Arrived home from a four night stay here with my mum, first time in Berlin visiting the Christmas markets. Hotel is great in a good location, staff seemed friendly and helpful. Breakfast was HUGE, so much variety's, spa was nice, maybe a little outdated. Nothing to fault here.

Hotel is great but the ad in the app is awful since one thinks that the parking is included with the reservation (see screenshot) and only later one is informed that the parking has a price of HALF THE ROOM. I just stayed the night to get a connecting train the next morning. Free shuttle bus available from.the airport to the hotel, but you have to pay €15 for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport. Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

We booked the standard room and it was little small. But it clean and everything is working. An ideal place to stay during trade fairs in Leipzig. The Congress Centre (exhibition grounds) is within walking distance, yet the hotel itself is in a quiet location. We stayed in a family room - but it was tiny - there was hardly room to move! I didn’t expect a suite, but I definitely expected a family sized room - not a double room but with extra beds - especially for the price! Was so small that it had a sliding door to the bathroom to save space, but (by design) it didn’t close properly, so there was a gap all the way round and it didn’t lock - so no privacy...

The room is very big and clean. Very comfortable bed to have a good night sleep. However, only one bottle of water is provided for each check in (though we stayed for two nights). So had to purchase expensive water at the lobby.

The room is spacious and comfortable. It's a little far from Alexander Square, but you can get there in under 10 minutes by tram. We only booked a room, so I can't comment on the food. The staff is friendly and polite.

It's alright. It's close to a tram stop where you can transfer to a train or light rail. There are many supermarkets nearby, and it's about 2 kilometers from Alexanderplatz, so transportation is quite convenient. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the airport.

It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also good.

During my stay in Germany, I found Frankfurt to be the hardest place to book a hotel. Prices fluctuate wildly, and even during trade shows, prices can go up significantly. The king-size room at this hotel is quite large, but the decor and fixtures are a bit dated, and it's not ideal for light sleepers. Rooms on the roadside are noisy from traffic. The lobby is beautiful, and the service is good.

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

Overall, everything is fine. The hotel isn't new, but the rooms are clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, as is the rest of the furniture. We were here with an entire swim team, and it worked really well. It was exactly what you should expect from a jurgenherberg, and the staff was very accommodating and nice. It is well suited for larger groups, while still being nice and clean.

I know it doesn't look like much, but for a hostel it was perfect. No noisy bunk beds. It was warm and clean. Not too much noise. Hot showers. And the breakfast was decent (buffet style) with bread, cheese, ham, cereals, yogurt, a few vegetables, coffee, tea, something I think was juice (didn't try, I just drink water). Nothing fancy but enough to get you proper fed.
