An excellent value for money place to stay in Sitia if you want to be close to the beach, the restaurants and the nightlife of Sitia on foot. Free parking near by is possible.

Great location close to the centre of Siteia and the beach.Very clean and renovated rooms. Confortable bed. The bathroom was very small and the stairs to go up very narrow.

One of the most convenient locations for a seaside hotel with excellent local food options 2 minutes away. Proximity to the beach ⛱️ ranks the highest for this hotel! Soft sand beaches you will fall in love with (100 ft away from the property)

Excellent beach front hotel in Siteia pedestrian area.
Our room was spacious, clean and with a nice balcony overlooking the beach.
Communication with owner was great.
Just keep in mind there’s no elevator and steps are quite steep.

Great place! Owner is heartwarming easygoing polite and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location and accesibility is perfect you are basically at the beach. Its calm and relaxing not overcrowded. Surrounding restaurants are decent so you dont have to wonder around and scavange for food and drinks.Prices are good on the low side.

Okish hotel in really good location, next to the town, the harbor and the beach. Free parking accessible from the side street.

A lovely place to stop !! right in the centre and on the beach !!! nice clean room with aircon would definitely recommend

The room was too expensive for the "comforts" that didn't have. There was a really small toilet in the bedroom, from which a really awful odour was coming out. There was NOT even a small set of bathing for a shower. The filters of the air condition was full of dust. The owner was nowhere and we had to call him even for paying.

Walls are paper thib, so we was lucky to hear others having sex and shouting. Location is very nice but for having rest we dont suggest. The room is small but ok otherwise. In late evening there was no hot water in the shower.
