The check-in was very warm and speedy. Hotel itself was just a few minutes walk from the Rail station in Omonia Station. The Duo at the reception were very friendly and warm, always smiling and saying hello. That was one of the best experiences at this hotel. The Breakfast was good also with a lot of options, but almost the same every morning which on the long run made it somewhat predictable for...
Overall experience was good, tourist attraction’s site are within walking distance . Safe location. FnB availability easy to find.
We stayed post-celestyal cruise. The view from the rooftop restaurant was great. The food was excellent, including staff interactions. Very patient. Answering whatever questions we had even seeking out the answers if they didn't know. I can't stop talking about the Sunday breakfast spread. Well laid out, variety, freshness was awesome.
Our first trip to Europe, so there were things that I imagine are very European. Tiny elevators and key card access to power your room were a first for us. We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The loud returning guest at 1:30 in the morning were the...

The Hyatt is right across from the hotel. The front desk service was excellent. Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant on the first floor for patiently lending me their kettle.
The hotel is well located for catching the bus and being in the center of Athens in 10 minutes. The breakfast was average, nothing particularly noteworthy, there were things that could be improved. As for the room, it was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom had an unbearable smell.
The room is clean, bright and comfortable!
Fabulous! Very clean and smart hotel. Friendly helpful members of staff. Would definitely recommend ☺️
Room, services and breakfast are great. My room was facing the main road thus traffic noise throughout the night

Very close to the Metro station and easy to arrive from the airport. Staff was very professional and welcoming. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. The food selection was very large and I diverse, something for every taste.
My granddaughter got insect bites on her face for two nights. There was a mosquito the first night, which we killed, but the second night we made sure there weren't any and she still got bitten
The service at the bar was wonderful, very friendly people, the included breakfast is very rich and the room I had was very complete even with a stove, refrigerator and laundry room, only the bathroom could improve its aroma hehe but in general I had a great stay, very comfortable and clean
One of the good and cost-effective hotels in a very central location, highly recommended.
The hotel is suitable for a short stay, convenient transport location, breakfast is not varied, but you will not go hungry. Excellent budget option
I had booked a double room, but I got a single room. Otherwise, everything went pretty well.

Nice hotel. Good location with plenty restaurants nearby. 10-20 min drive from the center, depending on the traffic. Rooms are spacious but a few things could have made it better, like hangers, bin in the bathroom etc. Breakfast was wonderful with anything you can ask for. Decent coffee was at additional charge unfortunately.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome from the first moment. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options and a great start to the day. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Overall, a great choice thanks to the excellent...
The bellhop was the absolute best. He did not like you to take your luggage, he you that you visit, I work, I take your bags for you. The staff, counter, bar, servers, maids, all of them are very friendly and very helpful with questions or whatever you need. The view of the other building and the mountains in the background was really relaxing. Breakfast included, very very good breakfast with...
This hotel is grand but it has all the warmth of a Greek family. The staff are warm, so friendly and helpful. We stayed here 4 different times during our rambling through Greece. Each time we returned, we were welcomed back like long lost family. What more could you want when you are so far away from home.
Convenient location, very good facilities. Elevators are very compact and staff didn’t assist with moving the luggage in/out of the rooms at the check in/check out.
Not far from the centre of Greece was the hotel - could walk there if you wanted. Checkin was pleasant. A very small old style lift was pretty slow. Rooms were very comfortable - no view from our room. Did leave our bags there for a couple of days & had to pay for the service. Unsure if that is normal.

Very cool roof top pool and beach Roof top Pool perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Akropolis
We had a lovely 7-day stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and welcoming. The proximity to both the hospital and the university was perfectly located and convenient for our purpose. The staff was amazing very accommodating to our every need. Very clean and I really loved the bright and fun motif of the hotel. Especially the roof top beach and restaurant. We didn’t use the beach facilities because of the weather but we dined at the restaurant good food and excellent service. I Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
Great stay Pool on the roof was great! Room was comfortable, but not large. Also, air conditioner could have had a faster fan speed as it stayed quite warm in the room, even with the temperature set at a cooler temperature. Staff was very friendly and professional.
I had a wonderful stay at Airotel Alexandros Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. My family and I stayed here for a sightseeing trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Our room was spotless and the beds were remarkably comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
This is a very nice hotel. Everyone is genuinely sweet, kind and helpful. Professional too. The gym is great, sauna is amazing and breakfast was perfect. Room was beautifully designed, cosy, comfortable bed and very good pillows!
I've traveled to approximately 40 countries and stayed in various five-star hotels worldwide, but the Academias Hotel, Autograph Collection is one of the worst five-star experiences I've ever had. First, there's the noise issue: parties were held in the upstairs restaurant, with music and noise continuing until midnight, even into the late hours, making it impossible for me to sleep. For travelers...
The location is good, making travel convenient. The service is good, the rooms are clean, and the facilities in the guest rooms are complete.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore every inch of the city's scenery; the hotel's warm and thoughtful service is refreshing, and it pays attention to every detail of hygiene management. Although the guest rooms are slightly small, every furnishing reveals the exquisiteness and beauty of life. (〃'▽'〃)
We have been at the bar and the restaurant of the hotel; excellent cocktails, food and service. The only negative aspect is that pets are not allowed. We found this really inappropriate for the standards of such a hotel and given the fact that we live in the 21st century.. the management of the hotel should do something about it.

The service is good as well as the location. However, it is not so clean and a few things need renovation.

Staff was so helpful and friendly! Room was big enough and clean, nothing to say bad!! The only negative is a bit far from the closest metro station. It was hard to carry my luggage on the rough streets. But I had a nice stay overall :)
I recommend it. It is in a very good location. Center, several buses, metro, yet quiet. The view is exciting. Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of Greek specialties. The room, the hotel is clean, the staff is nice.
Away from public transportation
The hotel staff were friendly, humorous, and spoke fluent English. It's about a 20-minute walk to the famous Acropolis, and there's a supermarket, restaurants, and more just a 5-minute walk away.

This was a great spot central to everything. And in walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants that you can think of my only negative is the rooms had a lot to be desired. Pleasant service and good breakfast. I recommend it!
By domestic standards, the room is comparable to a Home Inn or Hanting. The rooftop bar and free parking are a plus, so I give it a 5 for the amenities. The sanitation is acceptable. The service attitude is also very good. The only thing I want to complain about is their parking lot. It’s a bit out of the way of restaurants and shops, but it’s just a short walk along the promenade to get to them. Rooms could do with a bit more maintenance, but they were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are old, especially bathroom. Hotel interior is also old, but it works. Breakfast is good. Biggest advantage is pool and chill zone and it's location just next to the beach. Staff was friendly, except the ladies at reception desk, there were very unfriendly and I had feeling that I bother them when I asked anything.
As most of the Hotels in Athens the one close to the see offer less for the price. I found the personal friendly and the hotel was in a nice position in front of the see. The rooms were not so pretty and I didn't like at all the pillows. I was there for work and when I'm on a business trip I mostly appreciate a good bed
Very cheap hotel, good service attitude, but the room windows are not soundproof and right next to the main road, the noise is very loud
Nice pool, great staff. Very nice view from rooftop room. Be mindful that the area in general has severe construction going on, to one site of the hotel. It isn't noisy though and doesn't affect the beach onwards.
