Receiptionist was very friendly and welcoming, room’s nice and tidy. Breakfast selection is limited, we stayed 4 nights, there was no change of menu. Our room had a bad smell of sewage and was dark during day time since the room face an inner stairwell. The hotel was going through construction. The breakfast is very tasty but not buffet, by cart and after three days you want something else that’s not on the menu. The staff is very nice and professional. Overall a 3 in my opinion.

Fresh towels every day are so classy! The windows in our rooms were to a stairwell, not to outside, which was a little unusual. We kept the curtain pulled the whole time, so it did feel a little like a windowless dorm room. Excellent staff, very helpful with every aspect of the trip. Breakfast was amazing! Even if you don’t get a deal with breakfast included, it was fantastic. Room was clean and excellent water pressure and showering products. The only thing I would say is that there needs to be conditioner in the shower for hair! Temperature control in the room is good, and we didn’t hear any noise from near by rooms...

Overall the hotel itself is great. The problem is that they have a club next door, and the noise is intense. Every weekend night until 3:30am you hear the music and the bass is booming. The hotel itself is good. The staff is great, but the club next door is a giant problem.

The location is right next to the Acropolis and all other major tourist attractions, which is really convenient. Felt safe and for the price is was not bad. It is out of the way from the city center, over an hour commute on the metro. The Air conditioner was not working and the showers have no curtain.

I had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel super welcome, really friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was cozy, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, I also appreciated how quiet it was, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also awesome (plus really good coffee). Did not care for shower! Clean but holding my arm above my head to rinse myself off is ridiculous. Its 5 minute walk they from the metro train and bus is across the street. But 15 minutes walk to center of Athen where there are tons of food and roof top bars

The hotel is right in the center of Athens, with excellent access to transportation and sightseeing. However, it wasn't very clean. The pillows were stained, and the inside of the refrigerator was dirty.

The location is the selling point, just a few steps away from the Constitutional Square. A lot of shops restaurants and bars are nearby. But the highlight is the lady who served us breakfast. Her service and kindness impressed us.

Very friendly place and easy access to most places.

I complained that the breakfast ham was sour, but they smelled it and said it wasn't bad. I was speechless. The young man at the reception only smiled when I checked out, otherwise he would think I owed him money.

There was no internet for 2 days, which was a big problem for me. My first-floor room had one window facing a utility shaft, which I was too scared to open. The bathroom immediately flooded. I had luggage and there was no help provided. On the first day, there was coffee, tea, and water, but none on the second. Maybe that's normal and I should have asked, but they did come for daily room cleaning.

Nice clean room. Super love the balcony because it comes with a beautiful sunrise view. Walking distance from Omonoia station and easily walkable to a number of places. Good location.

Our 4-day stay at Life Gallery Athens truly felt like living in luxury. The food was fantastic—special mention to the African chef who prepared the most amazing dish of black “forbidden” rice with salmon. The atmosphere was elevated even further by Mallios at the bar, whose friendliness and passion for his work really stood out. A wonderful experience that we would happily recommend.

Though this had a lot to do with the wet weather so we couldn't open the window to dry/air things out. Could also hear water running through the plumbing in our bathroom when other guests flushed or took showers.

A/C did not work. When asked about A/C on Saturday (arrival day) we were told be repaired on Monday. We checked out Thursday and still no A/C. Just walk to the Acropolis and near sites. Convenient location within walking distance to the Acropolis site, and only two blocks away from Subway red line, making easy connection to other lines, like blue to/from airport.

Decent little hotel. The rooms were clean and practical and service was friendly. There are some restaurants within walking distance and the walk to the Acropolis isn't too bad if you like walking. The neighborhood is so-so, but we had no issues.

The rooms were quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. Both the lobby and rooms had keypad locks, and the surrounding neighborhood was nice and safe. The hotel room is new and clean at TD location just around 5 minute walk from tram station.  One thing to concern is the hotel is next to a busy travel road. You would hear noise from vehicles. I personally is not very noise sensitive so I still could fall asleep.

Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, but the soundproofing was a major letdown—it was far from ideal and really impacted the stay.

Interesting artistic hotel blending brutalism and cosiness.

A unique property but not for everyone one. You have to like the artistic approach and have the expectation of not the ordinary luxury. The textile and towels used in the room are high quality. Taking a bath can be a challenge if you try not to get the bathroom too wet. The mona robes are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and available until 1pm. Staff replies quickly with the in room iPad.
