This is my 4th visit to Creta Palace, my husband went many times, throughout his teens and early adulthood. We have two children, at the time of travel were 5 and 8. We have visited Creta Palace in 2022, 2023 and 2025

Its not the hotel's fault - people just need to be mindful of others and just take what they need! Beach is amazing and I spent more time there this holiday. It was perfect and had the same level of bar service etc

There are members of staff who have been at Creta Palace since my husband was a teenager (he's now 42!!) so you really get the family feel, they take so much pride in their work and it comes across

The salad choices are immense - so good that you can have this as a main meal if you wish - I certainly did! For Lunch, the Brasserie and Beach bar are brilliant

The staff are so busy but they are highly trained and the service cannot be faulted. Room wise - we have been a few times now so we know what suits us and booked the Ground Floor Deluxe Bungalow

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the reception team, who were always ready to assist with a smile

We stayed for a week here recently and had a great time, great location with just short walk into town. Staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. We had bed and breakfast only but this was more than enough

Spent 10days here as a return visit. Is a lovely hotel with everything you need and in a perfect position just a few minuted from the beach. We will almost certainly return. Staff are helpfull and friendly

Pool area and bars is as you would like it

The cleaning ladies come quite often, but if you keep things tidy, sometimes they don't even have to do anything

The hotel staff is nice, the food is delicious, the pool is a bit shallow but suitable for swimming, the hotel's location is excellent, there are many places around the hotel where we can eat various delicious meals, there's also a supermarket nearby, and the beach is practically right under the hotel

They say this hotel is only 3 stars. Staff was super nice and friendly, food was great, reallyclose to the beach and many interesting places to visit by foot. I wish i could live there, can't wait to visit again

Good place, the sea is near, tasty food, enough clean

So, while the hotel facilities are probably worth 3 stars, rather than 4, the location makes up for a lot. If you are looking for a great location, and don’t expect too much luxury, I would recommend this hotel

And the food is where this hotel is really lacking. Over cooked, and if you have food allergies, it's a no-no

very nice hotel, in front of a very beautiful beach! the room was clean , the price was good , the restaurant very good, the pool was clean everyhting perfect but the beach in front of the hotel was amazing! Long and sany with many things to do

1 minute to the main town but still peaceful tucked away down a quiet street. 30 seconds to a lovely sandy beach with one of the best sunsets I have seen. The hotel is simple, clean, nice home cooked food

Not a massive selection of food but the food they do is extremely tasty. A peaceful and quiet relaxing hotel rather than young and lively. Really friendly staff especially George on the bar and ireene in the restaurant

Dear Polyvios, thank you again for our wonderful place to stay while being on Crete. I have to point out that I loved the very clean rooms with clean towels every day, that was very comfy

Well what a hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Organised most things for us. Rooms lovely and clean.Fantastic location.Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Also the food was very good and I liked that it was so native. It was near to the beach and also near to the main road with shopping and bars, but very silent for a good sleep

We highly recommend Rethymno Village to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable hotel in Crete!

The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves were quite pleasant and well-maintained, the buffet offerings were unfortunately below our expectations

Stayed for a week, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean and fleshed every day. The hair dryer didn’t work in the room but reception helped with any issues

We also found the path to the beach to be unclear and somewhat difficult to navigate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the kindness of the staff made for a generally positive experience

It’s not 5* but doesn’t claim to be and was actually better than we expected. It’s recently been renovated so a lot of photos on here are out of date and it’s more modern now

We hope future guests will find the directions to the beach more straightforward

The Adele Beach Hotel is centrally located near to the main high road with numerous bars, ATM's, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and activity venues along with a pharmacy, hire car centres and a medical centre

Strongly recommend you go fully inclusive with breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner which are served throughout the day and evening at sets times so you'll never go hungry or thirsty

