I was on a business trip, the experience was ok, the service was ok, the charger just fell off in the end, and it was delivered to the airport for free.

Great value for a nice room in a location just 15-20 minutes driving time to Stuttgart city centre. Breakfast is great too.

Excellent clean hotel, convenient parking next to the hotel.

The front desk was warm and patient, but the water temperature in the room was very high in the middle of the night on the first day of check-in and could not be used. The problem was solved after helping to change rooms

The facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is OK

This hotel is a peaceful place to rest. The room has everything needed including a comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom with some additional items

I've come to a conference in Stuttgart and stayed 4 nights in the hotel, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive! The hotel is literally across the road from the airport, yet it feels cozy and luxurious

The hotel is within 2-3 minutes walk to the Airport Terminal but the buildings are not connected. Walking outdoor in the morning was a bit cold. Easier to find if you are taking the S lines to the airport

The location is perfect, close to the airport. The only small problem is that the fridge was not cold. We had to call the reception, they offered us to put our food the the fridge at reception

They only gave us one bath robes, we called and they said they were running out of bath robes

The U line is further away from it. Helpful staff and have everything a traveler will need

We happened to visit during a special event, so it was incredibly crowded, and the price was significantly higher than usual – likely due to events like the Champions League and UEFA Nations League

From the outside, it look old building, but the room has been renovated. Breakfast is good, and the location in quite area, and easy to get free street parking on the side of the hotel.

Great for children. Many activities. The standard rooms are tiny, but fine.

There is so much to do for kids of all ages - lovely sand beach on the lake (which is quite safe and shallow), huge playground with equipment for both toddlers and older kids, archery, mini golf, goats and sheep (kids can even feed them on certain mornings), various indoor playgrounds, pool, spa and movie theater

Location is good - 30 seconds to u-bahn station, 10 mins from big deutsche bahn/s-bahn station (not the main station though). a bit far away from restaurants, but if you walk 10 mins, you will be there

First of all let me emphasize the perfect job of people like Front office manager Marko Maric & Team or Bartender Finn, they are really more than great! Congratulations to people like that! I have been a loyal regular guest at NH Hotels for many years and held Platinum status for a long time, with approximately 40–70 business-related overnight stays per year across Germany

The expectations of frequent business travelers are taken seriously and handled professionally, and especially Front Office Manager Marco Maric and his team, as well as bartender Finn, are outstanding examples of extremely courteous and professional service – true assets to the hotel

It is therefore all the more regrettable that a new policy, apparently in effect since September 1st across all NH Hotels, significantly diminishes the overall guest experience in my view: room cleaning is now only provided upon explicit request at the reception desk

If you forget to do so – as happened to me – the room simply remains uncleaned: • Towels stay wet • Beds remain unmade • Trash bins remain full • The room stays untidy In my opinion, this is not acceptable for a business hotel of this category

Frequent travelers returning after a long day of meetings should be able to expect a freshly cleaned room – especially when they have been accustomed to NH’s high standards for years

Especially for business travel, NH Hotels have always been among the most reliable business hotels, offering consistently high quality, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere

On another night the bar was closed for a private event, but they had noticed up so that you could plan elsewhere. And if you needed anything from the bar that night, the front staff assisted

It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first

Close to East West Gallery and Warschauer Strasse train station, and LIDL, for picking up some extra items. The bar was nice, with live entertainment one night

There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day
