Great spot! Just a short, easy walk into the city center. Room was wonderful & parking was very convenient. When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you!

This place was amazing. Super clean. Comfy bed and couch. Well-equipped kitchen. Even a very friendly user printer! But above all, extensive parking in the center of Heraklion (that is a rarity!). They really thought of everything a guest could need. Highly recommended.

The room was decorated stylish but lacked some basic features in the room (no night stands by the bed to hold basic, no night light when lights out it’s pitch black, lighting was dull, and the tv table had to be moved around to watch tv in bed). These things are what caused the three ratings. Otherwise it was a nice place to lay down for the night.

The room and hotel were beautiful. The area entering was very littered and seemed like a dangerous section of town. This was my second time staying here, simply because I loved it so much the first time! The rooms are stylish, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Heraklion, close to everything. It’s amazing value for money, and the host is always welcoming and attentive. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Candia Studios is a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The studios are spacious, spotless, and come with large balconies where you can truly unwind. Having parking available is a big plus, and the overall value for money is excellent. A comfortable and peaceful stay that I would definitely recommend.

Very clean but a bit far from the centre

This was essentially a studio. We knew that when we booked as we need a short overnight stay. So for my family of 4 (2 teens) it worked. The only was issue was parking for my car rental. The streets were super narrow here and parking was difficult to find nearby.

The photos online have nothing to do with reality. An old restored building which is just ok. The rooms are small, nothing like the photos. Very very poor breakfast. There isn’t even a proper breakfast room. There is a wooden prefabricated kind of a room which is used as a breakfast room. A great little hotel, clean and spacious. Good breakfast and very polite hosts! Just note that parking is very tight and difficult to find in the neighbourhood, especially if you are not Greek and are not used to the way it's done here in such areas.

Small gem well located! Great hotel, cute maisonette, amazing location surrounded by so many fabulous restaurants, shops and even the harbour is close (10 min walk max). The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk for supplies. The room is also very good, with its own parking lot (it will be closed, so be careful). Check-in is very simple, all with a password.

The hotel itself is in a good environment, but the surroundings are a bit messy. It is a bit far from the old town, but it is convenient to walk there. The room facilities are good, but the bathroom is too small, especially the shower room, which is really inconvenient.

Facilities are at their bare minimum, not bad but not very outstanding.

Very good location with many nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped although it is a little but dated looking. There was quite a bit of road noise that made it difficult to sleep but at least it stopped in the middle of the night.

Lovely restored period building in a quiet side street but just a few minutes away from the busting touristic centre of Heraklion old town. Parking is not so near, especially for anyone with mobility problems and the hotel does not offer any catering, not even breakfast, so you need to go out to "start your day".

Very nice small hotel with newly renovated rooms in a very quite and secure area. Sweet and service minded personnel, working hard to make your holidays at the best! No pool, but just a short walk to a large and beautiful beach with beach bar. We loved this hotel.

We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful....
