We loved our first holiday abroad with our two boys. The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpful and the food delicious!! Such a big range on offer and didn't feel too busy. The beach was very close to the hotel and pools were nice. So convenient having towels and sun loungers in good supply! My boys particularly loved the kids club, the staff really went the extra mile. Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return.

The hotel itself was spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was super nice as well as the beach and the breakfast was good. My only complain is we had a jacuzzi in the room but it never really got hot enough to enjoy every day. We spent a week in the Aegean Pearl, right at the end of the season in October, and had a fantastic week. Although it’s a small hop across the road to the beach, there is a pedestrian crossing and the hotel has its own section of beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. This was our second visit to this lovely hotel. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach, with an approximate 30-40 minute flat walk to the old town of Rethymnon. Lovely experience from the hotel. clean bedrooms- with towels and daily cleaning to high standards Perfect beachside location, the private beach is delivery to a bed for drinks and snacks. Great spot if you plan on taking a ferry to santorini, its a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was nice here. Only downside was paper thin walls on the first floor, youll be able to hear your neighbors if they are loud!

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus station, we could use the beach in front, and our room was spacious and open, so we were able to relax. There was a pool inside the hotel, so we went for a swim to relax instead of getting a massage.

Definately one of the best hotels in the Rethymno area. Very friendly and helpful staff. No street between the hotel and the beach and one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. We had an amazing honeymoon stay at the Iperion Beach Hotel! We experienced genuine warmth and hospitality by the entire staff, the beachside location was absolutely stunning, and sipping piña coladas by the sea was pure bliss. Every meal at the on-site Utopia restaurant was absolutely delicious! Super clean and peaceful. We can’t wait to return someday!

Very basic for an all guys trip. Somewhat run down. Parking is a challenge. But if you don’t plan to spend time in your room or in the hotel, it is ok. Centrally located.

It is difficult to express my thoughts on this hotel. I will start with the positives. A good location . Friendly and helpful staff . Rooms were outdated , but clean , no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms , no iron in the room . And the food is where this hotel is really lacking . Room temperature at best. Over cooked, and if you have food allergies, it's a no-no .

The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.

The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

The hotel is clear, the rooms are comfortable. Close to the beach and he tavernas. Near the old town and the port. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Cleaned daily, the towels changed every other day. The nearest free parking place at the harbour or the Monday's Farmer market.

Nice little hotel 5 minutes from the beach and ten minutes away from the center. Very polite and kind staff, always there for their customers, whatever information they require. Great location, big rooms, nice terrace.

Excellent rooms, large swimming pool in site, laundry, kitchenette and refrigerator. Air conditioned. Lovely hostess, Maria, always there to help. Rooms are clean and all amenities are present. Wi-Fi is only on pool area but they are working on it for every room.

We had a great time in Batis Beach. Location is great and close to the beach (just cross the street). When we arrived we received multiple handwritten pages of tips and recommendations for the area by the fantastic receptionist. All were stellar. I stayed there with my two teenagers for a week holiday. The staff have been really kind, the room perfect (large, clean), the breakfast really good (served at the table on the roof of the hotel with a spectacular view on the sea). The pool the right size. The staff were outstanding! Everyone was always greeting us with a smile. Our room was always super clean, and the air conditioning worked great. Location from old town is about a 20min walk, but otherwise, it was perfect. Would stay here again.
