Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

The hotel is great. The lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff speak English and are very patient. They even specifically noted our request for twin beds. Services is great, have indoor swimming pool, breakfast is delicious .It is Sunday when we arrive, it’s better you drive to restaurants cause there’s not too many restaurants open nearby

Good, although the private parking was expensive. I would have expected a free parking at night for the guests, if the street is free too They did have a possibility to take your breakfast with you if you needed to leave earlier than breakfast time.

Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. Please think twice if you want to stay in this hotel.

I travel to Karlsruhe two or three times a year for work, and this hotel has been my home away from home for the past five years. The service is consistently excellent — from the friendly cleaning crew to the attentive hotel manager. The staff always make me feel welcome, and their professionalism and warmth are truly exceptional.

Facility, service and breakfast were exceptionally good. The only reservations I have are on the check-in and spa time. Checkin is at 1600 which is the latest in the hotels I have been, and spa too. We actually came for the spa and it is pity that on the date of arrival that you cannot use the spa until after you check-in, which is already 1630ish.

As I just visited a concert in this hotel I can`t rate the rooms (if guestrooms are meant). But everything I have seen and experienced in this hotel was absolute high class. The location is top because in the city of Bremen where the most sightseeing highliths are and with perfect connection to many public transpost possobilities almost in front of the door.

The room was comfortable and clean, but a few issues affected the experience: the shower drain was blocked, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were loud repairs happening right next to my room between 9–10 am which is quite early. Excellent location, nice rooms and gorgeous interior. We got a spacious, newly renovated room facing the lobby, which worked well as it was pretty quiet. We each got a queen sized bed and they were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. The only downside was the parking, it was €30 euros each night. It's sad how superficial the cleaning team's work is. It's not pleasant for guests to see the sink pipes looking disgusting and calcified. And the toilet has some cracks. Something like that should be reported, but if they don't speak German... it just keeps going, and the guests don't feel comfortable with so much disgust.
