The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. There's even a direct pathway from the hotel restaurant that leads right to the river for a pleasant stroll. The view from the window is fantastic, looking directly out onto the church and old town hall. The room itself is quite spacious, though I did find my slippers getting stuck to the bathroom floor a few times.

Hotel is generally very good—clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. However, we stayed in a room facing the inner courtyard, and the window could not be opened. The floors were carpeted, and the room felt poorly ventilated. During the night, my wife and son had difficulty breathing, and overall the room felt quite stuffy.

Built in 1999, the hotel has an older design but is well-functioning. We booked a room with a church view, which was spacious. However, the bathroom only offered a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which doesn't quite meet the standards of similarly priced hotels in the city. We booked the hotel for our wedding night for 2 nights. We wanted to use a sauna and I was wearing a Hijab swimming costume. I was told that we are not allowed to wear clothes or swimming costumes in the sauna.. Only Bikini or naked. Me and my husband were really shocked and turned back to our rooms. This was really degrading and unpleasant.

Spacious rooms with a balcony and great views of the town lit up at night. Very comfy pillows. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. From the train there was easy access to both the old and the new town. I would be very happy to stay at the hotel again.

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

It was basically passable, which might be a characteristic of foreign countries. The facilities were very old, and as for the service, they only helped make the bed each day; nothing else was ever replaced.

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were friendly but utterly incompetent, giving wrong information about shuttle buses, getting easily confused about the simplest questions and frankly not really knowing how to deal with guests in a competent manner.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience. I downloaded the app and will try more of their branches all over the world.

Familie hotel. Pool is not very clean but big. There is a safe guard present. It is a big hotel and to liitle staff. If you want to an order a drink you have to wait 30 min. because there are to may guest and not enough waiters. Perhaps nice for family with kids but not for business

Overall a solid and decent hotel. Breakfast is good, slightly better than some competitors. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened, so there is a bit of a lack of fresh air. Apart from that, everything is fine. Good location and well suited for short business trips in Frankfurt.

Hotel is about 10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof but there is a tram which you could take right outside of Hbf. Room is clean with nice views overlooking the city.

First I have to say the hotel facilities all very new, the bathroom, pillows and mattress all good quality. However the worst part is WiFi, although the hotel offers you free WiFi, but it can’t be connected at all, they tried to ask you pay extra €6 per day for upgrade services, it’s so annoying. Hotels in Frankfurt are probably all pretty similar, with so many business travelers. I guess the German standard operating procedures are all much the same. The hotel floor is really long and winding. I booked two rooms and they were ridiculously far apart. The location is close to the old town, so that's quite convenient.

General it is a top Hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children. We didn’t use their parking but the Contipark in front of the hotel (13€ per 24h with the PCard). The hotel is clean and looks new. I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm as a solo traveler. The location was perfect — safe, quiet, and close to public transport and shopping areas. Fabulous hotel with an excellent location. We stayed here for five days in December as a family with two small children. The staff were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a wide selection of foods. Room was spotlessly clean. The pool was great too.

Also Wi-Fi was awful - works 5 min, then doesn’t work 5 min, and these cycles never end, so it is impossible to join teleconference or video call. I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic.
