Maria, Antigoni, Angelos, Stefania, Eleftheria, Nikos, Nikoleta are always smiling, attentive, and full of light. The beach bar and the restaurant felt like a little haven, thanks to them

The lovely team at the spa brings the same energy — calm, kind, and sincere. From the front desk to housekeeping you can feel genuine hospitality

Beach 5 mins walk, lots of surrounding bars on sea front, Walk or take a bus outside hotel to Old Town

Even the first day we were surprised in a perfect way when they gave us upgrade from double room to suite apartment for the same price an when we open the door from room there was one more surprise - champagne, wine and fruit for warm welcome

Don't be put off by corridors, they are a little shabby but the rooms are fabulous, we had a suite thanks to a free upgrade. Fruit, wine and baguettes were left for us, welcome after a late arrival

The view from balcony was just magic. Friendly,kind and most helpful staff In any way. If they can help you they will for sure. The room was perfectly clean all the time

The pool areas are clean and tidy a nice area to relax with lots of sunbeds, we visited beginning of September. Entertainment was OK, usual holiday offerings

We have been in Minos Hotel on vacation. When we arrived the manager poured us a drink while we checked in, immediately making us feel welcome

Parking was a bit tricky, but we would still stay there again a thousand times over

The location was perfect for us, about 1,000 m from the old town, and everything else you could need is right around the corner. Just across the street is the sandy beach

We booked a superior room with a sea view and got a 48 m² 2-room apartment with 2 balconies, one of which had a sea view, 2 TVs, and 2 air conditioners. The staff is charming and attentive

We had such a great team at this hotel. Room was so spacious (room 52) and nice, everybody who works here is kind and ready to respond on any kind of request. Very clean and the food is amaIng

I visited Rethymnon and chose the hotel because of full seeview and good location (next to beach and near old town restaurants and shopping options). We found out several other reasons to choose it during our visit

Even if it was on the second floor/ first above ground floor traffic noise didn’t disturbed at all. Breakfasts were versatile and good and highlighted with fresh orange juice every morning

Really enjoyed my calm sea massage experience

We had a Family Massage it was very relaxing recommended by Edvokia who is the Spa Manager. She was very helpful and friendly. The Therapist Konstantina is very professionell and I enjoyed my Massage and my facial a lot

The spa services was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a pleasure to meet Evdokia (Spa Manager), Poppi and Konstantinos (Therapists) who provided an exceptional service

Evdokia was lovely and friendly and spoke about the different types of treatments which were on offer - which were lots!! My therapist , Konstantinos was professional and made me feel very relaxed

The stay in the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed getting a massage in the hotel spa. Evdokia is very friendly and helpen us with the booking. Dina did the massage and made me feel relaxed

Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! The SPA was unbelievable, with Evdokia- the friendly , beautiful face at the reception, Dina and Constantinos at the massages

The sea view rooms provide a picturesque view of the beautiful Cretan sea; however, it’s important to note that these rooms overlook the road separating the hotel from the beach

With some improvements to the dining options and awareness of the sea view room situation, it could fully live up to its 5-star status

While the view is still stunning, the presence of the road may be a consideration for those seeking an uninterrupted beachfront experience

Although the meals were generally satisfying, they did not quite meet the high expectations that come with a luxury hotel experience

Our balcony door was really hard to close properly, the shower head holder was broken (they fixed that really quickly) and our room had started to show some wear, but all in all it was a pleasant st

Reception and concierge service was good. We made certain arrangements in advance of our arrival (car hire and a guide for a specialist trip). The recommendations were spot on. It was buffet style, like the evening meals

This is surely a hotel that I won't forget quickly, in a good sense that is, at arrival we got taken care of our luggage who came to take it to our rooms, we got seated and welcomed with a glass of orange juice and a fresh towel

The bed was large enough and very comfortable, the balcony with view on the sea was nice as well. The bathroom was very well designed

Far enough from the tourist traps, but also close enough to walk to the old town. The beach is kept very clean, and is very nice and enjoyable. I just wish we would have stayed longer

Lovely 5 star hotel. Staff all friendly and more than happy to help. Lovely pools and beach side location. Also very clean rooms just keep tidy or the cleaners will do it for you.