The Adele Beach Hotel is ideally located with a 25 minutes bus (number 20) journey/ride away from the nearest historic town of Rethimno which literally has something to offer everyone but just remember to purchase bus tickets in advance from all local stores and shops at 2 euro per trip

From the moment we arrived - staff were truly professional, smartly dressed, approachable, friendly, informative, accommodating, ready to assist and help to exceed all levels of customer service to ensure every single guests stay expectation were met

would we stay at the Adele Beach Hotel again in the future. 100% yes! If you're toying with the idea to visit Crete in 2026 then seriously consider reviewing their website and book your accommodation asap

The hotel is set back and away from the main road so there are no noise or pollution issues. As for the Adele Beach Hotel itself. WOW! The hotel is shown as 4 star and they certainly deserve that rating

The beach is excellent with included sunbeds, which are all new and very comfortable, adding to the aesthetic appeal. The food also deserves praise – there is something for everyone, and everything is fresh and delicious

I had the best time here! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super clean, and the food is so tasty. The pool is big and perfect for relaxing I spent so much time just chilling there

Absolutely amazing)) Our Favorite Place Ever! We’ve been coming to this hotel for the third year in a row, and every single time it completely exceeds our expectations! Everything here is just perfect – from the incredibly delicious food to the warm and professional service

Bed is also really hard, but that was not a big problem for us. Really hard working and always smiling. Food was good! I only disliked omelet, it had weird consistency 🤣 but everything else was super good and tasty

The strongest point was the meals, they were very varied and delicious. As for the location, it is also a strong point

The attractions in the hotel were varied, the layout of the relaxation area, the bar and the pool are also great

Good point was the staff are friendly and helpfull. We stayed for 7 nights only had hot water twice. Shower was waist hight, so difficult to use and dirty. We went all inclusive, my goodness, did it get boring

Same food over and over again. Had the same pudding lunch and dinner for 7 days! Very limited drinks included

there was a shuttle to the beach and the staff where lovely The only semi issues where that cocktails where not included in the all inclusive (however they where rather cheap)

The hotel is lovely, yes it does get busy with families in school holidays but that can be said of many places, the staff are all fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for their guests

We love them all and in all of our travels we have never found anywhere quite so comfortable and that makes us feel like we are at home while we are away. We will see you all next year

We stayed 4th to 14th September 2025 and as always our stay was fantastic

ARB is a great family beach featuring a lot of great amenities. It has a sweet children’s club. From 1-3 there is a small daily fee, then from 4 and up, it is free

A little bit late writing my review but better late than never

We’ve been coming for a few years now, previously stayed at the Porto in Rethymnon, but Mr Damanakis is an exceptional general manager and his attention to detail and customer care is reflected by his entire staff so when he moved to this hotel so did we

We had a good time here, there was a few issues with room but the receptionist sorted it out. Good food and drinks if ordered at the bar or pool bar was served in proper glasses which is nice for an all inclusive hotel

The food was delicious, with lots of variety and rich local flavors – special greetings to Chef Fotis for the incredible meals. Everyone working here makes the experience even more enjoyable

Beach is not the best but right next to the hotel which is nice. 30 minutes on the bus to the closest town, but there is plenty of restaurants and shops around

Main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner has insufficient capacity. Food is not seasoned enough and boring. Even on Greek standards, this is not 4 stars Hotel. Face better accommodation in 3+ stars hotel in Greece

Room service is without any complaints Pool bar is fine but should open at 10, opens at 11. Also closing at 17:30 instead at 18 as is in papers. You be lucky to get 4 drinks within 3 hours

We loved the crazy birds, specially between 9 to midnight…they are adorable to watch. The hotel is on the Main Street here so you will hear the traffic plus buffet service starts early so it got a bit noisy starting 7am

I have to mention especially the young team led by restaurant manager Alexandros and Soula who lead them with friendliness kindness and humour. We loved staying there and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

I cannot praise the hotel enough but what makes it so special is the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff from front desk restaurant staff and room attendants

