Great spot if you plan on taking a ferry to santorini, its a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was nice here. Only downside was paper thin walls on the first floor, youll be able to hear your neighbors if they are loud!

The hotel I booked included two meals, the taste was great, very satisfied. The fee for one more child is 48 euros. It is reasonable according to its facilities, I hope to have the opportunity to go there again next time

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus station, we could use the beach in front, and our room was spacious and open, so we were able to relax

We went middle’s march and even in the off season it was amazing! The hotel right in front of a beautiful beach with turtles protection, comfortable rooms with AC and no noise at all, an amazing food service in the restaurant, with friendly, attentive staff and our cat friend Manoli!

My stay at Grecotel Plaza Beach House was outstanding. The staff was extremely welcoming, and looked after me during all my stay. Maria and Vassiliki that offered hospitality at the first place

If you want a quiet place, choose this. At the other end of a long sandy beach. Good breakfast and dinner, a little more I would have liked different meat options. The rooms were clean and the service was good.

we stayed at the sister hotel omiros boutique but i went to melody spa at odyssia beach for a back and neck massage with tanya - it was absolutely amazing and helped my sore back so much! definitely returning before our holiday is done, such a good experience and so handy in location right beside the hotel, beach, bar, shops etc🩵☀️

For 2 weeks only a couple of times there were mussels and once shrimp for dinner. Breakfasts all 14 days were the same. -There is no kettle/coffee maker in the rooms, and tea/coffee is not offered at dinner either

-Cleaning the room depended on the woman who cleaned. -beds, umbrellas and towels on the beach all for a fee, although this was not warned. And we had a full package bought

Although we were not guests of the hotel, Panos welcomed us with such kindness and hospitality. By ordering drinks, we were allowed to use the wonderful sunbeds on the beach

We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room was not available, so we were upgraded to a suite for one night — a pleasant surprise. The next day, we moved into the room we had originally booked

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent, comfy beds, great staff and it's on the sea! The beach nearby is pebbly and it's a 25 minute walk to the old town - not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the hotel itself more than makes up for that!

The location is a bit far from Old town Rethymno a 30 minute walk but the local bus, walk or taxi will get you there fast. The upside is you are on the beach and have loungers and a semi private beach at your disposal

However, breakfast was included so no probs there. Enjoyed the varied buffet breakfast. Pool is small and on the roadside so noisy at times. Small beach area for the hotel but we had a lovely patio outside the room

We are just back from a week’s stay. The decor is modern and stylish, especially the bar, pool and restaurant area which is at the top of the hotel with views over the beach. The rooms are very nice and spacious

The service is really slow, you can wait up to an hour for your food but just order then go back to your sunbed ! They will bring it to you on your sunbed if you want

The Adele Beach Hotel is ideally located with a 25 minutes bus (number 20) journey/ride away from the nearest historic town of Rethimno which literally has something to offer everyone but just remember to purchase bus tickets in advance from all local stores and shops at 2 euro per trip

The Adele Beach Hotel is centrally located near to the main high road with numerous bars, ATM's, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and activity venues along with a pharmacy, hire car centres and a medical centre

would we stay at the Adele Beach Hotel again in the future. 100% yes! If you're toying with the idea to visit Crete in 2026 then seriously consider reviewing their website and book your accommodation asap

The hotel is set back and away from the main road so there are no noise or pollution issues. As for the Adele Beach Hotel itself. WOW! The hotel is shown as 4 star and they certainly deserve that rating

From the moment we arrived - staff were truly professional, smartly dressed, approachable, friendly, informative, accommodating, ready to assist and help to exceed all levels of customer service to ensure every single guests stay expectation were met

During our stay in Oct there was no evening entertainment at the hotel but there is an idyllic evening bar where guests played board games and playing cards to be utilised at your leisure

The room was cleaned excellently every day, and the bed linen and towels were changed every 4 days. The hotel grounds are small but beautiful and well-maintained, featuring two pools

I had the best time here! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super clean, and the food is so tasty. The pool is big and perfect for relaxing I spent so much time just chilling there

lifeguards there all day to look after weak swimmers. Bring your swimming shoes as sand grit is very hot and not flat. Had a amazing time on holiday and would reccomend Hotel

I was a bit dissapointed to not find any Beach Bags and Slippers in the room, as these are pretty much standard in a 5* Hotel, so when I was asked for feedback on their App, I told them, and the next day Beach Bag and Slippers were delivered along with some extra toiletries

