Athens, Attica Avenue 40.2 Km (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel lobby is spacious. Restaurant has decent food. They offer airport transportation shuttle service. There’s a gas station/cafe right cross the parking lot that sells food & snacks which much cheaper than the hotel. The king room standard I selected was very spacious. The bathroom was a decent size as well.
Overall I recommend this hotel & I would stay here again.
Very clean and excellent hotel. Staff at the front were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with a generous variety of food. Glad they had a shuttle service to and from hotel/airport, huge plus! Be mindful the bus from airport to hotel runs hourly and on time. Fortunately we were able to flag the bus driver and he stopped to let us get on last minute! Highly recommend this hotel!
The Holiday Inn Athens Airport is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality near the airport. From the moment of arrival, the experience feels seamless and thoughtfully managed; perfect for those arriving late, departing early, or simply wanting an stress-free stopover.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, offering a quiet and...
Very pleased with everything. Have stayed several times. Shuttle is a really good added service especially when transitioning between the airport for flights that don't connect on the same day.
Would definitely recommend to other travellers.
We compliment the hotel and their staff. We were greeted more warmly than I think I've ever been greeted before! Over the phone, everyone was ready to help instantly. Our room was impeccable. The beds so comfortable and the sheets so crisp and fresh. I loved having the minibar and coffee maker. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommended!

Room was fine
But the issue is with ******* as they indicated I have to pay 337euros that was paid
But when I wanted the check out paper that shows the account it was 317 euro requested
Why I had to psy extra as I paid 337
Hotel was clean, staff really friendly and a great breakfast. Ideal location for a wedding we attended. Highly recommend
Exceptional service. We booked a room but couldn't make it due to delays. They did a free cancellation and when we arrived the day after we could make use of the shower and Pool against a small fee. The people are super friendly and gentle.
Great hotel in this area, you can get to the city centre of Athens within 30min.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Checkout at 12 is huge benefit, you can also take a shower after coming back from the beach before heading to the airport.
5min to the beach that is not so overcrowded as others in this area.
Room was okay, just the bathroom needs really improvement.
Pool on the top is great for a quick...
Very clean and tidy bedrooms with very comfy beds and clean sheets, also there is excellent air conditioning, nice enough bathroom with great shower. Rooftop area and pool were very nice with an ever present lifeguard. Both pool and beach towels are provided daily. Only downside would be the busy main road the hotel is situated on but that isn’t a major issue. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and...
This isn't my first time staying here, and I really like it. The only downside is that you have to walk up the stairs with your suitcases to get to the reception area, and you also have to carry your suitcases up the stairs when leaving the hotel.

Good quality hotel with five star service right in the centre of all the action . The team here were super friendly. Great breakfast on a super roof terrace overlooking the Acropolis. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is in an excellent location, with restaurants, shopping areas, and historical attractions all within just a few minutes’ walk.
The Premium Acropolis View & Balcony room is truly worth it. The service is outstanding — we were welcomed with champagne and desserts upon arrival, which made us feel very special. From the breakfast restaurant, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Acropolis of...
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Acropolis and has a restaurant with a pretty decent view. The elevator is slow and small, the rooms are tiny, and soundproofing is poor. The value for money is just okay.
The facilities and services were good, but I booked two days first, and then my wife booked two more days in the same type of room. When we went to the front desk at 9 a.m. to extend our stay, the staff said we couldn't stay in the same room. I really don't understand. New guests can only check in at 3 p.m. Does this mean guests can choose their room number when booking?
The Electra Palace Hotel is truly my home away from home whenever I visit Athens. I appreciate its prime location, just minutes from the vibrant Plaka shopping and dining area.
Breakfast here is abundant and delightful, and the restaurant offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city, making every meal a delightful experience.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sofia from Guest Services...
Hotel was worth the value. Many room amenities! Great location. Great roof top restaurant.
The welcome gift was unexpected!
concierge was wonderful to work with, we used many of her suggestions from where to go for sites, restaurants, shopping.
View from our room was ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Only thing I would maybe add is a Netflix option on tv. Also for this high end of a hotel it’s not appropriate to only have 2...

there was lots of good restaurants and bars near by but was a 40 min walk to down town or a 10 Uber ride but the hotel was clean friendly good food great balcony rooms Most of all we eere back early 10 am from our cruise and they had our rooms ready by 11 for our whole tour group this was amazing !!
Our tour, Gate 1, selected this hotel. It appears this is the tour group capital of Athens, as many tours passed through here. Great for the hotel, guaranteed income, not so much for the patron. The rooms were a decent size. They will not let you check in until 3 PM, even though our key was ready on the counter long before. The front desk is not particularly friendly, nor helpful. The breakfast...
Stayed for 3 nights as part of a coach tour. Hotel is on a very busy city street with cafes, supermarkets and a few bars nearby. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking the street. There was road noise constantly but not as bad could've been expected. The room was standard sized and the bed was reasonably comfortable if a little tired. Hallway carpets were worn and...
A 3-star hotel, the air conditioner needs service (constant squeaking), beds are old and hard, no early check-in, this hotel used for tour groups so the waiting area is constantly full with no seating. This area of Athens has little to offer for visitors.
My wife and I stayed here in August 2025, the hotel itself wasn’t the most luxurious but very comfortable. The rooms were spacious enough for the two of us and nice and clean, the beds were also comfortable.the staff in both the foyer and dining areas were friendly and helpful with any questions we had and the food was quite nice. The room service for food was excellent and quick.
Overall a great place...

