Stayed here for a night layover. Great location just steps out of the airport. Even with the airport next door it was nice and quiet. It's a nice bonus and where amazing

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!)
The location is perfect, especially to catch an early morning flight or to take the subway to downtown Berlin.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Overall good stay, breakfast buffet is ok, nothing outstanding, room quiet with good insulation. Edeka and few restaurants close by
Located a walkable distance from Alexanderplatz but the tram network passes the door. The staff are discreet and always helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything one could need. I will be returning next year
The room and the hotel facilities are spotlessly clean, the beds are the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both professional and relaxed

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch

It was a relaxing stay in the hotel (good service, nice pool). The breakfast offered good choices. Dancing on Thursday and Saturday was great.

Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms

The hotel's location is superb, with an Asian supermarket, Chinese restaurants, local eateries, and Italian restaurants nearby, along with many shopping malls and a 24-hour McDonald's. There was also a Christmas market
We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned twice, providing only two bottles of water, as we didn't realize we had to hang the sign for cleaning. The hotel has convenient parking for 30 Euros/day
All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people
There's complimentary water in the room, but it's only replenished when the room is serviced. You need to hang the 'Please Clean' sign on the door if you want housekeeping
It's not far from attractions; a 9. 5 km walk will get you to the TV Tower, Museum Island, etc. Driving is also an option, but parking near the attractions is difficult
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Nice hotel, great staff. The room had zero ventilation, and the water pressure was very low. Shower handle didn't fit in the wall mount. Over all quite nice hotel though.
The hotel is near the center and easy access to everything. If you're a Scandic member you can get a 1-3 free alcohol-free drinks. The rooms aren't really update or feeling "luxurious or premium" as they advertise

The food quality has gone down, the lounge has just gotten worse, over time they removed things and lowered the quality of things. The breakfast down by the lobby is okay, though it also has suffered the same
They always find ways to limit what they say is unlimited. Often broken and or things missing, they don't seem to care that everything is working and not looking like the hotel came just out of building

I was very satisfied with the room. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was well-insulated. Taxis were also easily accessible. There's a supermarket nearby for easy shopping
Having a coffee machine and little snacks for sale at the reception was also a great choice as it makes it easy to get midnight snack or something to drink
Arrived late, around midnight. The downstairs bar was lively, and breakfast was plentiful. The room itself was very quiet, perfect for resting.
I have had a very positive experience of travelling alone. The facilities are well-maintained and include a pool, gym and sauna. The staff are all approachable and demonstrate a high level of professionalism

The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm
good, check in and check out is smooth, but they don't but a free water in the room for three days and there is no slipper in the room which is not normal in Hilton branches. always these things available in the room.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for the airport, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which is a huge plus
There’s also a REWE supermarket (in Squaire west) and Rossmann (similar to an American drugstore, though they don’t sell medications), as well as familiar options like Starbucks and Burger King nearby
The location is extremely convenient—very close to Terminal 1 and situated within The Squaire, where there are plenty of food options, including several bakeries
The bathrooms were especially impressive — dual vanity sinks, separate tub, walk-in shower with a ceiling spa showerhead, plus a toilet and separate bidet — far more than we expected for a European hotel at around $250/night in late July
The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night
They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable

I Stayed in this hotel back in early March and while there, I didn't realize what a gem this place was. Recent travel to Hamburg, Munich (3 different hotels), and Berlin has shown me this is an excellent facility
We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for
Overall, while the hotel has strong points in comfort and location, the repeated key card issues, small gym, underwhelming sauna, and lack of late-night dining options made the stay more frustrating than it should have been

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods

And what a breakfast it was! Probably the saddest meal I’ve ever had. I don’t eat meat or dairy, and the only alternatives offered were vinegar-marinated fish and an impressive assortment of bread
In the end, I had a coffee and a mini pretzel. Something that would cost about €2 in any café. So yes, I believe they forced this “breakfast service” on me and ripped me off for €25

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!
When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner
I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor
