LOVED our stay at the Cosmi! The rooms are clean, the pool is amazing, Nico the owner, is a great guy and he also makes excellent Frappes, ice cream sundaes and toasties. Very close to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Phillipo's just down the road. Phillipo is wonderful man and they have excellent food.

Great stay and owner was so friendly and helpful couldn't have done more for us. Also very clean and the cleaner was there every day with regular changing of bedding and fresh towels. Great location also for beach and restaurants. Had a great holiday and kids loved the pool which was also very clean

The hotel is really clean, as is the pool and bar area. The owner is great, he is really relaxed and asks nothing of you other than if you're enjoying your stay, he is very attentive to anything you need too. The location is great, it is less than two minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops etc and is still nice an quiet. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and cannot fault it in any way.

If you travel without kids, it is OK, if not, look somewhere else.
Apartment was clean. Pool was nice and clean. Equipment was very basic. When you travel without kids, it is OK, when you travel with kids, equipment, especially in the kitchen, is insufficient. We asked for extra cooking pot and were rejected. Apartment is equipped with air conditioning, however we were asked EUR 50 to be allowed to use it. It is close to the sea, however nearest beach where you can take your smaller children (sand, gradual entry to the sea) is 15 - 20 minutes of walk. Location is directly in the Heraklion flight corridor, so every single aircraft which lands in this city flies over this building quite low. This could be very disturbing for some people. Planes fly over even during night.
