We loved our first holiday abroad with our two boys. The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpful and the food delicious!! Such a big range on offer and didn't feel too busy. The beach was very close to the hotel and pools were nice. So convenient having towels and sun loungers in good supply! My boys particularly loved the kids club, the staff really went the extra mile. A large hotel with usual facilities. Room was fine, though shower needs improvement as it wets the bathroom floor. Good choice of breakfast items. We stayed for a week here recently and had a great time, great location with just short walk into town. Staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. We had bed and breakfast only but this was more than enough. Plenty to choose from. Would stay here again

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return.

My only complain is we had a jacuzzi in the room but it never really got hot enough to enjoy every day. Very basic for an all guys trip. Somewhat run down. Parking is a challenge. But if you don’t plan to spend time in your room or in the hotel, it is ok. Centrally located.

The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

We stayed in June in this hotel. Hotel is on excellent location, 5km to town Retimno. Renovated and nice looking hotel. Little minus is rooms, they are little spaced bud still manageable. Every day they clean the rooms, everything it's tidy and clean. There is a crib for the baby, and you can ask kitchen staff to cook specially for the baby. Staff is amazing! First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.

Definately one of the best hotels in the Rethymno area. Very friendly and helpful staff. No street between the hotel and the beach and one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. We had an amazing honeymoon stay at the Iperion Beach Hotel! We experienced genuine warmth and hospitality by the entire staff, the beachside location was absolutely stunning, and sipping piña coladas by the sea was pure bliss. Every meal at the on-site Utopia restaurant was absolutely delicious! Super clean and peaceful. We can’t wait to return someday!

Mixed Good location outside of town. Parking in gravel lot down the street not bad. Short walk and a bit dangerous for unloading luggage in front of hotel in traffic. Owner very nice and very helpful with suggestions of what to do. Other staff helpful in suggesting restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Beach is rocky, but water refreshing. Bed linens could use updating...

This is a little beauty of a hotel. Quirky architecture. Really friendly. Right on the beach. The road outside is a bit of a challenge for pedestrians as it is a major easy west link for Rethymnon but once inside you are in a very nice place. Three levels of complimentary sunbeds to the sandy safe beach.

I stayed there with my two teenagers for a week holiday. The staff have been really kind, the room perfect (large, clean), the breakfast really good (served at the table on the roof of the hotel with a spectacular view on the sea). The pool the right size. The staff were outstanding! Everyone was always greeting us with a smile. Our room was always super clean, and the air conditioning worked great. Location from old town is about a 20min walk, but otherwise, it was perfect. Would stay here again.
