying here on a business trip, and everything was the same as before. The breakfast was pretty good, and the area was surrounded by car dealerships

Stayed for five nights, excellent value for money. As a family of three, we were given a triple room, and our child was thrilled to have a separate small bed. Breakfasts were quite rich every morning

The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator

Cederic who was at reception at night was kind friendly and willing to help find different locations we wanted to go and printed out maps and train time tables for us. He is above the gold standard

The hotel is huge but you don’t feel it at all due to its design and beautiful greenery surround it. The food in the restaurant absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. Lot of vegetarian and vegan options

Highlights include the bar (well designed for evening drinks) and the good (naked) sauna and pool (not naked). Breakfast needs to cater for a lot of people but is decent, with decent filter coffee and sparkling wine

We were able to use both the swimming pool and the sauna until midnight, which was a real bonus giving when we were travelling

We had just a one night stopover here on the last leg of our European driving holiday. We booked on the day of arrival and the price for the room and breakfast was very reasonable

Parking is completely free outside in the open air in a large car park. The underfloor car parking is chargeable (EV charging there but we did not use). We could see our car from our 5th floor room (area is very quiet) 2

Although i am here in winter, the room is sometimes over warm, even with windows open. The temperature that i only can set is 27 or 28 above. The air conditioner will be off when you set the temperature to 26 or below

Solid hotel with convenient location to downtown Mannheim. Rooms are clean and spacious, but a bit outdated. Enjoyed the sauna though missing any place to lie down for some relaxing.

Old furniture, leaky windows, thin walls, and connecting rooms were provided even though we hadn't requested them. The swimming pool is no longer there, and there are no changing rooms at the sauna

It's a very good hotel for enjoying Weimar. It offers beautiful rooms, an excellent breakfast, a good bar, and a quiet environment. It's located outside the city center and next to Goethe Park.

This is the first place I've been where they claim they have AC and actually have it. And it's the kind of AC you'd expect at American hotels. Great location, across from the train station

Unfortunately I was a bit sad for they didn't have a ready package of services in the spa (massage, face/body scrubs, etc) for their clients and I had to look for It in town. Apart from this everything was perfect

Better than expected, the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend all the sausage dishes! Germans really know their way around sausages.

Room/suite was beautifully presented, clean and welcoming. The shower was excellent with space to move, strong water pressure and almost instant hot water.

I was on a solo trip and stayed for several nights in one of the single rooms at the attic for a discounted price. The room is compact with limited natural lighting and is featured with a "head-banging" vaulted ceiling

The heating in the room is adjustable and can be quite powerful, which was essential when the outdoor temp was near-zero. The shower is clean, with consistent hot water and strong flow

Their swimming pool is small but clean. However, the water in the pool is quite cold when first got in. I didn't have breakfast there because I was elsewhere engaged

But it is compensated by the cosy layout of the room and the facilities provided. There are 4-5 sockets in the room that are easily accessible

Every year we spend a family weekend at the hotel; it's relaxing and lovely. The hotel offers many opportunities to unwind, play sports, and enjoy good food.

Our room was quite large with ample seating, though unfortunately it had carpeting. The bathroom looked rather dated but was well-equipped with plenty of electrical outlets and storage space, and was also up-to-date

From the outside, the hotel isn't very attractive, a dreadful concrete block from the 70s. Inside, however, the atmosphere is charming, with plenty of wood paneling

Unfortunately, the shower wasn't at floor level but rather on a rather high platform. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the service

I am a frequent business traveler and I had the opportunity to visit the specific hotel due to a conference which was taking place there. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing

Nice and clean. Not far from the airport. Shuttle service charge of 5 Euro. Only negative is the bed duvet is just too hot. Would prefer option of bed sheet and light blanket. 😴

The negative would be: - Expensive breakfast 22 euros. - No working fridge in the room. - The curtain wasn't hanging properly which could have been an easy fix

It seemed the only alternative was to order a pizza from outside. Also the buffet breakfast is very, very basic

Wonderful hotel, just a few steps away from the old city. The sauna with the view above the rooms of Erfurt is really amazing. The only thing I have to blame is the absence of air conditioning in the rooms

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and a few minutes' walk from the city of Erfurt. It is convenient for shopping and shopping and has a rich breakfast, but it is better to plan your trip early.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly from reception, to breakfast, and even the cleaning staff. And the facilities were modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again.

This hotel is truly underrated. Although it is officially rated as a C2-level hotel, in Germany it can easily be compared to many C4/C5-level hotels in terms of overall quality and service
