Cleaning: Floors, toilet, shower, making of beds: +5. For cleaning of glass, cups and plates: -3. Looks like they don't use dishwashing soap..

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.
