The room is large for me, the service is ok, but the coffee machine in my room needs to be cleaned inside.

Comfortable, clean, and good service.

This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

I booked the wrong place; it's a bit far from the exhibition hall, so I had to take a taxi. But the room was okay, and breakfast was decent. Across the street is a Woods restaurant 😂

We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, especially the guided hikes provided through the hotel with Hermann. Hermann was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed the many options available at breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend this property for its location to hiking trails, as well as local restaurants and shops.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a problem with our room because the drain did not work. I don’t understand how a hotel like this can allow such an issue, especially considering the high price. Breakfast was fine.

First time trying the steingeberger brand hotel - the service standard turns out to be better than the other international brand hotels. We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend.

This is a very nice and convenient hotel located directly at the beach. It’s great for runners (nearby woods and trails), tanners, and of course swimmers. There’s even a nudist beach nearby. The rooms are very modern though the could have more hangers for bath robes and towels. In the suites they have shower and a bath tub, however, It would be even more convenient to have a second toilet instead....

Very beautiful hotel in retro-style furnishings with pictures like Merlin Monroe or Humphrey Bogart. The rooms are big and it's quiet because it's not in the center. Every time the same breakfast but it's yummy and everyone can find something.

Absolutely fine for a work trip. The location is somewhat strange (the end of a 1980s commie block), but walking distance from Jenoptik campus or the university hospital. Good breakfast, clean, though a bit dated and some slight lack of maintenance shows here and there on carpets / isolation.

It's 2026, and the hotel still requires you to call the front desk to order two free bottles of water daily and wait for a waiter to bring them up. Even asking for slippers or water from the service cart in the hallway is useless; you have to call to order. Travelled alone. The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. Everything is great – it even has a small gym and two dry saunas. It's a 10-minute walk from the main train station... and you have to walk through a lively neighborhood. That might seem a bit rough around the edges to some conservatives, but it reflects the cultural diversity of this cosmopolitan city, Hamburg.

This is a very fine hotel with a great location. Nothing fancy, but great balance between price, quality of rooms and the service you get - on top they also have quite a nice breakfast selection. Yes, there are investments to be made into the rooms. Especially the bathrooms. The carpets and curtains are even horrendous at times. But the entrance is grand, the breakfast absolutely ok, service very friendly and helpful and the location evidently unbeatable when the fair or stadium is your destination. 4 stars is a bit too much, but 3 isn't justified either.

We booked a room with one double bed. When we arrived this was not available. With some difficulties they compensated us with a welcome drink. The room was fine but the shower was a bit blocked so the bad filled itself slowly. Breakfast was good.

this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy
