Great location, just a 500-meter walk from the airport. The hotel is very clean, but they don't provide single-use toiletries, so remember to bring your own.

Service was quite good, very friendly and professional people. Nearly all facilities in the SPA area were not working. ☹️

The location is perfect, especially to catch an early morning flight or to take the subway to downtown Berlin.  The breakfast buffet has a really good variety.

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel

This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return.

The place is awesome and maintenance is good. Its near public transportation and easily accessible via tram and s bahn. Receptionist were nice and welcoming.

I spent there 2 nights, and I didnt like it at all, room is big and nice however the AC is very far from the sleeping area and you can barely feel the air. Bathroom has a very stink smell we were feeling that we were in a bathroom in the street and when we complained, they offered a small bottle of a perfume which changed the smell a little and the smell came back again Location is good next to transportation

The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and more spacious than we expected. It was a great location for our needs. The one thing is the air conditioning doesn't do much to cool down the rooms. We were uncomfortably warm at night. Luckily, the windows open.

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods. Parking in the underground garage is easy. The hotel is just a short walk from a bunch of cool attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner. We had a good dinner and wonderful breakfast. They also have a very interesting loyalty programme. Bravo!

Very nice hotel. Only bad thing was the sauna was additional charges and the car park was 4 times more expensive than another within a 1min walk. Other than that it is an exceptional hotel.

It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

We've booked this hotel for a quick rest after a long drive, and everything was nice and easy. The room was clean, and the bed was so comfy.

I was on a business trip, the experience was ok, the service was ok, the charger just fell off in the end, and it was delivered to the airport for free.

The front desk was warm and patient, but the water temperature in the room was very high in the middle of the night on the first day of check-in and could not be used. The problem was solved after helping to change rooms. The facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is OK.

The Hyatt in Düsseldorf is a well-run hotel with a high occupancy rate, and it's one of my personal favorites. Several of Düsseldorf's famous trendy restaurants are within walking distance across the bridge, and I've stayed at this hotel more than once.

I think this is the best hotel in Düsseldorf. It's an international chain brand and I feel very safe staying here!

Why was the air conditioning broken?

The hotel is within 2-3 minutes walk to the Airport Terminal but the buildings are not connected. Walking outdoor in the morning was a bit cold. Easier to find if you are taking the S lines to the airport. The U line is further away from it. Helpful staff and have everything a traveler will need.

The location is perfect, close to the airport. The room is nice and clean. The only small problem is that the fridge was not cold. We had to call the reception, they offered us to put our food the the fridge at reception. They only gave us one bath robes, we called and they said they were running out of bath robes.

Everything was good, except the service is bad, first they charge +1 day room rate if check in few hours earlier, and for the luggage, they don’t handle it for you, they will give you a stroller and you have to pull your luggage by yourself . Otherwise location is great for early flight

Great 5 star hotel. Many rooms have an inner hotel foyer view which is what we got. Not recommended as no privacy unless curtains fully shut. Breakfast has a good variety but not the best.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the grand lobby to the immaculate rooms, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every need was met.

We had a great stay in conjunction with the musical Tina and a visit to Stuttgart. The only surprise was that German was a foreign language at the hotel (I am bi lingual, so not a problem), however I do find it strange. Anyway, we had a great time and friendly service too.

From the outside, it look old building, but the room has been renovated. Breakfast is good, and the location in quite area, and easy to get free street parking on the side of the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is a bit remote, but there's an S-train station right outside that connects directly to the city center. The surrounding area is relatively quiet. The restaurant on the first floor has good food.

This is my second stay here. Last time I stayed for four days, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. There are several restaurants nearby, including a very good Italian restaurant that's delicious and reasonably priced.

It was very small room for family. Very bad smell from room.

- Family room is too small, no refrigerator, location is not good but ok, room service also is not good + Reception employees are very helpful, we had a medicine that requires a refrigerator and they helped us with that, also water boiler was not working, they helped us and send a new one. Stayed here for one night. The hotel looked modern and spacious. The room had a good size but it was very warm at night. The hostel is large and difficult to manage, so the shower stalls in some rooms are broken and there's a bit of dirt under the beds, but for the price I paid it's fine.

The room was very clean and had a modern, minimalist design that made it feel just like home.

Overall, it was decent. My issues were: no bottled water and no hairdryer. I asked housekeeping for a hairdryer, and they brought a very old and non-functional one. I had to ask again to finally get a working one. A bit disappointing.

The environment is pretty good here, though it's a bit far from the city center. There's public transportation just a 5-minute walk away that goes directly to the exhibition hall. You can also catch public transport from the city center to get to downtown.

The location is fantastic! It's just one stop from Terminal 1, which is incredibly convenient, especially if you have an early flight. Getting a taxi nearby is easy and the travel time is very short.

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was too soft, but the service was very friendly. From the airport, you just take the S9 one stop to Gateway Gardens station, and you're there. You don't even need a ticket, just hop on.

Location is good - 30 seconds to u-bahn station, 10 mins from big deutsche bahn/s-bahn station (not the main station though). a bit far away from restaurants, but if you walk 10 mins, you will be there. We have not taken breakfast, cause it was too pricey (30EUR per person) and used the restaurants nearby instead. Perfect place to stay. Close to the city center. Private parking available for an extra fee. The rooms are well-equipped and have everything you need. Very clean with a fresh renovation. Location and amenities are nice but front office staff is in a weird state. The first guy who checked us in looked rather disheveled. As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.