The hotel itself is spotless, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the private beachfront (complete with comfy sunbeds) makes it easy to unwind

Breakfast is a generous buffet: I loved the continental spread of fresh fruit, pastries, and cheeses, though the hot options weren’t quite to my taste

We stayed at Grecotel Plaza Beach House for my birthday and had a fantastic time

Check-in began with a complimentary room upgrade—such a thoughtful start—and on the big day the team surprised me with a free “Happy Birthday” cake, which really made the trip feel special

Unfortunately, there are also a few negative points: I'll start with the room we stayed in and the neighboring ones — the sound insulation is very poor; you can't get any rest at night, as it feels like the windows are always open (the rooms face back a road with constant traffic)

Finally, I’d like to mention that the adult pools close at 7:00 PM — exactly when it would be ideal to take a swim and enjoy the moment. This is incomprehensible to me

But I strongly suggest booking a room with a pool view, where you can enjoy an evening or two on the balcony. We had different menus every day and the choice was just perfect, not too much and not too little

On the bright sight, there is plenty of room on the beach and the view is 10 times better. The sea entry is rocky, so it’s better to have swimming shoes with you

If you need anything special there is a small shop on the territory of the hotel or you can go into the town 10 mins, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including Lidl

People are usually staying near pool, so almost all sunbeds are taken (and yes, some guests are still having the habit of leaving a towel on a sunbed but showing up 3 hours later)

I stayed in this hotel for a week mid-August and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Obviously, the rooms have everything you need and are very clean and modern

Great hotel especially for families. Rooms are very practical, the 3 pools are great, people are very nice. Not a lot of animations but the beach is very close with loads of restaurants bars...

Booked through Tui and it is spacious, very clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Very well appointed and well thought out Covid safety measures.

Evening meal time there seems to be cats everywhere and for me this a huge No No , not only unhygienic it's not appropiate while people are eating , for me personally being allergic to cats I really don't want to eat here

We are half board and seriously would not do this again as we've found it a waste of money. The place is clean and staff friendly and the facilities are good. But you are better to go bed and breakfast

We fell in love with the apartment from the online photos (especially the kitchen – crucial for us!), and the balcony with a sea view was everything we dreamed of

Almost a week in paradise! We stayed at North Coast Seaside Luxury Suites in June 2024, and it became our HQ and recharging station for trips around the island

A beautiful location by the sea, 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Rethymno. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but their system showed only 2 people

Every morning, we lived the ‘breakfast with orange juice on the balcony’ cliché, and we loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the place well-kept, and since it’s a smaller building, it felt cozy and never crowded

The beach access was perfect, with our own sunbeds that were always well-maintained. A real hidden gem! Great location with easy access to beautiful Rethymno, plus parking by the lifeguard tower made everything easy

This is a very good choice for adults🥰 The rooms are big and bright, the breakfast is super fresh and truly amazing, with good variety of warm food, fruits from the owners own garden, and homemade cakes and jams every day! You eat breakfast outside in the common area next to the pool

Fantastic hotel in the old town, near the western side of the peninsula so fantastic sunsets from our balcony. Owner/manager, Antonio, was helpful answering questions and referrals to good restaurants and trips.