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good, it's close to the subway station, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is that the single room bed is made up of two single beds pushed together, which wasn't very comfortable.
Central with a friendly staff. There was quite a bit of construction on our floor which was unpleasant, but for one night in an out of Athens was a good choice. The rooftop bar was also surprisingly delightful, and the serving staff was very accommodating
Had requested early check in weeks ago. Told NA when we arrived. Had no response to my email. People were getting into rooms before we were despite sitting in the lobby waiting
The transportation is convenient, the equipment is new, the service is friendly, but the breakfast is a bit monotonous and not diverse enough.
This hotel was the perfect location for first timers in ATHENS, everything you needed was on your door step! As soon as we arrived we felt right at ease after a long flight, the staff were so friendly and lovely!
Breakfast was just what you needed for a long day of walking around ACROPOLIS !
Rooms are O.K for us to get ready and sleep in so was perfect!
We would 100% come back here and recommend to...
Compared to the central location of the Concorde Square, the simple room decoration here also complements each other. Special praise for the top floor restaurant, absolutely Michelin, the waiters are also very decent, great

Unwind from today's fatigue and embrace a soft night's sleep. Good night, may your dreams come true.
20 minutes walk to the Acropolis, breakfast with a view, underground parking.
The room we were assigned was extremely noisy, as it faced the interior of the hotel, and due to the presence of the air conditioning motors, it was impossible to sleep for both nights. It was a real nightmare; it's inconceivable that a 5-star hotel would allow something like this. We reported the problem to the front desk, and they were well aware of it.
Wonderful hotel with plenty of entertainment around the restaurant, bar, and open-air cinema! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening. It was delicious, and the view of the Acropolis was stunning. The people were super friendly, and everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended if you're staying in Athens.
Very good, 100% recommendable, nice staff.
We arrived and they helped us with everything we need, always ready to help and support us.
At booking it would be better if customers were advised that the room booked would be eg basement

nice place, nice breakfast, kind people......second times here,I would be back again.
Location is nice in close to Athens center and on the beach, not the nicest (Voula, voullagmeni) the road in front of the hotel is very busy. The pool on the roof is perfect, beautifull view from rooftop, breakfast is also excellent, staff is very friendly. The beds room were very clean, the shower good be done cleaner. But in total a very good hotel
Great place to be, pool was close thou to be open in summer.
Good service from start to finish. Good engilish speak staff, complementary breakfast was very good and was stock well. The only minus point is the lack of soundproofing between rooms. It wasn't an issue for me but the hotel wasn't that busy. But you could hear people talking, not shouting, in the adjoining room. I didn't lose any sleep, hence the high star rating.
I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 kids. It was short but pleasant. The weather was surprisingly nice and 18° . This hotel is a direct bus ride to the front of the hotel from the airport. nice and staff was collabartive
The room was quite spacious and very clean. It's a shame there was no view from the window. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast had all the essentials, which was good.
Staff was super friendly and service oriented. They surprised us with a gift for our birthday.
During breakfast they served water and helped gettings things from the buffet for people who had difficulty walking
Very warm service ike in the middle east and asia.
Rooms are big, comfortable bed and a nice design
Also a cool area in the lobby to get work done.
Perfect location next to the metro
The hotel is newly opened and in a good location, but the surrounding area may be a bit unsafe.
In city centre and metro station..
In terms of accommodation alone, it's excellent value for money, the most affordable option in downtown Athens, and the rooms aren't particularly small. The problem is, the hotel is located in one of Athens' most chaotic squares; outside the hotel are all sorts of strange people, and I even encountered a pickpocket. Breakfast was at the bar, but seating was limited, so I had to sit at the counter....

Far from a four star hotel. Rooms and bathrooms need renovating. Breakfast is mostly processed foods with weird taste. Could do better!
Hotel was good . Breakfast was ok . The only thing we paid tax 30 pounds and when we get there they charged again 30 euros for tax . They didn’t let us in till they get the money but I called agent and they said you should not pay extra money.they are scammers.
I couldn’t travel due to air line staff refused our visa and request us to get new entry visa this for your information and acknowledge
I already contacted your office services team members in this regard
Many thanks
I booked this hotel because it was very affordable, but honestly it doesn’t feel like a real 4-star hotel. The area around it is not very nice and feels a bit run-down, which makes the location less appealing. That said, the hotel itself was clean, and that was a positive point. Overall, if you’re just looking for a budget option to spend the night, it works, but don’t expect a true 4-star experience
The hotel's proximity to the subway station is very convenient. However, the property is quite old and the facilities are dated. On the bright side, the service was satisfactory, and the breakfast was decent.
Very clean, friendly staff and well educated and an abundant break fast highly recommend.