The only thing I would slightly improve is the hair dryer in the bathroom – it heats up quickly and doesn’t work that well, but it’s just a small detail compared to how great everything else was

The food was delicious, with lots of variety and rich local flavors – special greetings to Chef Fotis for the incredible meals. Everyone working here makes the experience even more enjoyable

I am happy and grateful for Dimitris and Dimitra for making me an exception for the coctail without alcohol. The other personnel shift could not make the drink without one ingridient

Children are particularly well looked after by the wide variety of food on offer. The hotel itself and surrounding areas were very clean and well kept

I have to mention especially the young team led by restaurant manager Alexandros and Soula who lead them with friendliness kindness and humour. We loved staying there and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

I cannot praise the hotel enough but what makes it so special is the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff from front desk restaurant staff and room attendants

The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after. They also have a wonderful group fitness instructor who ran aqua fitness, strength and Pilates training

Rethymno is such a lovely old town with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops and €12 in a taxi. Negative is the beach, so hard to access the sea with the slippy rocks and stones but shoes are on offer which helped

The hotel accommodation is arranged in separate buildings surrounding an amazing central pool and has a relaxed village feeling

We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea

We booked a massage in the Spa with the very friendly spa manager Hasmik. I got a really relaxing massage from the masseur Stefanos who was able to give me advice for my back problem

There’s also a water sports kiosk only 20m away, for parasailing, jet skis etc. The hotel has a nice pool (although a bit fresh!) and the week we were there, there was never any trouble in getting loungers

The best thing for us was the split level family room - twin beds and a shower room downstairs (plus balcony), with a king size and bathroom upstairs, both with a sea view

Our balcony door was really hard to close properly, the shower head holder was broken (they fixed that really quickly) and our room had started to show some wear, but all in all it was a pleasant st

We spent a week in the Aegean Pearl, right at the end of the season in October, and had a fantastic week

The sunbeds on the beach are free, however we found that more sunbeds had been added since last year and now too close together. We decided to walk 2 minutes down the beach and pay 7 Euros for more space and comfort

The pool is small, but it is really okay. The problem is that some guests put towels so early and they are not even there to swim! The pool is for everyone who wants to swim, but many can't swim, for example, children

Some complaints about it, and management didn't do anything about it. Maybe they can at least put some rules that no reservations in the pool, no leaving of towels when the person is not there

The pool is really small for the hotel size and the beach is at 7-10 minutes away, walking. Being a Greek beach, is stone-ish and steep, so is important to note that is not an golf with tranquil water

Personnel are very friendly, our room is clean. It has space in between, like two single beds together, and it's moving all the time. My child's bed is just a folding bed. I expected to be at least bed sofa-bed

I have never experienced such a good food offering in a hotel before and could not find a single item that I disliked. I definitely plan on coming back and fully recommend it

Anyway, the food was great, the best delicious food from breakfast to dinner! I hope they can change the pool rules soon. Thanks for our great holiday season!

An excellent hotel with very spacious rooms. The hotel is situated on a hillside with 3 separate lifts. The hotel has a small beach directly in front over the road which is really nice.

Maybe they can work on small bits, especially because they said they're a 4* hotel: water in the rooms (on arrival and maybe during the stay), a bit more breakfast options, more diverse TV channels, coffee machines upgrades

Beds were very comfortable and quite large. Service: staff and management were very nice and attentive. Maybe 2-3 bottles with water in the room on arrival will be nice for a 4* hotel. Pool: spacious enough and clean

They have a kettle and a coffee filter - here, maybe they can upgrade to a more modern coffee machine (like the ones with pods), cutlery and plates. So if you want to cook small dishes, maybe is enough

We enjoyed our Rethymno holiday on Archipelagos Hotel. Location: 10-15 minutes walk from Rethymno Old Town (main area to hang around in Rethymno. Room: quite modern, spacious and cleaned every day

We had a medium fridge, good enough to keep some food to eat in the room and few bottles of water. They even have an electric stove, one frying pan and medium saucepan, but we never used

We slept with the aircon on and the fan which was no problem. We had no problem with getting a sunbed and usually didn’t get to the pool until after 10am

