We loved our first holiday abroad with our two boys. The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpful and the food delicious!! Such a big range on offer and didn't feel too busy. The beach was very close to the hotel and pools were nice. So convenient having towels and sun loungers in good supply! My boys particularly loved the kids club, the staff really went the extra mile. We stayed for a week here recently and had a great time, great location with just short walk into town. Staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. We had bed and breakfast only but this was more than enough. Plenty to choose from. Would stay here again

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return.

Great spot if you plan on taking a ferry to santorini, its a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was nice here. Only downside was paper thin walls on the first floor, youll be able to hear your neighbors if they are loud!

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus station, we could use the beach in front, and our room was spacious and open, so we were able to relax. There was a pool inside the hotel, so we went for a swim to relax instead of getting a massage.

We enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are vegan and could always find healthy options. The staff are very professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the private beach.

The hotel could use a bit of renovation, but its location—and above all, the kind and attentive staff—more than make up for any shortcomings. This is already my fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, everything has been perfect. Hotel staff are friendly. Food is delicious and I can't wait to come again! The hotel is also 5 minutes from the beach. The only thing that I can comply is on the loud street noice that comes from the outside, late at night and on earling morning hours.

It is difficult to express my thoughts on this hotel. I will start with the positives. A good location . Friendly and helpful staff . Rooms were outdated , but clean , no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms , no iron in the room . And the food is where this hotel is really lacking . Room temperature at best. Over cooked, and if you have food allergies, it's a no-no .

The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.

It has a parking nearby so it's also not an issue if you come with a car and plan to do some road trips. Fantastic location, quiet & gorgeous room & beautiful building so full of character & charm. Evie Thankyou for all your helpful advice & hospitality. Lots of shops for breakfast, lunch & dinner. No lifts because it’s a renovated historic building so charming & , it has only 2 levels so it was ok & she offers to help carry bags up too. Wonderful bed, king size so comfy nice & quite too.

The best stay! Used to 4/5-star accommodations and was a little nervous the rooms wouldn’t be on that level, but the whole stay felt like a sweet local old town experience. Sally was wonderful, super kind and so helpful with island info. Loved having our windows open at night and listening to locals. Will be back!

Evi was so helpful with places to visit and spent ages telling us about beaches and restaurants to visit. We had an amazing time , The hotel is so central and vang in the middle of town , near so many bars and shops.

We stayed one night here but would definitely stay longer if we are in Rethymno again. Hotel is located on a quiet street. The room we had is spacious and has a terrace. Evi was AMAZING…. She helped us made transport arrangements and gave us restaurant recommendations.

Excellent rooms in heart of old town - perfect location for exploring and only 20 mins walk to town beach. Clean, well equipped suites, plus a wonderful continental style breakfast which can be served on roof top terrace or inroom. All the staff were excellent and so welcoming- thoroughly recommend.

Summer Dream was literally that! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We loved the cat cuddles and the food was delicious everytime, made perfectly by Lefteris, the ladies are always so happy and always say hello and the cleaner boy was very kind, definitely fallen in love with this hotel and would 100% recommend and book again!

I have been travelling on and off for 25 years and i have to say this hotel is excellent, by far one of the best in Crete. Great little hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely good quality bed linen comfortable beds. Friendly staff, very welcoming.. breakfast was very fresh and a large selection.