Great location & good service. Unfortunately, individual room temperature adjustment isn't possible, which made the room far too warm. It was a really pleasant stay at the Brown hotel. Excellent location, really kind stuff. Room was clean and warm. And the manager Stive is there to make a difference in the positive way with all his help. Enjoy

The rooms are small and the bathroom is old .
Nice, cozy hotel - nothing exceptional, but it did the job. Good breakfast and a lovely view from the rooftop restaurant.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the subway station. The staff were incredibly polite and truly deserve praise.

Nice stay for the second time. Great location, nice staff and the parking is a big plus. The hotel is clean and the rooms large. It could do with a few cosmetic improvements and refurbishment but the ratio quality/price is one of the best. The breakfast is ok, not the main asset but the staff really kind.
We arrived late at night and in the room were snacks and small bottle of wine which was a perfect way to end the evening after a long flight! Room was clean, breakfast had many food choices and the staff was cheerful. Woke up to a bit of rain and they had umbrellas to take on our tour Athens. Volly and Larry
It reminded me of a Motel 6. It was a bed and a bathroom with a broken chair at the desk. You cannot take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet and the toilet is up against the side wall.
We got to the hotel early and the front desk accommodated my husband and I by allowing us to check in early so we can rest. The hotel is near the cruise terminals which was also convenient. Overall, we had a great stay before our cruise.
Pros: clean. Bed comfortable. Good lighting and outlets in the room.
Cons: No shampoo or Conditioner. 1 bathtowel for 2 persons? 1 Welcome bottle of water in the fridge.

Love my stay at Say Hotel. Staff was very professional. The look of the hotel is clean, and elegant. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The shower was amazing. Best one in Athens!! They picked me up from the ferry and also dropped me off at the airport.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is great and the rooftop bar offers a nice atmosphere with a beautiful view.
What really stands out is the exceeding professionalism of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and always happy to help. Also the private parking space is a big plus.
Excellent property, very clean and great staff
The Hotel is so pretty. Perfect conditions, common spaces, rooftop and rooms clean and well decorated. The staff is always available and the position, in my opinion, is one of the best. The northern part of Athens is amazing, in the middle of green areas and beautiful neighborhoods. This Hotel

We recently stayed at Tropical Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. Compared to many other places we visited in Athens, Santorini, and Crete, this hotel truly stands out as modern, comfortable, and well-designed. One night before getting our rental boat for a week in the Greek archipelago, we stayed at hotel tropical.
Clean and well organised hotel. We’re happy to stay there close to the beach and to restaurants with nice menues.
I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I really wanted to like this place. The location is a bit out of the way, but the view is nice. I was surprised by the small ooms. The hotel felt in need of major upgrades as the furniture is dated, the carpeting is badly in need of replacement, the breakfast was basic and the egg dishes were mostly unrecognizable.
More like a motel than a proper hotel. Location is excellent, directly next to the seaside (1 min walk). Very bad experience waiting for 2 hours to check in. The hotel breakfast was quite good, better than expected
The location is good, very close to the beach. The facilities are very poor, like a hotel in China from the 1990s. Because it's very noisy on the side of the road, and the roar of large-displacement motorcycles at night is deafening! ! !
Except the high price, nothing else is wrong
The location of the house is very good. It is on the street of Glyfada. The beach is just across the road and you can go swimming. Second time here, and it is a great place to stay in Athens. Lovely staff and varied breakfast.
The room was spotless, a good size, with good facilities. The hotel is really well looked after and the staff were fantastic. The rooftop bar was alao a great place from which to enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was good, near the Monastiraki Square Metro Station, within walking distance of loads of bars and restaurants and the Acropolis.
Missed opportunity. The rooftop was fabulous. It has a pool, restaurant and bar with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The location is not bad. Close to the metro. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the Acropolis which is helpful as a tourist. However since it is situated next door to the market, it tends to be a bit noisy and not so touristy looking. The closeness to market can be great to see many non-touristy sights and it would give a different perspective of Athens. The facilities in the hotel are all great and I loved the breakfast spread...

I booked it though booking so I am quiet suprise when I come to google map and see the overall star. The hotel does not really looked good from outside and the first impression is also bad. The lobby was on the side street and should have more light. The elevator function but clearly outdated.
Apart from that everything else is perfect. The staff was super nice and driendly...
Very good hotel with nice roof bar with view to the acroplis. Close to main train station and metro.
A lot of noise 3rd floor under construction.
And Breakfast must be served at least until 10:30 a.m..
