This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a very comfortable environment. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the bedding is great, ensuring a good night's rest. However, the shower stall doesn't have a full door, and the shower head easily swivels, spraying water at odd angles. Water tends to overflow, flooding the entire bathroom, which is quite inconvenient

Location is great. Train station and underground train is near. We are able to explore Berlin city easily. Hotel staff were friendlyand helpful. I needed to print somethg for my meeting and the business center was helpfulanf it it open from morning till 11pm. Thank you and will definately stay again 👍

The hotel stay was enjoyable. Location is excellent - right at centre of the city where a lot of attractions are with walking distances. The public transport stops are close by so travelling around was easier. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained. Would highly recommend for a stay in Berlin city.

If you leave your belongings at the hotel, the hotel will not return them. The receptionist will insist that your belongings are not at the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is the best in whole of Magdeburg, nothing comes close. They are walking distance to all the famous sights and the Hbf. Its old and they dont supply mineral water daily. So have to buy.

It was very cold when I arrived in Magdeburg. The warmest place was the hotel. I slept in the hotel every day and didn't want to go out. The service was very good, the hotel decoration was also good, there was a very open lobby, and the surrounding area was also very convenient, a few minutes away from the station

The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us.

When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner. I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor . A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!

The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

Very nice hotel with quirky interior and central location. The negatives are… no wash hand basin in the bathroom and bad ventilation  also the very expensive overnight parking €36 !!

Enjoyed our stay at nhow Frankfurt. Convenient location across from a mall but it is a 15 minute walk to the old town area. The room was modern, clean and well thought out. Would definitely come back.

I always try to take this hotel if I am in Frankfurt (except when there is a fair) since it ticks all the boxes I am looking for when selecting a hotel for business travel. The Breakfast selection is a huge plus here.

Quite a new hotel with reasonable pricing. However their ventilation and air conditional is a down side. The toilet has mouldy smell permanently due to lack of ventilation. There’s a mall next to it, convenient .

As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.

At Hotel Bayerischer Hof, the check-in process was extremely delayed, and I did not receive my room until 3:30 p.m. My luggage was also delivered very late, arriving in the room close to 4:00 p.m. The service lacked professionalism and showed little care for guests. The staff should improve their performance, as this delay caused me to arrive late to the Oktoberfest event.

Beautiful historic hotel with many amenities and things to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap.

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room. They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended!

Great location, just a 500-meter walk from the airport. The hotel is very clean, but they don't provide single-use toiletries, so remember to bring your own.

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel

I saw reviews mentioning the shower water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, and I experienced it too. It seems to be a common issue. Everything else was fine.

The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing. To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door. I barely got any sleep.

Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels." It was really scary. After we reported it to the hotel, they gave us a drink voucher.

Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved....

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Very charming hotel. Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far. Still glad we went and the location...

Some rooms only accessable by stairs Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.

Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.

A hotel with many rooms, conveniently located near the zoo and a metro station. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality. Our superior room was spacious and well-equipped with all amenities. There's a wellness area with a sauna, though it was a shame the steam bath was out of order.

The hotel's decor and facilities feel a bit dated, giving it the vibe of an old local establishment. The room was very spacious, more than enough for two people, and the bathroom was also large, though the sink was quite high – perhaps for taller Europeans. We had a Superior Plus Double Room with access to the lounge "Living Room". The room was amazing, big, clean and high standard. The living room was just across the hall and was a nice shared area where just a few had access. There we could have our breakfast, have bread and cheese mid day and soup in the afternoon. Fantastic hotel! Even though it's not in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient to get to the cathedral – just a 2-minute train ride from the station right next to the hotel, even faster than taking the bus. I got an upgrade to an absolutely breathtaking suite. Upon arrival the doorman opened the cab door, took out my suitcase from the trunk of the car, and one of the porters delivered my suitcase to my suite. The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station. It's really easy to get to Allianz Arena or Marienplatz on the U6 line. The hotel facilities are very modern, there's a water dispenser in the lobby, and the rooms come with a capsule coffee machine.
