Summer Dream was literally that! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hotel staff are friendly. Food is delicious and I can't wait to come again! The hotel is also 5 minutes from the beach. The only thing that I can comply is on the loud street noice that comes from the outside, late at night and on earling morning hours.

We stayed here for two nights. The location in the old town is great, everything is near. The room was clean, with everything you need, even the iron. Wifi was great. One notice to people with car, you can park for free about 5-10 minutes from a hotel, there is parking space by the street right below the fortress. Also, there are paid parkings nearby.

We have stayed at the Trefon many times and are always welcomed like old friends. The hotel is very well managed, very well maintained and very clean. There seems to be a real team spirit amongst the staff, who are all great and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. A modern hotel with a gym, pool and spa. Friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. A very good breakfast is included in the room rate. Rooms are clean and spacious and have balconies. For me the only drawback was that although it is not far outside the town centre, it’s a steep walk along a road that does not have clearly defined pavements (sidewalks). For those of us with mobility issues...

The staff is great, very welcoming and friendly. Michael gave us the information we needed to enjoy our visit to Rethymno. The Hotel provides great recommendations, very clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Parking on the street can be difficult but the location and this hotel is worth the effort. I highly recommend the Menta City Boutique Hotel.

Menta City Hotel is a 5 Star property in my book! The lobby, pool area and breakfast area are all beautifully decorated. Rooms are exceptional. Complimentary breakfast is delicious!

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. Not because the hotel was very tastefully put together and the amenities were ideal, but because the staff here put so much effort into us enjoying our stay. Rooms, facilities and everything were very good standard but the people there genuinely made this one of the nicest stays. Can't recommend highly enough
