Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

Good experience overall, value for money is decent. The water while showering and washing hands was going from extreme hot to extreme cold even when I didn't touch the knob.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

The price is relatively cheap. The location is a bit off, but it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the city center. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though the hairdryer is a bit outdated.

One of not that many hotels which is truly pet friendly and guests with cats are welcomed here, In comparison to many others who state they're "pet friendly" but in fact accept only with dogs. The location is fantastic! There's so much to do around here, and you'll find a supermarket, breakfast shops, and pharmacies nearby, which is super convenient. It's affordable too, offering great value for money.

Great value for the money. We really liked the breakfast, there was a wide variety of foods, something different every day. The rooms are a little small, but enough for 2 people. The WIFI was surprisingly good. Great location, very close to the metro station and just a few stops away from the city center.

Considering the hotel’s price range, the television in the room felt unacceptably outdated. I have stayed in considerably cheaper accommodations that offered far better TVs, so this came as a real surprise. In 2026, a smart TV should be a basic expectation. The location was great, and it was convenient to store my luggage if I arrived early. I was a bit surprised when they charged a 50 euro deposit at first, but if you don't use the mini-bar, they refund it minus the city tax!

Great place and location. I could walk to most places of interests. Also many train, bus and tram services outside of hotel. The room is big, do is the toilet. But the single bed is very narrow. So worry will fall out of bed if I turn on my side. Good that 3 pillows are provided.

Although the hotel is right next to the MRT station, the soundproofing is excellent! We were even able to switch to a room with a bathtub! For breakfast, there weren't many hot food options, but there was a wide variety of choices overall. Not terrible but not amazing either. Window covers were dirty and the room didn’t have an airco. Also the breakfast was not included in the price, even tho booking said it was. Parking was €24,- extra for 2 cars Location is decent, bit further outside the city than we thought, but the metro is like 2 minutes walking. That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

It was a delightfully awful experience with the Hilton chain. A gorgeous wrapper (the entrance and the glowing sign) with a rotten candy inside — low ceilings, pitiful room and hallway decor, walls painted sometime around the early 2000s, and carpets that have clearly survived several world events. The real fun began at checkout. We were graciously informed that we owed an extra €27 for breakfast...

I only stayed for one night as I was on a road trip. The rooms are great and so was the breakfast buffet. There is a large parking lot across the street from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, the room service menu is tiny and does not specify between appetizers and main courses. Had only one main vegetarian dish.

Reception never heard the saying "the customer is king" when i arrived from the highway i had a suitcase and a laptopcase with tablet and camera equipment with me. Needed a restroom badly and the room was payed in advance already. the would not want to give me the key to go to the bathroom and secure my belongings. When they found out that i am not living in germany they wanted to copy my ID. All together...

air con was broken. Needed to go to the reception twice in order to get a room with a working air con. No help with the move between rooms.

The hotel location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg Airport departure level. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was charged an extra 25 euros for early check-in (2 hours prior). The front desk staff accidentally charged me for the room twice, but after Ctrip intervened, the duplicate charge was refunded a few days later. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

We stayed after a late flight. The bed was perfect for recovery sleep ❤️ The room is spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when have early or late flight.

You get what you pay for. The perfect place to unwind in the evenings when you're away from home. A great bar/restaurant with a relaxing vibe and the breakfast is good. It's a little disappointing that the room tech (casting on TV, speakers on bathroom) didn't work - something I would expect a hotel of this calibre to do much better.

Lots of amenities in a senior adult hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the overpriced dinner buffet with watery frozen vegetables and few options was a real disappointment. Not to mention the buffet was picked over within the hour We walked to town for the remainder of our dinners. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The room overlooks a green urban area, and is within walking distance of museums, the Rhine River, and Königssee. The location is excellent, and the room is a comfortable size. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly; it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant's dinner was simple yet delicious.

The room was spacious with a view of Cologne Cathedral. It was clean and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, there were no downsides.

The hotel is ok but not reach to our expectations. Hotel needs deposit and water in room is not complementary, 4 euro per bottle we were charged euro 8 for 2 bottles 😅

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the bed – it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Waking up to the sound of the Cologne Cathedral bells right outside the window was truly wonderful. Its close proximity to the train station makes it very convenient for transportation.

Unfortunately, they are completely indifferent to the requests of the guests. Water spilled in the bathroom after taking a shower - despite a personal conversation with the receptionist, none of the staff came to the rescue. The reception gives incorrect information about the hotel's options and breakfast time. As a result, we lost a full breakfast, despite the fact that we had paid for it in advance

Opted for Hilton for a business trip, and as always, it was great. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The breakfast staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and friendly, helping you start your day off right. Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. Convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Room: The hygiene was decent, and the facilities were up to standard. Service: The front desk staff had a very poor attitude.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. I would definitely stay here again!

The best part of the hotel was its location - super central and reachable to all the locations of the city. The room was spacious and tidy for the most part. The bed and air conditioning could've been better but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all. However one of the receptionist was very helpful to help, and problems at least solved.

It was a pretty good stay. Having a supermarket right next door was really convenient, and being next to the pedestrian shopping street was great for shopping. Plus, Cologne Cathedral is less than a ten-minute walk away.

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

Very relaxing place. Close to Dresden, too. The bus takes 15min and leaves every 10min. They have a gym, wonderful breakfasts, and you can bring your dog (10euro surcharge). If you are lucky, you can get a room facing Dresden and watch lovely city lights at night

The structure is in a neighboring area, very quiet, every day in about 15 minutes by car I was at the fair and in 20 I was in the centre, I never found traffic, so very convenient for those exhibiting or visiting the exhibition centre. Good hotel with friendly staff, perfect for a stopover during a long trip. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a longer period for holiday, as it's located in the middle of the city on an industrial estate. Delicious dinner and breakfast, with various choices.
