Don’t know why they gave me a room for wheelchair user which I obviously am not and therefore the facilities are not ergonomic for me at all. Hotel staff called me after 10pm on my first night to ask me to go downstairs to sign a document is bizarre as it was already my bedtime. The hair dryer in the bathroom is completely useless. Breakfast has limited selection and the same food is served every morning

Everything was great. The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom had all the amenities.

It's very close to S Bahn (Anhalter). Quiet and neat neighborhood. Very comfy guest room.

A fantastic hotel! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it! I traveled alone and was allowed early access to my beautiful room, and the stay was simply wonderful! The breakfast is also worth it, and all the staff in the restaurant, the service, at reception, and in the Atlantic Bar were exceptionally friendly.

Beautiful location, very functional for congress or other business meetings. The rooms are huge and clean. The breakfast has a wide range of options. Even for lunch and dinner there were vegan options, although the steak was delicious. Near the hotel there is an incredible park with wildlife and hiking areas.

The location is excellent. The room is large and well-equipped. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next door in the morning and the floor felt a little shaken.

Good stay. Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly.

Well located for events. Prices at the bar are outrageously high. €12 for a 0.2l glass of Aperol/Lillet with lots of ice. Reception staff are super friendly.

This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears. If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated. A wonderful final touch to my stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome. Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

The hotel is great. The lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff speak English and are very patient. They even specifically noted our request for twin beds. Stayed there for the New Year’s Eve and a few days before that. It was clean and tidy, rooms a bit dated but could live with it. Near to train station but needed to walk up the slope a bit. Lift not working at the station for 2 days out of the 4 days when wewere in Munich.

Just one stop away from the main train station, this Mercure is a bit older compared to others. It's decent, nothing outstanding but no major flaws either. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; it can be a bit noisy.

Busy hotel .. everything nearby Supermarket , attractive point , transportation all in walking distance. But there is only one bottle of sparkling water for one stay. Breakfast expensive. Overall value for money.

Just a five-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient if you're catching a train. There are also plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast, so you don't really need to opt for the hotel's breakfast. Plus, they give you two free bottles of mineral water when you check in.

Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday.
