It was all great!!!
The worst part of my stay was a conversation I had with the receptionist when I told her my room was freezing. Instead of offering assistance, she casually suggested I go and stay in the lobby! This lack of empathy and customer care was shocking. As the days went by, I started feeling sick from the cold, and by the third day, I developed a serious cold, which only worsened throughout my stay. By the end of my trip, I felt completely miserable, and my time in Düsseldorf was ruined.
I still haven’t fully recovered from the illness I caught during my stay, and I deeply regret choosing this hotel. It’s clear that they don’t care about the comfort or well-being of their guests, and the lack of basic amenities like a working heater shows a complete disregard for customer service. I would strongly recommend looking for a different place to stay in Düsseldorf, as this hotel clearly doesn’t value its guests.
