We loved our first holiday abroad with our two boys. The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpful and the food delicious!! Such a big range on offer and didn't feel too busy. The beach was very close to the hotel and pools were nice. So convenient having towels and sun loungers in good supply! My boys particularly loved the kids club, the staff really went the extra mile. Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return.

My only complain is we had a jacuzzi in the room but it never really got hot enough to enjoy every day. We spent a week in the Aegean Pearl, right at the end of the season in October, and had a fantastic week. Lovely experience from the hotel. clean bedrooms- with towels and daily cleaning to high standards Perfect beachside location, the private beach is delivery to a bed for drinks and snacks. The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

We stayed in June in this hotel. Hotel is on excellent location, 5km to town Retimno. Renovated and nice looking hotel. Little minus is rooms, they are little spaced bud still manageable. We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea. Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.
