Hotels with pool in Chania Town

Definitely a value for money choice. Beware of the stairs which could be a problem if you are travelling with infants or having movement difficulties. The stairs are however a part of the Chania architecture!

Walking distance to everywhere The staff was really nice, and the service was great with a special and tasty welcome treat! The rooms were very clean and new, while very respectful to the Cretan architecture

A sumptuous breakfast was served in beautiful, spacious semi-basement room. Coffee was served to our individual taste, and the buffet in included fresh orange juice, cooked items, fruit, yoghurt, fresh cakes and pastries

The hotel is one minute walking from the harbour but still in a very quiet area. The rooms are big and confortable with a nice bathroom. The cherry on the top of the cake was the staff, all very friendly

There are 10 rooms: one on the first floor, three on the second floor and six on the third floor. Two of these are "maisonettes", one of which was ours (it was all that was available when we booked!)

The staff (all female) were friendly and helpful, treating us as if we were friends who had come to stay in their home. The only negative, for some people, would be the access and the steps

Absolutely, quintessential little stay. Extremely polite, clean, and accommodating. More importantly, it is truly a VERY quiet sleeping experience. even with rooms right next to you and a party raging below your window

Amazing experience in this boutique hotel! We were in the Superior Suite and it was perfect for my wife and I, plus our baby! But the property aside, I can’t talk enough about how great the staff is

Loved the little pub downstairs for night caps. Make sure you go to the rooftop for coffee or just people watching at night. The gulf breeze and ambience up there is a nice respite after a day in Old town

That kind of customer service alone saved our trip after a very confusing drop off. Will definitely stay here because of the property and location, but the staff here put it over the top!

Ground floor rooms are a bit noisy due to being directly on the traditional alleys behind the harbour, but it's lively and it didn't't really bother. Staff was helpful and we had a lovely stay

When we arrived, and were dropped off on the opposite side of Old Town, I called and the staff helped us come grab luggage on short notice

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in Chania. Their recommendations on aight to aee and restaurants to eat at were spot on

The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of the old town. WEMe even got a room upgrade!

Don’t expect much, but that’s okay, you’re there for the charm, experience and location! My particular room was perfect for 1 person, but would not be comfortable for two - which was fine since I was meeting family after Crete

Excellent location in the old town, you can walk everywhere and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street, and with the windows closed at night it was very quiet

We ended up parking at Parking Plaza, Pireos 3, Chania which is a 350 meter walk from the hotel and is next to a handy supermarket. (We bought coffee pods there as the hotel only provides enough for one day)

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well

We spend two special night here. The rooms were well designed, the breakfast was superb, and the service was flawless. Was also very nice to have our own private pool with a view out over the city and lighthouse

Great spot ! Would recommend Super sweet staff and reception (very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any request) ! The included breakfast is spectacular and has a lot of choices to pick from the night before ! The highlight was however the impeccable view of all of Chania from our room and sunset ! Very glad we stayed there on our honey moon !

The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well

One of the best place I have stayed so far. Staff is so helpful and always smiling. Rooms were cleaned and nicely made. Got help with transportation. And also packed us lunch while checking out of the hotel

Great location in the heart of the old town, we were very happy with the large room with mezzanine bedroom and private terrace as well as a smart tv (not that we watched much) was great to connect to for music/news etc in the evenings

I cannot praise this hotel enough, no matter how many words I include in my review. The Serenissima Hotel is simply perfect in every way from the staff, to the central but quiet location and it's fantastic breakfast

3-night stay in Chania Old Town A beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for exploring Chania and close to the harbour. We stayed in a standard room (no 1) which was very clean and comfortable but not spacious

The staff were truly phenomenal and made our stay in Chania even more special. I can not wait to go back and spend a few more days in this magical hotel being spoiled by the best hoteliers in all of Crete

Wonderful hotel in very convenient location close, but not too close to the old town. Loved the aesthetics and amenities as well as very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Most of all, 10/10 service -- we were the tourists who didn't know we had to park a few blocks away and carry all our luggage to the hotel (because a lot of the area is walking only)

10min drive from Chania, quite and relaxing place, lovely pool with a bar, great breakfast (don't miss the yogurt with honey!), our room was the cheapest I could find so nothing fancy but had everything you need and was very clean! The staff are the friendliest, sweetest people I've met! Would definitely be back!

