Exceeded our expectations A very smart hotel in a great location for Leipzig city centre and the station. Better than expected, the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend all the sausage dishes! Germans really know their way around sausages.

Room/suite was beautifully presented, clean and welcoming. The shower was excellent with space to move, strong water pressure and almost instant hot water.

Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

The room was very cold, the beds were uncomfortable, overall I would say never again for that price. The reception staff was unprofessional, it took more than 30 minutes before we finally got the room which we had booked online in advance. Breakfast was good. Aircon was making weird noises intermittently. It sounded like an espresso machine. Room is a good size. The bed could be more comfortable. It is rather on the firm side. It is an ok hotel but I don’t think I would book it again. There are plenty options in the area if you need to stay close by.

We stayed 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Berlin City East Side during our weekend in Berlin and were fully satisfied with the quality of the service. Beautiful room, very flexible staff, ideal location, and great value for money. We will definitely come back if we visit Berlin again.

Convenient location and nice breakfast.

I was told on the reception that “check-in from 3 pm” doesn’t mean that I can check in at 3:05 pm. It means that I can’t check-in earlier than 3 pm. Waiting didn’t take long at the end, but what kind of scam is it?! Or is it a membership bonus? The room is spacious and look nice, but has quite distinctive cigarette’s smell.

The buffet was great in terms of variety and quality. The hotel was a little dirty and the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbours😅 talking. The bed was a little dirty with yellow stains on the bed frame and sheets. The sauna room was nice and pretty new but it was also a little unkept with dirty towels inside. Overall the hotel has a fantastic location just needs to be cleaned better.

This hotel is super close to Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station, just about a ten-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. You can even see Cologne Cathedral from your room! The minibar drinks are complimentary, and the room itself is clean and tidy.

The Dorint Wurzburg is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from both the railway station and the centre of town. The room met my needs, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the decor modern. Of particular note was the excellent and extensive breakfast.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. However, there's construction nearby which made driving a bit difficult for us. Also, the hotel parking is on B2, and it was a bit challenging to maneuver and turn into the spots, especially for slightly larger cars. The room itself was very spacious and clean.
