I asked the front desk for a bottle of water and they told me to go to the bar next door to buy one.

Very nice hotel in a central location with a beautiful view over the city

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay overnight due to illness and unfortunately did not receive a partial refund even as a gesture of goodwill.

Good wheelchair room with accessible bathroom. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Coffee is for free - even without taking a breakfast. Clean hotel and looks well maintained. Easy accessible hotel, parking is a bit challenging: small garage. Paid Parking outside possible but be aware of the very active “parking police”.

A very beautiful, clean and tidy hotel. The reception staff are very kind and very cooperative. The rooms are excellent. The hotel is close to services. The breakfast buffet is varied, delicious and tasty. I recommend trying it and enjoying its atmosphere.

Stayed here 2 nights for a business trip. A nice 25 min walk from the Central Station. The staff was really nice and the bar staff went above and beyond when I ordered a bowl of soup to go, it came covered in a tray and he carried it to the elevator and pressed my floor so I didn't risk spilling it. I didn't have breakfast and the room had a capsule machine but no kettle. No mini fridge either. Otherwise...

Very good location of the hotel – within walking distance of Miniatur Wunderland and the Maritime Museum. Also there is a U4 underground station next to the hotel. A recently built, modern hotel with a Very good location. Good breakfast and staff is nice. Rooms are quiet even by the elevator and there was a partial view to the canals from my room. Gym is available too.

Excellent location nearby to the train station

Around 40min by underground to city centre. But, at least close to an underground station. The station is unmanned so you'll have to use the machine to get tickets. The breakfast has many choices in terms of bread and a reasonable selection of hot foods also. The tea was quite good. Although all the food was delicious, it was occasionally hard to tell what in particular the food was called or named...

It’s a little walk from the station, rooms are clean , but towels need to replace new ones, it’s a bit old

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, but I didn’t like the pillows. Otherwise, it is a great hotel for one night.

There is no AC in the room. We had a triable, very noisy, old broken fan. When asked to change it, they said there are no replacements, sad as it was very very hot in the room

The hotel room was quite spacious for European standards. The breakfast spread was generous, and both check-in and check-out were very convenient.

Pillow and bed are not comfortable at all, because of this, I didn't sleep well at all and my back was hurt! Tried to ask the staff if they have other type of pillow, but they said they only have one type of pillows. If your room is facing the tram track side, good luck. You can hear so much noise in the night and bother your sleep.

Located in the city centre with U station, S station and bus stops nearby. Very convenient for city tour. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy with lots of variety. Definitely a good choice staying at Berlin. Will definitely come back if I visit Berlin again.

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights and the location is near shopping mall, underground and Christmas market. The hotel has a good reputation by Hilton and you never have wrong decision. In addition, the breakfast is very good and sausages not every day served. I highly recommend.

The room rate was a bit pricey during the exhibition. While the hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz and the Berlin TV Tower, it's still about an 800-meter walk. The breakfast selection was quite limited. However, the front desk staff was quite friendly.

This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience. The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. On top of that, all the towels had a strong Clorox-like smell, which is hard to ignore. Cleanliness overall was fine, but not outstanding

Good experience overall, value for money is decent. The water while showering and washing hands was going from extreme hot to extreme cold even when I didn't touch the knob.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

The price is relatively cheap. The location is a bit off, but it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the city center. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though the hairdryer is a bit outdated.

Upon arrival, we were initially a bit confused because while there was a 'Panorama Hotel' visible to our left, the 'Panorama Inn' sign on the right actually belonged to an outpatient care facility. (See photo). Don't be misled by the outpatient care facility! The hotel entrance becomes visible as you get closer. Line 2 is easily accessible, and there are plenty of shopping and fast-food options nearby...

One of not that many hotels which is truly pet friendly and guests with cats are welcomed here, In comparison to many others who state they're "pet friendly" but in fact accept only with dogs. Considering the hotel’s price range, the television in the room felt unacceptably outdated. I have stayed in considerably cheaper accommodations that offered far better TVs, so this came as a real surprise. In 2026, a smart TV should be a basic expectation. The hotel is modern and very beautiful. There are some restaurants in the immediate vicinity but most of them are not great. However, one bakery is superb (at the campus only a minute walk away). Very friendly staff (the courteous Mr. Kunal checked me in). Unfortunately the coffee which I got as a welcome drink was the worst coffee I had this year (embarassing).

Clean hotel at a good location. Employee flew into a rage when i told him i parked my car at the garage and wanted to pay when leaving. Having your car parked at the day of check out is only possible until 2 pm.

The location was great, and it was convenient to store my luggage if I arrived early. I was a bit surprised when they charged a 50 euro deposit at first, but if you don't use the mini-bar, they refund it minus the city tax!

Great place and location. I could walk to most places of interests. Also many train, bus and tram services outside of hotel. The room is big, do is the toilet. But the single bed is very narrow. So worry will fall out of bed if I turn on my side. Good that 3 pillows are provided.

Although the hotel is right next to the MRT station, the soundproofing is excellent! We were even able to switch to a room with a bathtub! For breakfast, there weren't many hot food options, but there was a wide variety of choices overall. The lobby on the first floor offers free popcorn and lemon water, which really makes you feel at home! I highly recommend this hotel! They even gave me a small dessert...

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

It was a delightfully awful experience with the Hilton chain. A gorgeous wrapper (the entrance and the glowing sign) with a rotten candy inside — low ceilings, pitiful room and hallway decor, walls painted sometime around the early 2000s, and carpets that have clearly survived several world events. The real fun began at checkout. We were graciously informed that we owed an extra €27 for breakfast...

I only stayed for one night as I was on a road trip. The rooms are great and so was the breakfast buffet. There is a large parking lot across the street from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, the room service menu is tiny and does not specify between appetizers and main courses. Had only one main vegetarian dish.

Reception never heard the saying "the customer is king" when i arrived from the highway i had a suitcase and a laptopcase with tablet and camera equipment with me. Needed a restroom badly and the room was payed in advance already. the would not want to give me the key to go to the bathroom and secure my belongings. The hotel location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg Airport departure level. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was charged an extra 25 euros for early check-in (2 hours prior). The front desk staff accidentally charged me for the room twice, but after Ctrip intervened, the duplicate charge was refunded a few days later. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

I’ve been knowing the Steigenberger for many years now. It is a decent hotel nicely located. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience in November when I attended an award show in Hamburg. Wanting to check out the next morning I was in a hurry and just wanted to hand my room card to the staffer as I always do. She was still busy with another guest which took very long. You get what you pay for. The perfect place to unwind in the evenings when you're away from home. A great bar/restaurant with a relaxing vibe and the breakfast is good. It's a little disappointing that the room tech (casting on TV, speakers on bathroom) didn't work - something I would expect a hotel of this calibre to do much better.

Well-located hotel in the heart of Hamburg with elegant rooms and a classic atmosphere. The service is professional and courteous, and breakfast is of very high quality. Lots of amenities in a senior adult hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the overpriced dinner buffet with watery frozen vegetables and few options was a real disappointment. Lovely hotel with great service and beautiful rooms. We arrived early and did not expect to check in, but just wanted to park the car. However the sweet receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in. Very rare that happens nowadays (even if the room probably is ready) so an extra star for that. The breakfast and evening buffet didn't quite live up to expectations for a 4-star hotel. The evening meal, in particular, was rather disappointing in terms of taste, so booking the evening buffet isn't necessarily recommended.
