I was forced to escape because nobody was at the reception when I arrived and the entry door had a broken handle. Guests who are staying there share a key. The manager Mrs Artemis told me that the agency Volagratis didn't pay her. I paid all my week in April and it has been a real nightmare for me all this situation. It is a scam and I've asked for another structure through volagratis.
Anyway it is a very dirty, terrible structure absolutely to avoid, indeed!

On 21st July I arrived to this horrible hotel and nobody was at the reception, the handle of the entry door was completely broken /out of service. I've called Mrs Artemis and she said that my agency Volagratis didn't pay her. I was completely upset, disappointed and annoyed because I paid all my week. Anyway it is an awful, horrible, terrible, very messy and dirty hotel and so I escaped and called Volagratis in order to change my accommodation, etc... I spent the first night on the beach and the day after I went back and forward Hersonissos with my suitcase under 41°. It was a nightmare, indeed!! I'm very angry and I've asked volagratis a refund for all this shame. This structure is completely to avoid!

The hotel was empty! What a shame, this small city hotel is run by a very helpful and kind lady, and it really deserves to be fuller. As a result, the included breakfast couldn't be served due to a lack of staff. Instead, we got air conditioning, which wasn't originally included. It's fine for those on a budget, but you shouldn't expect too much from the bedding. It's clear the mattresses aren't new... but again, for the price, it's what you'd expect.

Nice, cheap, little hotel, very close to the beach and all restaurants and shops. Very convenient center location but no traffic noise. There was access to some little swimming pool. Hotel needs a bit of investment and refurbishment or some freshen up as rooms are old but everything was in working order so could not really complain. There was lovely lady/reception or manager that made the check in very nice, let me in to the room much earlier free of charge. Would recommend but only to those who basically only need bed and shower. Those who needs luxury design or have high expectations and wants to pay nothing, look for somewhere else please.