Every part of the pool gets the sun eventually throughout the day. The onsite supermarket is well stocked and there are plenty of supermarkets on the seafront. Breakfast is €14 and plenty to choose from

I find it hard to rate this hotel, because it is a bit of a mixed bag. The location is PERFECT, 50 m from the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are outdated, but mostly clean

The hotel staff is nice, the food is delicious, the pool is a bit shallow but suitable for swimming, the hotel's location is excellent, there are many places around the hotel where we can eat various delicious meals, there's also a supermarket nearby, and the beach is practically right under the hotel

They say this hotel is only 3 stars. Staff was super nice and friendly, food was great, reallyclose to the beach and many interesting places to visit by foot. I wish i could live there, can't wait to visit again

Sometimes we could hear the neighbours do the horizontal tango, but hey, that's what a holiday is for. The all-inclusive buffets vary from day to day and are excellent, except for the wines, die smaken wat wrang

But I strongly suggest booking a room with a pool view, where you can enjoy an evening or two on the balcony. We had different menus every day and the choice was just perfect, not too much and not too little

If you need anything special there is a small shop on the territory of the hotel or you can go into the town 10 mins, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including Lidl

The breakfasts were amazing and we felt thoroughly spoilt! The pool although small was so refreshing in the heat of the day, and the courtyard a lovely place to relax amongst the pretty flowers and plants

The hotel is very clean and in the center of Rethymno. You gonna go Everywhere by foot. All the staff was very helpful and polite. Make sure you check out the hotel restaurant as well!!

Excellent location in the Old Town. Came in the winter so it was too cold to sit out in the courtyard, but it looked cozy.

The main beach was a 20 minute walk. It was a huge beach with plenty of sunbeds and beach bars. There was another small beach about a 10 minute walk from the hotel

It didn't have sunbeds but was lovely to walk too and we took towels down to lay on. The hotel was situated in the centre of the old town which was amazing

The pool area was small but you could always get a sunbed. Half of the pool area had shade which suited some guest but we always manage to find a sunny spot. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choice for everyone

We had been booked into a standard room with EasyJet which would have been at the front of the hotel without a balcony. The staff were really friendly and helpful at the front desk if you needed them

2 minutes walk to amazing restaurants down little cobbled streets Also a 5 minute walk to the harbour with wonderful restaurants. There was so many restaurants you would need to stay for a year to visit them all

AC worked fine and wasn't too loud. Had a good night's sleep all week. Didn't have the strength to stream anything but enough to check and social media and so on. We spent our days at the beach

There is a table and chairs where it is pleasant to eat breakfast or you can go up to the roof and dine there in the sun. There is also a folding contraption that you can use to dry your towels or clothes

Evi was so helpful with places to visit and spent ages telling us about beaches and restaurants to visit. We had an amazing time , The hotel is so central and vang in the middle of town , near so many bars and shops.

No lifts because it’s a renovated historic building so charming & , it has only 2 levels so it was ok & she offers to help carry bags up too. Wonderful bed, king size so comfy nice & quite too

The best stay! Used to 4/5-star accommodations and was a little nervous the rooms wouldn’t be on that level, but the whole stay felt like a sweet local old town experience

The shower, toilet and sink are all in separate areas. The shower is large and very good. It is totally enclosed so there is no risk of water getting on the floor of the room

I had a superior double room, basically a 44m2 apartment and it was very nice, looked great, modern with everything you need even a washing machine. Touch panels to control lights and AC, very nice bathroom

Big ground balcony with banana palms and a view of the pool. The snack bar by the pool offers a great variety of food & drinks, more than any other pool/snack bar i have seen

Very good food, the chef knows what he's doing. 00, with 20% on drinks and food. Breakfast was good, fresh and varied. Its a 5-10 min buss/car ride to Rethymno city

I have been travelling on and off for 25 years and i have to say this hotel is excellent, by far one of the best in Crete

Clean hotel with a nice pool, alot of sun hours at the sunbeds. Rooms are nice but nothing special. Parking and driving to city center is easy. Cabs to city center only 7 euro (one-way)

Great hotel with its own parking. There is a swimming pool and a great view of the city and the sea. Awesome diverse breakfast buffet. There is a game room, that we use to play chess and a gym (we didn't use it)

For the return trip we used a taxi for 6 Euro because it was 35-40 °C when we visited. The hotel is quiet, because located at the edge of town near a forest. We loved Forest Park and can recommend it

