The location is excellent—right in the city center and close to the sea. The hotel is very clean and cozy, and it far exceeded what you’d expect for the price. We arrived around 9–10 a.m., and the owner let us check in right away—really grateful for that. Perfect for travelers on a budget!!

We called the hotel a day before to confirm we could come after our 4:30 AM ferry. The woman on the phone told us we didn’t need a reservation and could “just come.”
When we arrived, no one was at reception. We called, and a man answered who was extremely rude and insisted “no one would tell you that,” essentially accusing us of lying.
I understand reservations are standard, but we were explicitly told otherwise. We simply followed their instructions. Would not recommend based on how we were treated.

We could only stay for one night before our flight home, but we will definitely be returning to this hotel! The staff were very kind and even checked in when we were past our stated arrival time and helped us locate the nearest airport bus stop for our early morning departure. The room was simple but very clean, just what we needed. We look forward to staying at Lena in the future and hope that we can enjoy the breakfast on our next trip!

Great hotel, good location close to harbour. Rooms were very clean. Decent size rooms and friendly staff. We had a late flight so greatly appreciated the ability to check out and leave luggage in storage. Internet was intermittent.

The best option if you wish to spend a few days in the center of Heraklion. Next to many restaurants, cafés and the sea side. Many payed parking options around. Value for money.

A very good choice , at the center of the city,to stay for few days as you pass from the city of Herakleion, Quiet, as it is at a narrow quiet road. Clean, so.value for money

For the price and location it’s great! The rooms are simple, bathroom is small, but it’s all clean and the bed is comfortable, the room has AC, clean towels, and the staff is very nice. We did the self check-in late at night and it also worked great. Only the WiFi has been a little unstable. Would recommend as a budget friendly option :)

The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is minutes away from the harbor and from the center where all the shops and restaurants are. Yanis was very courteous and helpful with answering questions. Check- in after hours is very easy and facilitated by hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION!!!
I made a reservation and they said they couldn't take money from my card. And they canceled my reservation two days before my arrival. However, when I called the bank, bank said that the problem was caused by the hotel. They made up an excuse regarding payment and cancel the room and sell it at a higher price :) Now that the time is approaching, I need to find another hotel with a higher price. You better not trust this hotel because they can easily cancel your reservation. Because they don't have any ethics and they easily put you in a difficult situation.
