It was a bit hard to find but the rooms were clean and looked good. The staff was exceptionally friendly. At check-in they even opened the terrace just for me

Overslept my check-out by half an hour and they made no problem of it, charged me nothing extra. "You partied a bit to hard it happens, no problem". Great people, will go there again next time

There is virtually nothing in the area (1 restaurant - the scampino I think) which was nice otherwise you have to go into the city which is 45 minutes walk. There is however a good bus service and scooters if you prefer

This is a huge hotel in a great location, Penn Station across the street. The hotel has been remodeled but still has a lot of art deco features that appeal to travelers like myself

We had a very large room on a high floor that was very quiet and had a great view. The hotel is very busy, but hey it’s NYC. Would definitely stay here again

Property situated very close to Subway. We were surprised that they have Fee $. 5 as never experienced any such charges. Room sizes were very compromising two luggage bags and no space to walk

This hotel enjoys a prime location next to Cologne Cathedral. The rooms and breakfast room are elegantly decorated, and the breakfast is relaxing and plentiful, with a wide variety of delicious dishes

We stayed at the premises for a night. The premises are quite cheap and easy-to-find, just in one of the central busy streets. They have round the clock check-in desk. Overall, the check -in was easy and fast

The only downside was that the room could get too warm at night, so sometimes I had to open the window and let some cool air in. And I added the breakfast, which was very good especially the Eier mit Speck

Since there is no A/C the hotel does provide a fan. The hotel is located at the south end of Heumarket inside the Altstadt. I had no problem walking to any of my locations. Just a 16 minutes walk to Köln hbf

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel zur Malzmühle. The room was cozy, but I never hang out in my room. I use the room for sleeping and for showering. I loved my window that opened like a door

The staff spoke English with ease. You can make a reservation for breakfast. Plenty of options to choose from. There's a giant tub of Nutella too

Service is excellent and food is fast. Lovely room and very convenient. If I could return I would choose to stay here again

I stayed here as a solo travel for six day. The location is great and close to an U-Bahn and buses and you can even walk to the Dom if you want

Clean and tidy hotel Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, bit dubious about the free parking, it’s a place that has a number of no longer used cars, however, never had any problems.

Good range for breakfast and alll staff were very helpful. Walking distance from Some shops and restuarants also the train station

But be ready that after 9pm the reception is closed and you have to enter through the side door (your key will be in one box). The hotel gives you instructions so it's not a problem

The design of lobby is a mix of both classic and modern style. Taxi is coming only in 3 minutes, so you can go anywhere but don't count on public transport I didn't see any close to the hotel

The room was quite spacious and close to Cologne Central Station, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception was very welcoming and helpful. If you need any help, feel free to ask! It was a very good stay!

A place to stay for an overnight in Köln

What an incredible stay I had at the UHU Hotel in Dellbrücker, Cologne, Germany! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's fantastic location—just half a block from the train station and a quick, easy walk to the tram station, both offering seamless travel to the Cologne Main Station

Overall, great experience! We were traveling with our children and it was easy and comfortable with plenty of room

I enjoyed exploring the local bakeries, cozy pubs, handy banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, unique boutique shops, a traditional brauhaus, diverse restaurants, delightful ice cream shops, inviting coffee spots, and even a beautiful Catholic church

Good value for one night staying: basic but very clean and comfortable room. The only thing is that the reception seems doesn’t speak English (only German), and it makes communication quite difficult

A bit south of the main cathedral. On the sixth floor of a building, so you need to realistically take the elevator both up and down. Best shower I have seen in a hostel yet

Disposable slippers are also provided (it's not as environmentally friendly as Europe, so don't have high expectations for slippers) There are many restaurants nearby, as well as a Vietnamese pho shop (3 minutes' walk away)

It is very close to the city center and can be reached on foot. Check in at 3 pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage for free. The service staff is very enthusiastic. I will choose this hotel next time.

Our room was very small, difficult to move around, however, with nice community areas to relax in, that was a surmountable issue. The breakfast offerings and dining area are very pleasurable.

On top of this the staff was very friendly. The room was perfectly clean and actually also rather comfortable and nice. The location could not haben been much more perfect for what I needed

Directly on the river, so you can go for long walks or beautiful run in the morning. There is even a playground close by. I will come back the next time

The design of the hotel is very good, but the room is a bit small, and the worst thing is that the car parked in front of the hotel was towed away, and I was fined 252 euros, which was depressing

Like most hotels in Germany, the beds are really single beds that can often be slid together for couples. The welcome desk is convenient and there always seemed to be someone there
