I had my family holiday a few days ago in Hersonissos , Crete at Nancy Hotel. Our experience in here was really disappointing. The staff was not interested to inform us that the hotel has a back garden to sit and relax and they did not offered much information in general. The food was very poor and tasteless poor quality breakfast, few slices of ham and cheese, for 7 days same breakfast, coffee was disgusting. The hotel has 3 stars apparently but honestly judging by our experience I will give it 1 star. Accommodation condition left much to be desired, small rooms, small shower rooms, bad frame and mattress in bad shape.I want to mention that the cleaning staff was nice and friendly. The hotel does not have sea front I have to walk approx 50 m to reach the beach. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor and low quality breakfast, disgusting coffee, 7 days in a row the same breakfast without diversity, poor information given by staff about the hotel facilities. Yellow bed linen as shown in the picture. Bed frame and mattress old and not in good shape, shower curtain to short so water was splashing the floor all over, I must say the cleaning staff was friendly and nice person. I read reviews from a few years ago in which the same issues are mentioned but it seems that no action has been taken in this regard. I advice people to read the reviews before booking rooms at this hotel honestly will prevent them of further inconveniences. I do not recomend.

hotel located in an excellent area, a stone's throw from the sea, all around restaurants and bars. just walk 10 minutes and you will reach the nightlife with clubs and pubs. the rooms are always kept very clean by the staff who take care of every aspect of cleaning especially in the bathroom. daily linen change, at the reception they are very kind and extremely available. possibility of making many excursions and tours of the island. passed with full marks for this new summer season 2022 !!

Ok, so the hotel is not for fancy people. The only good thing is the staff, they are kind, always ask you how are you doing and so on....
It's ok like for location, it is in down town of Hersonissos, from here you can go anywhere. The AC in the room is for free, it works only with the balcony door closed and the key in the wall "thing".
Don't pay extra for breakfest, it is a joke(see other people reviews, it the same also in 2022). It's worth going outside and eat.
Also in the area are a lot of PUB's where late in the night people party and it's like they are with u in the room(you can hear everything)
Overall, if you don't want to spend a lot of money for hotels, and NOISE from the streets and inside the hotel, doesn't bother you and you want to save money for town, then this is the "right" place to be.

I am NOW IN Hersonissos, and this Dirty Hotel, dont give us a room because They said, tui Made a Mistake. Ok…. But they say Not My Problem. Now we Are Here, With a Booking, But no room. The Manager dont care, the worker dont care, i sit in Front oft the f…. Greko Hotel and have no room in hersonissos, because im Turkish. They SAY ONLY, sorry tui make mistake you Cant get room, you Must Pay again if you want Sleep here. Very discriminatin Sikim vahrenwalderstr Problem.

The hotel is near the beach(50 m).
you have to pay for A/C 5€ for day

They change towel every two days.
The only good part of this hotel is the location, near the hotel there is a free parking.

The best location in hersonissos. In the center. Clean and has air condition. The staff are great- especially Dimitri ! The hotel doesn't have a pool... i didnt mind it because the beach is so close. And its affordable.

The hotel is very close to the beach, no more than 100 paces. The receptionists are very friendly. The hotel is on top of all the night life and restaurants as well as the main road where there are even more shops. However, the hotel does need a need a bit of improvement around some areas including our room, 213. They could also do with some, "Do not disturb tags for the rooms". The bed base needs replacing as it is rather frayed. The kitchen could do with a toaster and maybe the owners could widen the breakfast range. A few round the edges improvements would maybe give them an extra star.