It was a great experience to stay here, the hotel is located on a beautiful hill with a lovely view, surrounded by forest. Within 10 minutes you are downtown in Rethymnon

Great Hotel with nice view on Rethymno/sea side. Has a fitness center for free and a free parking area. Everything was clean and the personnel was friendly

Pool and beach area very nicely done, comfortable sun loungers. Few local taverns that were good if you don’t fancy the walk into town. We needed a relaxing break and everything was very easygoing

When you go out of the apartments, turn left and you are two minutes walk from the beach, turn right and you are two minutes walk to get to the supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, taxi rank, car hire, bus stop, cash points etc

We had a wonderful stay at the Pinelopi Hotel in Platanes, Crete. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Pinelopi and her friendly family-run team, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home

We really appreciated the calm location close to both the beach and amenities without any noise disturbances. Top marks for location, friendliness and value for money - we are already planning our next visit

The location is perfect, the beach and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants were just a short walk away, along with convenient access to buses for exploring nearby towns like Rethymno and Chania

The family run Hotel Pinelopi was immaculately clean and the pool area well kept and gorgeous. Location was brilliant: no noise at all but very close to town, beach and buses to get around

Receptionist Panagiota was a treasure, and even WhatsApped us suggestions of great restaurants and sights to visit

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Greece. Very beautiful design of the room, clean, and with a bathtub. Friendly hotel receptionist. I will definitely stay here again if I visit rethymnon.

Large common areas were perfect for working. You have to walk to the sea, the historic center, or the bus station, but it's all within walking distance. There's a great supermarket across the street

There was a kettle, hot water, comfortable beds, and excellent value for money. A photo from the bed was on the TV. There's a school across the street, and kids play and make noise during the day

The hotel is centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from both the historic center and the beach, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area

I was able to book a room for one night very quickly , the staff was super friendly and willing to help with everything we needed. Considering the price , it was very good for its value

A kind staff with and amazing breakfast. The rooms are fine, nothing special about it. The hotel is close to the old town, so there's no need to rely on cars. However, beaches are a bit far

Location is perfect, almost in the center of old town ( we' ve got the map of the city and instructions where we need to go to launch, rent a car, buy a souvenirs and many other things ) , near the port of Venice and city fortress, beach is also near, around 500 - 600 hundred meters

Service is great, everyday we had a room cleaning ( also dishes washed ) , new towels, and refuel of soap and shampoo

Most important thing is that we have great relationship with the owners, 'cause they are amazing people, very kind, pleasant and proffessional, and always be there for anything that we need

Loved this place!! Wanted to stay longer. The service was amazing and our host was TOO kind. He carried out suitcases, got us a cab, gave plenty of directions and recommendations

Rented 2 rooms for my family in May. Great little family run hotel in excellent location! Rooms were super clean with good air conditioning. Would stay here again.

We had a good experience during our stay. Comfortable beds, small and cozy balcony with a view to the streets. Well functioning AC which saved us from the heat outside during night time

There is street parking along the seafront but it's unlikely you'll get something less than 5 or 10 mins walk away. I parked in the pay parking which was around eighteen euros overnight

Perfect location to wander around the old town and also along the new harbour to the bars. The room was perfect for a 1 night stay. Good shower, kettle and fridge. 2 small complimentary bottles of water too.

Super clean and as good as new. Good washing and shower facilities. Air conditioning works very well. There could be a set of cutlery and a plate and a large bottle of water instead of two mini bottles

Great overnight stop Lovely room booked for an overnight stay in town. Excellent location but worth noting that suite with terrace didn't have a sea view as described, it had no view at all

Confusing part was getting the key, which you get from an alternate Ink location. This was not notified in the reservation detail and I only found out because one of the guests told me

Hotel is in the heart of Chania tourist area. Small room but it had a small bed higher up, accessible by a small ladder. Finding the place was tricky as few Ink's in the area

Fantastic hotel in the old city. Walk to minute and you are in the city. Hotel staff was there for you. Beautiful renovation, all you needed was in the room. Did not have a sea view but still a great room

One notice to people with car, you can park for free about 5-10 minutes from a hotel, there is parking space by the street right below the fortress. Also, there are paid parkings nearby

A very reasonably price establishment but excellent value for money in a superb central location. A small room but totally functional. Everything you need for a 1 night a short stay
