Anna Maria Village in Hersonissos

Me and my sister stayed here for four nights and loved our stay. The hotel is in a good central location, allowing us to easily travel to the beach and nearby towns. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and comfy beds. We had breakfast included in our stay and enjoyed the variety they had available each day. The service was excellent, staff being so friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely calm atmosphere, quiet and pleasant. The pool and outside space was our favourite. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area!

I stayed with my fourteen year old son and my mother in this hotel. The hotel is very cozy and clean. The food is great and has a lot of variety. The staff is lovely and helpful. Our vacation was for 3 weeks and we were very pleased and happy that we have chosen this hotel! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful vacation in Crete island.

My wife and I have just rerurned from the Annamaria village hotel. We were half board. The room was decribed as an economy room but it was more than adequate. Kettle and Fridge in the room which is beautifully decorated and spotless. We were half board which was buffet breakfast and dinner, both were buffet style with plenty of choice. Special mention must be made of the staff led by Angela and Elda who both work so hard to keep the buffet stocked up with fresh food and kept the restaurant clean and tidy and always with a smile. There is a restaurant and bar connected to the hotel called The Green. Which serves good food. Bar managers Vasilis an Ireni are very friendly, kind and helpful. We woold definitley use this hotel again

I enjoyed every moment staying at this wonderful super friendly hospitable Hotel. The food was excellent and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely return to this place for another holiday.

We stayed here for ten days and overall had a good time There were a few negatives but mainly positives Our room was very dark but worse,we woke up after getting there at night on our first night scratching like mad and realised when we woke up it was infested with mosquitos, my husband had 150 bites lumps all over his back legs and arms I had about 60 in the day time we could see over 100 in our apartment on the walls and in the bathroom we expected a few but the room was literally infested We had a word with a man on reception about it he shrugged and said its crete what do you expect and told us to buy repellent at the spa I didn't think he was very helpful as I said there's over 100 in there not the odd few I do think the room should have been fumigated but it wasn't going to happen so my husband bought a Can of spray and killed them all it was a mosquito grave yard, things did improve after that 2nd day but the bites were terrible The bathroom has an open drain so I think this attracts the mosquitos We had no patio door so no natural light or air came in as we had to keep the windows shut due to the mosquitos The shower was good but tiny area you can't wash properly Good points The food was good Pool area lovely The stray cats were lovely you could see that the staff feed them and alot of guests including ourselves The staff working in the breakfast and dinner room are really nice and friendly as are the cleaners they all work really hard Surrounding Area is lovely, it's quiet but not far from the old villages or Hersinossos, the hotel is very close to a beautiful beach, we walked into Hersinossos twice I'd like to give a special thank you to the staff in the bar attached to the hotel the staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming, we were given free raki shots every night, they did amazing cocktails and pizza We would go back but in a different room

We stayed at this hotel with my mom and sis at 1st week of September and it was great. The property is nicely located in the village close to Hersonissos. The owners are super friendly and very welcoming. Initially I booked the rooms with the kitchen and we got a free upgrade to the renovated room. The room was great, very clean, beds were very comfortable with no kitchen (but in the end it was a plus since we had dinners and lunches at the nearby restaurants). Also, big thanks to Manolis and his sister who let us to stay longer in the room (after check out time) so we could comfortably wait for our late flight. Definitely a great hospitality!

I’d like to write a review about this hotel. So, It’s really a nice place for a couple or for family with not too little kids. There are delicious food, kind and opened staff who always helps and smile. There are clean and modern rooms , comfortable location with 2 beautiful beaches near by. If you would like to rent a car, there’s also a car rental with normal prices. Likewise, you can go to the local taverns or restaurants with a sea view.
I absolutely recommend hotel “Anna Maria Village” to all my friends! If you stay here, you won’t be sorry.

Awesome place. Prices are below average. But the quality is brilliant. Actually should have been rated with more than 3 stars. 7-10 minutes to a public beach.
High-speed internet (80/60 megabits) is available in the rooms and the whole hotel territory.
