A hotel that’s clearly seen better days, you can tell, you can feel it. But in return, it offers very spacious, well-equipped rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is excellent and included with the stay. The atmosphere may feel a bit dated, but it doesn’t take away from the overall comfort. For me, everything’s smooth 8/10!

Amazing hotel! The staff was veryfriendly, and the rooms were beautiful. Every room has a balcony, which i think is very nice:)

Everything was brand new and well done. Family run, but the younger generation has taken over and reinvigorated the hotel. Lovely people.

There is no internet connection, are there people in the hotel? It definitely does not correspond to a three-star hotel. The food was poorly prepared and scarce, the bathrooms were not cleaned, I had trash in the trash can and a razor in the shower. The internet also did not work.

It's a great place to get out of a rain storm at. Room was large with a balcony, very nice. The front desk women were very helpful and got us a towel because we were so soaked. Location is very good, right off the main street.
The food at the restaurant was good. Don't know why the reviews say anything different. A little bit of a wait, it was packed. But overall good.
Free parking, which is a major plus when it comes to any city in Europe.
Overall had a great stay and if we came through here again, we would stay here again.

Nice hotel but I was here with students maybe if they take that populations of tourist could be are little bit flexible. Smile it's necessary in tourism!

I thouhgt in Italy you can't eat bad pasta until I went to this hotel. I'm so sorry but food in restaurant is bad. In your hotel room you have to be super quiet, because walls are thin and other guests may have problem with your loudness:)))

Arma is a beautiful city but tourists stay there especially in the summer thanks to the beaches and the sea. There are many bars and restaurants with typical Ligurian cuisine. It has a mild climate and in winter there are beautiful sunsets. There are few hotels and connections with other nearby cities are made by buses and trains.
