My son and I only stayed one night, but it was a very clean hotel, and the receptionist (Ms. Lee) was very nice and friendly. We slept very well, and the breakfast was the perfect finishing touch. There was a very large selection, and everything was delicious. The staff there were also very nice and friendly.

I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. I even found great areas nearby for my morning run too. :) I was very satisfied with everything, the only thing I noticed is that the receptionist are a bit slow and multitasking all the time (eg. on the phone)

Reviews are true, worst wifi. And even reception to use your our data is bad. Had to change hotels as I could not use the internet to do any work.

This was our second visit, we had a voucher to redeem, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The wellness area was great, the food was not bad, and staff were friendly throughout. However, checkout felt a bit impersonal — the receptionist didn’t ask about our experience and went straight to the invoice. For the room price, we expected a more thoughtful farewell.

The hotel is really beautiful, rooms, spa area. We spent there really nice time. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of choices, also healthy bio options. I hope we will visit this place again.

Another fantastic weekend at the A-rosa FANTASTIC. However at bit wird when reception staff asks if we are on the right floor (penthouse)…. 🤔 …. We assume it was due to our travelling clothes however still a word feeling beeing welcomed like that… Celebration of women’s day started with a glass of champagne 🍾 for the women.. 🙏

Had a lovely stay. We were initially given a single room (instead of double) and were then upgraded to the suite. It was amazing, sad we only stood 1 night.

New facility recently purchased by Leonardo. Up on a hill above the center of town where all the attractions are. Downhill to town but uphill going back to the hotel. But the area seems safe.

The hotel was indeed under renovation. When I went there, they were still working on the ceiling in the lobby. The elevator was a bit shaky, I don’t know if it was because it was also under renovation. The room space was okay, a little cramped for two people. There was a smell because of the new renovation, but it was fine to let it out after opening the window for half a day.

This was a great hotel. They allowed you to choose the frequency of room cleaning which was nice! Would have liked a recycle container in the room. Only a coffee pod machine in the room, which isn't ideal for tea (and leaks when you use it for tea), so a kettle would be preferred for this tea drinker. Location was perfect. Lufthansa Airport Express drops you off directly in front of the hotel at Munich Main Station. Super convenient for your flight schedule. Close enough to city center, but is kind of pricey uber compared to other European cities. Hotel staff and amenities were solid. Will be our go-to hotel anytime we stay in Munich.

Excellent experience! Room was extremely central and I was worried about noise but the windows were very effective and there was no noise in the room at all! Staff were very responsive. The only opportunity for improvement was the gym. Adding free weights and another mat and removing one of the cardio machines would make a huge difference.

Freiburg's inhabitants are 1000 farmers and their disinherited descendants plus 100000 exchange students who stay there for six months. Smell of party&weed is all around. Excellent choice for families! Novotel Freiburg is comfortable, clean, and very family-friendly. Conveniently located near the U1/U3 subway station. What annoyed me was that one staff member wouldn't let us into the room before 3 p.m., and after a bit of a wait, another staff member approached us, asked our names, and arranged a room for us. After that, everything was fine.

Wonderful stay at Hamburg. The staff were very helpful and friendly and attended to all our needs. They upgraded our room to a beautiful location. They helped us with the parking process and the laundry service. The breakfast options were very good. The only issue was that there was a limited options for dinner from the standard menu.

The room size is decent, staff are friendly. Only thing is they do not provide any toothbrushes. The only thing provided is towels.

If you want to check in before 2pm, they want a 25 euro fee. Seems a bit excessive. The toilet in the room also made a refilling noise for over 15 minutes whenever flushed. That said, the room itself was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location too, very close to train and bus stops.

Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free.

The hotel is on the place where you cannot find too many. I mean that you can walk but more than 15 minutes to reach a place where you can see it or maybe you can also visit something. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. My stay in Am Moosfeld Hotel was amazing, free water upon checkin, free flowing water at the lobby, coffee available all day (at a cost), with indoor swimming pool and sauna available until 11pm. Hotel is about 10-15mins away from the nearest station which is great, and easy to navigate once you got used to it. Staff were very friendly.

This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return.

The place is awesome and maintenance is good. Its near public transportation and easily accessible via tram and s bahn. Receptionist were nice and welcoming.

I spent there 2 nights, and I didnt like it at all, room is big and nice however the AC is very far from the sleeping area and you can barely feel the air.