We were so happy to stay at Carmel Greco hotel resort for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived on the campus, we were greeted by several smiling faces and an excellent service staff

We stayed at Caramel last week and can only praise the hotel. The accommodation was fantastic. We stayed in a bungalow with private pool

The hotel accommodation is arranged in separate buildings surrounding an amazing central pool and has a relaxed village feeling

we had both breakfast and dinner included and so glad we did. Alex, the Service Manager in the restaurant greeted us warmly at every meal and had a way of making everyone feel special

But services very good, meals delicious, plenty of fruits, vegies, great pool and pool bar and absolutely pure water in the sea

Perfect hotel. The food is so nice and full fill my expectations for this level. Luxurious feeling. The beach is nice with some rocks.

There is a restaurant called a'la carte but you need to pay for drinks. Even for water, but like in the restaurant supper took us around 2. So you need to think if you want

The meals were delicious, but the time was horrible. Also in the luggage store room you need to pay 2 euro for lockers every time you want to open it

We have little bit trouble with the air conditioning. The staff was perfect, mainly men in the bar. They were very nice and did great drinks

Food is very different, so everyone can get something to eat, but every day breakfast is the same, some different meals at lunch and some days supper was with fishes. At pool after 11 o clock you need to pay for a drinks

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of local flavors. What really makes Dias Hotel stand out is the attention to detail and the personal care the team shows to every guest

I had a short stay with my wife for 3 nights at this new renovated hotel and I have enjoyed it very much. Relaxing and quiet new pool area, friendly staff and tasteful dishes during the day

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dias Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their warm smiles and authentic Cretan hospitality

You can truly feel that this hotel is run with passion and love. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!

Excellent location and very helpful staff!

Downloaded Hotel app before we left Canada but unable to book restaurants 7 days in advance of arrival. Also the buffet food was underwhelming at times. Also allowing smoking was annoying

Trip to Agreco farm was wonderful and so was the food. Staff were fantastic at the resort. Didn’t like the restaurant booking system

The white was just an out of this world experience for all the senses, the Asian restaurant had incredibly fresh food and was so delicious and the lobsteria with its set menu was also such an amazing experience with great food right next to the ocean

This was such an incredible resort. The staff is absolutely impeccable and their beachside/poolside service was amazing. The buffet was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d go back over and over.

Food was epic and the service around the pool really great. Just make sure to download the group app and book your restaurants as soon as you are confirmed. Got upgraded to a swim up room too so that was pretty special

We had a lovely week at this hotel. Some excellent dining options, our highlights were the Asian restaurant and Agreco farm dinner. Hotel staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any enquires

We found the food at both breakfast and dinner excellent, even better than last year. A good variety of dishes that were well prepared and tasty. The staff are friendly, welcoming and a credit to the hotel

Our balcony door was really hard to close properly, the shower head holder was broken (they fixed that really quickly) and our room had started to show some wear, but all in all it was a pleasant st

This was our second visit to this lovely hotel. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach, with an approximate 30-40 minute flat walk to the old town of Rethymnon

Lovely experience from the hotel. clean bedrooms- with towels and daily cleaning to high standards Perfect beachside location, the private beach is delivery to a bed for drinks and snacks

Alternatively you can use the local bus or taxis available from outside the hotel. The hotel is kept clean and tidy. The rooms and beds are comfortable and we slept really well

The sunbeds on the beach are free, however we found that more sunbeds had been added since last year and now too close together. We decided to walk 2 minutes down the beach and pay 7 Euros for more space and comfort

The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private

It would be nice if they would change it up with different options. Also, Maybe try covering up the fruits because there was nats flying around and landing on the fruit which was gross

There was no cover so it would spend all day heating up to about 36 degrees which was ok, wish it was warmer! Otherwise it was a great stay, I would just book a different room

Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was super nice as well as the beach and the breakfast was good

My only complain is we had a jacuzzi in the room but it never really got hot enough to enjoy every day