👍 They have build new apartments to at the hotel There is a nice pool also for small children. The breakfast was great, all you can eat and fresh orange juice they make themselvses. Very nice staff, true and friendly

It is just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of chania, yet only about a 5-6 minute drive into town. The orange groves, pool and pool bar area is perfect. We have visited and stayed numerous times

Sooo nice! People there are so kind and helpfull. This is a quiet place near the city center (3km) and near the autoband. You can book the day dish for the night. There a large pool with a bar

Really lovely staff, laid back atmosphere. If you like cats they have a few walking around who are super relaxed. Great pool as well.

Great service, food, pool, location, big balconies, nice rooms. Putting a mattress with water would be great in this amazing pool. Bit noise coming from outside. Light coming inside the room needs to be improved curtains

The hotel was new, clean and at a very good location 5-10 mins walk from the old harbour. The hotel had magnificent views overlooking the sea of sunrise and sunset from the infinity pool at the roof

Breakfast was fine and all of the staff were so friendly anf helpful. The staff also went above and beyond to assist me and make calls for me when I had issues with my booked tour

The rooftop hosts a stunning and refreshing pool wjth complimentary towels waiting at the bar

They even gave us a free Cretan bottle of wine to celebrate our stay and daily housekeeping was conducted to ensure cleanliness. I am very satisfied with my stay here!

I am not alone! They have many repeat visitors and make them all feel very welcome! The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished and the breakfast is out of this world! Can't recommend the place or the people highly enough!

The Hanim proved to be absolutely perfect for our short stay in Chania. Located in the old town it was convenient for everything, bars, restaurants, shops, the harbour, the list goes on

Staff were super pleasant and full of information regarding the city with nothing too much trouble. All in all for us the Hanim could not have worked out better hence the 5 star review

Idomeneas Went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, he helped us book restaurants and trips. If your thinking of staying in Chania this is the perfect place to stay

Our amazing host, Idomeneas, gave us a map, with recommendations on restaurants, bars, sites, shops, etc. He also organized our shuttle from the airport, and back again

The place is very clean with all the necessary toiletries provided & daily maid service. The owner Idomeneas & his staff were very accommodating & such nice people

There were robes and slippers, mood lighting - whatever you want. The shower is spacious, with warm water and good pressure. The vanity is large enough for two women to get ready. Plenty of hooks for hanging things

Our key card didn't work, so we had to have her come back and fix that for us but it was easy. TALL hand painted ceilings, tall windows, a large bed, armoir, fridge, safe, desk, and large bathroom

We were two women staying for just one night. We parked closeby and walked to Greco hotel and were received by Anna. The check in was easy and she walked us over to the Boutique hotel

The bed was large and comfortable and its so nice to look up at the beautiful ceiling. The lobby of the hotel is also very cute. Its got a little bar, a lounge and a gallery

If you are looking for a big bed and a shower with high water pressure, this is not your place. Also, it can be noisy at night, since there is a 24-hour bar/club close by

Nice view on the harbor, excellent service, central but quiet, parking tricky as everywhere in the historic centre, but that's solvable in an acceptable timeframe

A great view, 2 fab pools (a bit cold tho), 5 mins walk to a Sandy beach, super breakfast especially the sour cherry jam & watermelon jam, lovely well equipped rooms & a daily service We are in the restaurant one night & it was scrummy 😋 I felt spoilt, safe & very comfortable I couldn't recommend it enough

On our 1st day we walked into the nearby town of Hersonissos which could have everything you could imagine, from scenic views and lovely cafes and restaurants. The walk back is quite uphill but only about 20 minutes

We spoke to Manos who kindly arranged and gave us information to see a Doctor, from there I was taken to a medical centre who did an ultrasound and then rushed to Hospital where I had 3hour operation for acute ruptured appendix

Lovely apartments, most with a sea view. Unusual to have 2 swimming pools although 1 is really more a plunge pool suitable for non-swimmers and children especially. Staff were all very helpful and friendly

There are two swimming pools one just below the dining area and the other further down some steps. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day by the very friendly staff who were always in great form

Whilst having to spend the rest of the holiday in Hospital, Manor kept in touch with us for any needed information. This has not put me off returning to Crete or Frida apartments and look forward to a return trip

Just what we wanted Clean basic room, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was not included ( they just call it pocoloco bed and breakfast) but breakfast was very nice and good value

Its been a long time but I have such amazing memories from the vacation I spent at Mike and Inka's place with my parents. They were so friendly and homely

Mike & Inka are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them and they make you feel like at home. The appartements are clean, brekfast is great and plenty of, pool area is nice and clean

The pool is nearly always quiet, which means you can have a relaxing swim with plenty of sun loungers to choose from. The rooms are fantastic, each with a balcony offering sea view and are cleaned thoroughly every day

Breakfast is delightful with such a vast variety eaten on the breakfast terrace with espresso made by Mike. The pool and sun beds are often deserted during the day as the car park empties

We want to thank the staff and Despina for being a very lovely host and helping us with everything we needed. She helped us book a boat trip to Balos, which was very nice of her. I highly recommend this place!