The owners and staff is simply adorable and so helpful! The rooms come with a safe and a mini kitchen with a fridge and AC, overall very happy and would recommend it for anyone who wants to live in the old town

Situated just at the edge of the old town this beautiful Venetian residence is perfectly located. The staff are excellent and always available and very helpful. This hotel is a credit to the owners 10/10 👍

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. Service was immaculate, staff so friendly and helpful. The best place to visit Rethymno. On the edge of the old town, everything within walking distance

The cleaners are thorough and very kind - it take around 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, but you can go in the shadows trough the old town and do some windowshopping on hour morning walk

Charming property and one of the best parts is the view which is just spectacular, you can’t get any closer to the sea! The room and breakfast were nice and we had one meal in the restaurant which was lovely and had a great atmosphere

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent, comfy beds, great staff and it's on the sea! The beach nearby is pebbly and it's a 25 minute walk to the old town - not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the hotel itself more than makes up for that!

The room is maintained nicely and I had a loft bedroom facing the sea with a small balcony overlooking the sea. The decor was very nice with a living area with sofa, cocktail table

Sea front suite in Rethymno I booked a Jr. suite and it is very nicely appointed. The air conditioning works perfectly

Fab location, the hotel is well managed by the lovely Mr Polyrios and his assistant Vozalia. Its constantly cleaned, towels changed everyday. Location is brill, 5 mins from the seafront

Not a massive selection of food but the food they do is extremely tasty. A peaceful and quiet relaxing hotel rather than young and lively. Really friendly staff especially George on the bar and ireene in the restaurant

1 minute to the main town but still peaceful tucked away down a quiet street. 30 seconds to a lovely sandy beach with one of the best sunsets I have seen. The hotel is simple, clean, nice home cooked food

We just stayed there for the last 4 days and it was wonderful. Georgios is a great host and we felt like home at Olympia. The location is perfect, 2 min by feet to the sea and to many nice restaurants

Great hotel. Very clean, elegant, stylish. On a very busy and loud street but with great soundproofing. Also has a nice pool. The reception is very helpful and friendly.

The pool and pool bar are very cozy. The beds were also very comfortable and the A/C is working perfectly, we could sleep very well with 35 degrees outside

It is close enough to Rethymno town, nice walk or short ride in taxi. We will stay again if we get the chance. Our stay was middle of June 2014

Nice and friendly staff. Very good and clean rooms with enough space and good beds. The breakfast is variated and delicious.

I did not stay at this hotel, just been to their beach and they got the most friendly and serviceminded staff at the beach. If possible, I would give 10 stars for their effort to make every guest feel good at the beach

Everything is dedicated to the guests. We never met such a gently and polite people which are oriented to the guests service. This is place with excellent beach, shop inside the property with a prices as in the city

Special big Thank to Georgios. We were met with a big smile every day, and they helped us with sunbeds, drinks and free water to make sure we did not dehydrate in the sun. I have no problems recommanding this place

It was our third stay in the hotel and we really enjoyed. A special thanks to the kind Sophia serving our cappuccino every evening. The massages in the hotel spa are also very good and the spa ladies are very nice

We saw here dancing and would love to see a Salsa Show in the evening entertainment of our hotel (maybe it's possible next year ?♡) We hope Nora will be here next year again!!!

We spent our honeymoon at Omiros and were completely satisfied. It's a nice, well laid out Adults Only hotel with around 40 rooms. It's a great place to relax by the pool and it's only a 2 minute walk to the beach

Gorgeous Hotel! So quite and relaxing the staff were great, the room was really big and comfortable, we almost always had the terrace or the pool to ourselves in the afternoons to relax, cocktails great, and the breakfast was super tasty with loads of choices! I wouldn't recommend an evening meal with slow service and only average food (they only have a small kitchen and it's never busy) but other...

Really good experience met really friendly, accommodating and warm staff. Rooms were very big almost like a b&b. Food was amazing freshly cooked upon request. Breakfast had lots of variety definitely worth having

The hotel also provides free sunbeds on the beach. The room was very nice and tastefully decorated in boho style. Our room was always very clean and there was free water brought to the room every day

Very nicely equipped, large, modern rooms. Even provide slippers, etc. Shower drain had slight problem. Location is a bit outside, but with car no problem.
