Room was clean and comfortable but the shower gel and conditioner were almost empty. Also the gym equipment was not functional .

Rooms are good but lack a few basics like water and kettle.

Hotel was very nice in the shared spaces, so bars and restaurant etc. Room was nice and large, although bed was very hard and pillows were very soft. Air con was a waste of time as did not really work and room was extremely hot

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. I was on a business trip, the experience was ok, the service was ok, the charger just fell off in the end, and it was delivered to the airport for free.

The front desk was warm and patient, but the water temperature in the room was very high in the middle of the night on the first day of check-in and could not be used. The problem was solved after helping to change rooms. The facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is OK.

I didn't take photos of the Superior room, but it's definitely more spacious than the standard room. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, which I actually prefer. The hotel is very close to the Chocolate Museum and right by the Rhine River. In the mornings, lots of people are out walking and exercising, so the environment is quite pleasant.

Very nice hotel from the grounds to the pool to the very good breakfast. Also the room is nice, although there was a damp smell in the bathroom all the time. The bummer - and not acceptable for a 5 star hotel - is the room cleaning: Randomly replaced towels but the worst: the bedsheets have NOT been replaced once during the 4 night stay! Had a very comfortable stay here at the grand. The buffet breakfast was up with the best we have had around the world. Omelettes made to order, multiple freshly made juices, heaps of hot and cold choices. Also had a great club sandwich at the bar the evening before. Had a great long weekend at A-ROSA Sylt. The spa facilities are excellent and perfect for relaxing after a walk by the wild Nordsee. The sea view from the room was beautiful, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. A really pleasant stay overall.

The room was extremely clean, well-laid out, and all the amenities were new. The front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, the hotel is right next to a subway station, making transportation very convenient.

The only downside is that the parking fees are too high, and the payment machines are too cumbersome, only supporting cash and NFC.

We came to see some art at a nearby museum for our anniversary and they made it a memorable experience. AQUA is sublime. The place is smack dab in the middle of Volkswagen Disneyland and there is a lot to do. I cannot over state how much we LOVED the service and the hotel.

I requested the room to be cleaned several times, but it was never done.

I consider it at most 3 stars. By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No water in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car. Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work.

Hotel a little outside in the west of Leipzig. Good connections by bus or train. Rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. Breakfast is normal average. Try parking in the underground car park for 15 EUR or in one of the side streets.

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. The hotel was very clean.
