This hotel offers great value for money. Although the facade is small, it has quite a few rooms. The staff are all very responsible; when our water heater broke, we told the front desk, and they quickly sent someone to replace the set for us. The hotel is located in the old town, allowing you to experience the daily life of Athens residents. They also provide a standard free European breakfast.

The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby, right next to the Plaka pedestrian street. The breakfast was also quite substantial. I heard there's a bar on the top floor with Acropolis views, but we didn't go up. Overall, it's good and offers great value for money!

Apparently we didn’t have the breakfast included in our stay. The cost was $15 euros each for breakfast if we paid at the hotel. We opted to go across the street to a nice bakery and have a coffee and fresh baked good for around $4-5 euros each. We no big breakfast people fit was good for us.

This hotel was lovely with a nice view of the harbour & upwards to the Acropolis, however the road noise at night is quite loud & continues into the early morning. The staff was friendly & very accomodating. The rooftop terrace was lovely & the food was very good.

Rooms are really Good. It's a hotel more for wedding parties but if there is no wedding then it's really good place to stay in and there is a Mountain close so you can climb.

Claim for pomposity. But in places like the unfinished work of migrant workers. On weekends, the restaurant often hosts various celebrations (weddings, birthdays, etc.), which often drag on for's midnight and heard throughout the property, which is not conducive to normal sleep patterns. Breakfast is included in the payment - disgusting.

The location is great; however, we were a bit disappointed as the hotel looks much nicer in the photos than in reality. Although it claims to be a boutique hotel, it feels more like a standard hotel. The room is spacious and there are plenty of food options around the hotel, which is very convenient.

Close to the Acropolis, about 2 kilometers. The hotel room has a peculiar smell, the facilities are old, and the tables and chairs on the balcony are dusty. The bathroom is large and nice, and the breakfast is also OK. But I will not choose this hotel next time

It’s our second time at this hotel and we had a great experience at Azur. The staff were amazing , rooms were cleaned everyday and the breakfast was excellent.

The location is great, just 15 minutes walk from the Plaka and Monastiraki. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and friendly. Large spacious rooms. Great view to the Acropolis from the room. Breakfast is fresh and diverse. Please be aware that on the street itself there are several motorbike workshops but everything you might need is a brief walking distance.

Spotlessly clean and the staff fantastic. The breakfast was excellent with many choices that varied every day so it wouldn't get boring when you stay for many days. The rooms are comfortable and clean with good soundproofing. We ate one night on the rooftop with a view of the Acropolis and the food was delicious. Great location. Easy walk to all the major sites in Athens. Beautiful room and bath. Patio was nice for fresh air. Thick glass windows and door kept the city noise out. No views of the city - but why come to Athens just to sit in your room?

Small hotel with a good location in the city to go by foot. Breakfast is fine. Don't expect a hotel lobby or window views - it's in a narrow building complex not a Vegas Hotel. All in all nice people and normal hygiene in the rooms.

The hotel's location and facilities are very good, close to the subway and the street, but the outdoor bathtub is very dirty. My wife tried to clean it but still didn't dare to use it. It was a waste of money to upgrade.

The Hotel is so pretty. Perfect conditions, common spaces, rooftop and rooms clean and well decorated. The staff is always available and the position, in my opinion, is one of the best. The northern part of Athens is amazing, in the middle of green areas and beautiful neighborhoods. This Hotel is 10 out of 10.

Felt safe and for the price is was not bad. It is out of the way from the city center, over an hour commute on the metro. The Air conditioner was not working and the showers have no curtain.

The hotel felt in need of major upgrades as the furniture is dated, the carpeting is badly in need of replacement, the breakfast was basic and the egg dishes were mostly unrecognizable.

The location is good, very close to the beach. The facilities are very poor, like a hotel in China from the 1990s. Because it's very noisy on the side of the road, and the roar of large-displacement motorcycles at night is deafening! ! !

Except the high price, nothing else is wrong

The location of the house is very good. It is on the street of Glyfada. The beach is just across the road and you can go swimming. It is also close to the commercial street and it is very convenient to buy food and go shopping. The hotel customer service Christina and Julia are warm and thoughtful. I will choose this place again next time I go there.

For our family they have upgraded us to the apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. It was a great experience.

The hotel is quite good, the room is spacious, dry and wet are separated, and the terrace is beautiful. The overall feeling is good. The advantage of large rooms is quite prominent in Europe.

This is my 3rd time staying here and I always leave happy. First of all, the staff is very helpful and they help you with any problems you may have. They are a very young and friendly team. The rooms are very spacious and nicely designed. Since the pillows have different heights, you can easily find the right pillow for you. Small cozy hotel with a roof restaurant with the view on Acropolis. However, I was disturbed by the noises from opening/closing the doors of my neighbors, felt like mu walls are at about to fall.

The location is pretty good. There's a Chinese restaurant a few hundred meters away, and you can easily walk to the Acropolis from here. The hotel environment is decent, and the front desk staff was reasonably welcoming. Breakfast was also alright.

One night before getting our rental boat for a week in the Greek archipelago, we stayed at hotel tropical. Clean and well organised hotel. We’re happy to stay there close to the beach and to restaurants with nice menues.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I really wanted to like this place. The location is a bit out of the way, but the view is nice. I was surprised by the small ooms. The beds are tiny, they felt kid sized. The walls are thin and you can hear every noise in the hallway. It was enough to keep me up for a while. Ear plugs let me sleep. We were not able to connect to the internet at all....

The photos don't reflect the actual room. The accommodation was quite average. They posted a photo of a terrace in the superior twin room, but there wasn't one. The ceiling height was very low; it only had three floors. The advantages were the good location and the decent breakfast.

The room was extremely small, about the same size as a cheap hotel in China costing 50 or 60 yuan. The soundproofing was also mediocre, and the water was cut off when I woke up in the morning; they said it wouldn't be back on until 11 a.m.

It was great, very comfortable, and extremely clean. The location was also excellent, right near Syntagma Square; you can walk directly to the metro station to the airport. The hotel even offered nail polish, so I got my nails done there! 😛 The breakfast was also plentiful, but unfortunately, my stay was too short.

Very nice experience! Staff was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was nice but it was a set menu (2 choices/person) and I think it would get dull after an extended stay. You also had to choose the day before. It was all delicious though and could be had in the room which was nice! I felt like the single room was a nice size and was very comfortable!

friendly staff decent location in eastern piraeus cool looking rooms that look like the advertised rooms with what feels like soundproof walls only major downside was the wifi, they have 8 different connections that keep swapping between each other and disconnecting overall. when i could finally get connected most social media apps would not work at all.
