We spend a week end of July 2020 and we have to admit that we made the right choice. Great location right , next to the city center, very close to the beach, bus station, Bars , Clubs. Located in a quiet area to relax without noise. Staff is excellent, we got lots of info to explore crete and many hidden places... Hust ask Giorgos what you need...amazing contact on viber and whats app. we ll be back in summer 21...

The water in our bathroom was a very dark brown and smelling of metal. The hotel unilaterally decided to do away with our breakfast that was included in the price stating that the price actually is 50 eur per person :) Furniture from the '70s, bathroom with small lights and no hangers. There is no king-size bed, as mentioned - just two single beds. Overall - a bad experience and a misleading description.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, modern, and recently updated. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to great restaurants and the beach. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was Aspa at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing helpful tips for getting around town and assisting me with some business needs I had while working remotely. Her customer service was exceptional, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.

I highly recommend this place, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great location, nice and quiet place, not too big and all the personele is very friendly … CHARMING ! Clean confortable room, good bed, we were incredibly helped by Aspa, she could give recomendations, directions and even concrete help when we lost a wallet in the public transportation. We are so thankfull for the service at Charm hotel. Surely we will return🙏🏽♥️

This was fine for a one night stay. But the AC was pretty dirty and the overall layout of the room was inconvenient. The bed offered no blanket, just a sheet.

We booked the Charm Hotel for 3 nights. The superior double room was clean and nice furnished. The breakfast was delicious. The staff (Katerina and Antonis) very friendly. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

This hotel is wonderful Hotel is in the center of the city, but at the same time you can enjoy in silent nights. The room is huge and clean. Breakfast is great, every day something new is on the table. The stuff is very polite and helpfull, with a lot of information about the island and excurion. I reccommend this hotel to everyone at anytime, is the best for couples.

Best value, perfect location
It is a small family run hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy. Location is perfect just a few minutes from the promenade. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only bad thing I noticed was the shower head was a bit detached from the wall in the shower, but that didnt affect the use. Breakfast was continental, last day we had pancakes which was also nice. Overall very good price/value.

The structure is acceptable if we can say so for a short vacation. The room is decent... (certainly the photographer did a great job), making it appear much brighter and more comfortable. In real life everything is very different. The walls are not finished but totally raw, there is no wardrobe but a bar (max 1 meter ... you can see in the photo) hanging on the wall to hang clothes on a single shelf in the room. The bathroom (as in the photo) tiny ... too much. From the score given I would have expected a slightly more refined environment in the details ....

If you are planning on holidays in Crete, Charm hotel is a must to stay in! Run by wonderful couple who are extremely hands on and helpful, hotel is located few minutes walk from the beach. Daily in-house, organic breakfasts are just perfect to start a day! Rooms are kept just in immaculate shape! The whole experience was just fantastic and we surely couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere next time visiting Crete! Thank you Antonis and Katerina!