The two of us stayed in the VOUKAMVILIA studio. The room is perfect for 2 people, cozy and in a absolute great location. You have everything you need and you can sit outside very comfortably in front of the door

It is a very quiet alley and beautiful! The landlady is also very nice and gave us a warm welcome. A vacation couldn't start any better. There are many wonderful streets, great small shops and delicious food

Excellent service with cleaning several times a week. And the balcony - yes, there you sit surrounded by a forest of the most beautiful bougainvillea. I highly recommend Iason Studios

Wonderful accomodation in the heart of Chania old town , perfectly located in a quiet back street , near but not too close to all the amenities and attractions of Chania Old town

The view from my room was exceptional. The only drawback was the noise level. If you stay there, you must eat at Tamam - about a half block from Vranas!

This is for people who want to be where the activity is. (Although in the center of the activity, we should note that the walls are thick and we went to bed around 10:00 every night and were never disturbed by noise)

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was charming, offering a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, although the bed was a bit on the firm side

Disappointing The room itself was ok and location was great. Supermarket, bakery and deli was just few metres away. The hotel was not on a beach, it was further down the road and didn’t have sunbeds or any facilities

We loved our stay at Aurora, the host was lovely and communicated with us regularly. The apartment itself was incredible everything is very new and very spacious. The pool is also amazing and was never busy

Old Chania is about a 25 minute walk or 8 minute drive away. The apartment was a 5 minute drive from the hwy entrance so it was the perfect location to explore the west side of the island from

We had an amazing time staying 4 nights at Domus Renier. Georgia and Sandi at the front desk were extremely helpful and very fun to interact with daily. They went above and beyond and made our trip feel extra special

They offered helpful local tips, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was preparing a delicious breakfast or recommending a hidden gem nearby, they always had our comfort in mind

The owners and staff were incredibly warm, (Georgia, Sandy, Maria to name some) welcoming, and genuinely caring by the end of our stay, it felt like we were part of the family. The hospitality was heartfelt and personal

The staff kept the rooms clean and their breakfast every morning was outstanding. The staff were smiling always and the architecture of the room (secreto) was worth every penny.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Epavli Aug 11-Aug 21. This boutique hotel is exactly as pictured, but even better in person! An oasis in the city. We enjoyed the garden, pool, and freshly prepared breakfast

Nothing was too small to get help. The cleanliness was superb from the pool area, the room and garden. Excellent choice for breakfast and drinks available during the day

Whilst there there we only met adults so I don’t know if children are accommodated for or not? For a quiet stay as a couple or single it was perfect and the locality to evening restaurants and coffee bars was ideal if you don’t want to walk back down to the town

The location is perfect, walkable to Chania Old Town in about 15 minutes. As well, our room and common areas were kept spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive and helpful with recommendations and reservations

It was a great setting & very relaxing! But also so convenient. The check-in/check-out process was really easy & super convenient. They even arranged a taxi for me to arrive at 4 am

Not too much noise at night, it is bearable. The rooms were very spacious (we got a suit though). House keeping service every day if needed, it was top, the lady was so kind

My room was amazing!! As noted in other reviews, there is no elevator. So my only small complaint was being on the 3rd level & hauling all my luggage up the stairs

Nice spacious room with balcony, in the best part of the old town. Very clean, and a good shower. Big cumfortable bed, rooms are on the street of some of the best restaurants. Coffee shop for breakfast right opposite.

But all the frustration melted away when I got into my room. It was super spacious, very clean & had the best shower!! The location is amazing & I had an awesome balcony that overlooked the restaurants

This meant we couldn't resolve basic things, such as broken air-conditioning in our room, slow wifi, and access to towels for the pool (which we were informed would be available from the reception for the duration of our stay)

The property’s presentation is outstanding very clean, complementary tea and coffee and drinks to purchase onsite. Great pool area with sun lounges and umbrellas. Staff very friendly and helpful

Clean, comfortable, small and mostly peaceful! We loved our stay, usually heading off to beaches either local or further away and finishing off with a little funk in the immaculate pool

The apartment was great, although a microwave would have been an excellent addition as stove top warming is more trouble than it’s worth for heating up. I still have the place 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend
