Very Clean and nice rooms but unfortunately stripped bare of any amenities. Didn't even have coffee in the room.

I saw reviews mentioning the shower water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, and I experienced it too. It seems to be a common issue. Everything else was fine.

The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing. To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door. I barely got any sleep.

The rooms are clean and tidy, suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

This room type is very close to the elevator, so the constant opening and closing of the elevator was quite noisy. The room itself, however, was quite good.

Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels." It was really scary. After we reported it to the hotel, they gave us a drink voucher.

Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved....

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Very charming hotel. Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far. Still glad we went and the location...

Excellent ...but only if you speak German. Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

Some rooms only accessable by stairs Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.

It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. We had a Superior Plus Double Room with access to the lounge "Living Room". The room was amazing, big, clean and high standard. Conveniently located in the center of Wolfsburg, but on the day we checked out, a pipe burst and the water supply was completely cut off. It was probably due to the cold snowy weather.

Even though it's not in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient to get to the cathedral – just a 2-minute train ride from the station right next to the hotel, even faster than taking the bus. The hotel location is excellent, with panoramic views of the cathedral. The only downside is that one of the beds creaks every time you turn over, which disturbed my sleep.

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

The location of the hotel is perfect, there are many restaurants and shops and subway stations close by. We didn’t use their parking but the Contipark in front of the hotel (13€ per 24h with the PCard). The hotel is clean and looks new. I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm as a solo traveler. The location was perfect — safe, quiet, and close to public transport and shopping areas. Great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Zoo station, making it super convenient to get around. It's also right next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and very close to Kurfürstendamm, so dining options are plentiful. The room was clean and the facilities were quite new. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. It's a very young and vibrant hostel. Many young people, would be kind of rowdy and loud in the common area, but the space is so big and comfortable. There's a guest kicthen to cook your meals too. Also, I actually also lost my key card and they replaced it for free!

I stayed one night only in single room with toilet and shower. Self check-in although you could use reception. I person was near the kiosks to help you if you got stuck. Nice vibe. Spacious common area to meet fellow travellers. Desks for working. Kitchen had some hot plates. The hostel is walking distance to the section of the Berlin Wall with art works. Supermarkets near by.

This was a great place to stay with KitKat Club, Tresor & Berghain nearby. Got on great with all of my dorm-mates during my 5 nights stay over the long Easter weekend. I highly recommend this hostel.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station. It's really easy to get to Allianz Arena or Marienplatz on the U6 line. The hotel facilities are very modern, there's a water dispenser in the lobby, and the rooms come with a capsule coffee machine.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night. We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for.

This hotel, built in 1872, has pretty mediocre service. It's conveniently located, but the value for money isn't great. The decor is incredibly old and outdated. I really don't understand why it's considered a top luxury hotel.

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Roman Forum, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, and just 1 minute to the U-Bahn. Extremely handy! The room itself was decent, but sometimes the towels weren't clean and the housekeeping wasn't great. Once, there was a bit of a black mark left in the bathroom.

Our stay was a highlight of a recent two week trip. One unexpected great moment - we needed a tailor for extensive work on a dress for which we needed a very fast turnaround. The hotel has a tailor on staff and the work was completed in three hours start to finish! Excellent service!
