The location was great, and it was convenient to store my luggage if I arrived early. I was a bit surprised when they charged a 50 euro deposit at first, but if you don't use the mini-bar, they refund it minus the city tax!

Great place and location. I could walk to most places of interests. Also many train, bus and tram services outside of hotel. The room is big, do is the toilet. But the single bed is very narrow. So worry will fall out of bed if I turn on my side. Good that 3 pillows are provided.

Although the hotel is right next to the MRT station, the soundproofing is excellent! We were even able to switch to a room with a bathtub! For breakfast, there weren't many hot food options, but there was a wide variety of choices overall. The hotel location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg Airport departure level. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was charged an extra 25 euros for early check-in (2 hours prior). The front desk staff accidentally charged me for the room twice, but after Ctrip intervened, the duplicate charge was refunded a few days later. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

You get what you pay for. The perfect place to unwind in the evenings when you're away from home. A great bar/restaurant with a relaxing vibe and the breakfast is good. The location is a little far from the central station, but I used the tram to get there. It's a nice, quiet place with no noise. Best of all, there was a bathtub, so I was able to take a long bath and relieve the fatigue of my travels. Another good point is that there is a shop inside the hotel. Lots of amenities in a senior adult hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the overpriced dinner buffet with watery frozen vegetables and few options was a real disappointment. Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a bathtub. But the best part was the breakfast – a fantastic spread, very clean, and top-notch service. It was perfect for a first-time visitor to Germany like me, wanting to experience local specialties.

It was a pretty good stay. Having a supermarket right next door was really convenient, and being next to the pedestrian shopping street was great for shopping. Plus, Cologne Cathedral is less than a ten-minute walk away.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. The negative would be: - Expensive breakfast 22 euros. - No free parking for guests. 12 euros per day. - No working fridge in the room. - The curtain wasn't hanging properly which could have been an easy fix.

Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

I only had a meeting in the hotel so cannot rate an overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the buffet was great. Big selection and delicious food. Good accessibility with the airport shuttle.

From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4.45am. The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend. The location is excellent. The room is large and well-equipped. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next door in the morning and the floor felt a little shaken.
