Kydon the Heart City Hotel in Chania Town

Its strong point is the location and the service from the staff, cleaning every day.. For my vacation it was the best choice since it is located in the city center, the staff had information about all the sights, the beaches.. well done to all of them..

We were staying four nights at this hotel. We had a great time. The view from our big balcony was amazing. Near to everything in old town. Breakfast was amazing. Good quality food and fresh. People were all friendly and polite, full of professionalism.
Kiki of the front desk was so helpful of everything. She helped us to book our two amazing trips in Balos and Elafonisi. She recommended to us great restaurant to have dinner at nights. The room was clean and the service was excellent in all areas.
We will come back again and definitely we recommend this hotel to people to enjoy this beautiful hotel in the heart of the city.

View from upper floor of the old city is stunning. Located just 5min walk from the old port which offers many restaurants and tourists shops.
Very nice breakfast with many options. Valet parking is a big plus.

Rena is an amazing bartender. She is amazing at everything she does. I really appreciate her welcoming attitude. I have never been more welcomed at any other location. Being an outsider I really appreciate being involved in her day to day. I highly recommend that if you are coming to Crete that you look her up. Another amazing worker is Katerina. She was great to interact with. Her upbeat attitude was amazing. I really appreciate all of the staff at Kydon. I appreciate everything they do. Highly recommended. The staff is amazing.

Entire staff provided service with a smile which made our stay extra special.
Rooms were well furnished with a PS5 game console in our suite.
Breakfast was awesome.
Located near restaurants and market.

We had a fantastic time at Kydon Hotel! It’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far. The location is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
I would especially like to mention Rena from the bar on the first floor — she truly made our stay unforgettable!
Also, a big thank you to Elena, Anna, and Ioanna, who made sure every morning at breakfast was perfect and that we had everything we needed.

The food and service are the best! Especially Rena, who works the bar. She makes the best drinks, always has a beautiful smile to greet everyone with, and willing to be helpful to those of us not from Crete.
